My Name is Ann Vereen Jones not many times a person as me a woman can go to get help for my car, my home etc. without being treated differently from a male prices changes for us women. I am thankful to Meineke car service for the greeting and approach I received with my appointment and meeting with the workers in person. I really appreciate their help explaining what has to be done and I was okay with it. I will like to continue to use your company for my future replacement and repairs for my car. Thank you. I needed my brakes done really bad, so I made an appointment for Friday on Tuesday night, which was super easy online. Started driving my car on Wednesday morning and knew I couldn t wait a day longer. Called the shop 7am in the morning to see if they could fit me. Luis got me in no problem before I know it my car was done. My car drove way better and no sounds. They even checked on me the next day. My experience was nothing less than amazing.

I had my car service at Meineke on March 16, 2024. Luis was great he took his time to explain what work my car needed. Luis explained what work needed to be done now and what work I could come back and get done later. I am satisfied with the work the team did on my car at Meineke.

Outstanding service had my wife car driving like it was fresh off the lot. They kept me updated on the repairs pricing was fair and reasonable. I recommend this place to anyone who is willing to have proper upkeep with their vehicles.

Luis was very helpful and thorough with the pre purchase inspection of the used vehicle I was looking to buy. He managed to find some issues and saved me the headache down the road and was able to negotiate 1k off the asking price. Was able to get the PPI done same day and quickly, very convenient.

I needed a oil change for a new car. John the manager was very helpful. He ensured the car was checked properly and he informed me what other services was needed to be done on the car. He spoke about how he enjoys talking to his customers. Genuine professional and courteous person. I ve been coming here for maintenance on my car for years. Recently I needed new brakes and rotors and decided to have them replace them. Ended up paying around 500$ just for a couple days late my car to make a rattling noise. When I informed them that something was loose on my car they ended up telling me I needed new struts and that was gonna cost an extra 900$. Went to another meineke in Bristol that was really nice and tightened the bolt that was making the noise. They are a scam and have officially lost another costumer.

Luis kept me informed with what was found and what needed immediate attention. It was fixed in a timely manner. They also gave me a print out of everything that was great and things that would need to be addressed. Overall great experience.

They did a great job with my oil change, it took less than an hour and my car is running great. However I m giving them 2 stars because they tried to get more money out of me saying my cv axle shaft was split (which would be a $500+ job) then when I took my car to a different place and they said my bc axle shaft had no cracks or leaks in it, but it was my rear shocks (cost me $200). I looked them both up to see if it could ve been a mistake, but they don t even look the same. I didn t mind them for an oil change but I wouldn t trust them with anything else.

Great service.I called right before storm with a wiper issue.The got me in and out same day where other places told me I had to wait day or two later which wouldve been too late..I will be visiting this establishment again fast courteous service.

Fernando and John are the best. Very knowledgeable and very professional. Very patient. Very compassionate. They are extremely professional. I recommend them for any vehicle. Possible. They work on my '09 Dodge ram. It runs incredible the best I ever been around

Meineke had me in and out.they gave me an appointment,I checked in and with in no time they started working on my car.i brought the car in for an oil change.the tires were rotated and inspected included the undercarriage as well.

Wouldn t recommend. Went in for a simple oil change. They overcharged me for it and spent almost two hours looking for problems that they could then try to convince me to pay to get fixed. One of the problems was that I needed new windshield wipers. They quoted me $66 for that. Not sure if they think I m dumb because I m a woman but wipers for my car my car cost less than $25 and they take less than 5 minutes to replace. Nice try. I will not be back.

John was absolutely AMAZING!! He told me about rewards I never knew I had and I was able to use them towards some RainX windshield wipers I desperately needed. He was very informative and funny. My husband's car engine wouldn't crank at all, occasionally. He took it to two other autoshops, they charged him 200 dollars each time, and the car was good for just a few days. He finally took the car to this autoshop and Luis immediately found out what the issue was and fixed it. He is very knowledgeable about what he does.
