I seriously cannot be anymore happier!!! Very professional (handled all the insurance stuff and I didn t get a rental car but it seems like getting one via them is a very easy and a convenient process) and it s like a brand new car on the side that had the dent. (I was also lucky I dropped the car off when they weren t busy so the car was worked on quickly). Also, they cleaned the horrendously dirty floor mats for me . May I never need them but definitely going back to them if another guy backs up into me.

I love Marrazzo s they take good care of you and your car. They keep you updated and tell you the truth. If it s not safe for you to get your car back, they will definitely tell you instead of making money and try to fix it. I love that. Safety first. Thank you so much for all ya did for me. I will really recommend them. Best experience ever.

I had a wonderful experience when I stumbled upon them on Saturday. My car began acting up expectedly and I pulled off the highway and found myself in front of their shop. They came to my rescue! The staff is amazing, so kind, honest, understanding and helpful. I'm so grateful they were there when I needed them! They fixed the problem and we were good as new and back on the road on no time. THANKS so much Marrazzo's!

Took my parents car there due to insurance, i know youre not suppose to leave any thing inside. But it was so petty by the workers to steal all the quarters from our car. I guess thats what they teach their workers to steal from clients. No wonder they have a sign saying anything left in the car is not their problem. Definitely let my insurance know about this

My experience with Marrazzo's has been second to none. I was hit by another driver and their insurance was paying for my repair. Marrazzo's worked directly with NJM to handle billing for the repair. They also helped coordinate the rental, so I was never without a vehicle. The rental was at the shop upon drop off of my vehicle, and I left the rental in exchange for my vehicle at pick up. I was advised the repair would take 10 business days and it was completed after 5. Shawn and Heather? I believe her name was? (at the front, if not - my apologies!) were both pleasant and professional. In total, I believe I spent approximately 30 mins at the shop from start to finish. The final cost of repair was approximately 12% higher than the original estimate (didn't much matter because I wasn't paying for it). My car looks and feels much better than when it was dropped off, and I would definitely return for additional business if needed!Service: Body & Trim

My car was damaged in a car accident (not my fault, the other driver slammed into my car) had to be towed.Unfamiliar w the process, I called my insurance company (Njmanufacturer) From that moment on I was in good hands. Njm, enterprise car rental, & Marrazzo auto handled the process. My rental was ready in 2 hours, my car was towed eventually to Marrazzo.I can not remember working w a company as professional, & accommodating as Marrazzo. The two ladies in the office went out of their way to answer my questions. Very professional they are an asset to your businessI received text updates e every week, my car was ready ahead of schedule. I will never come here again. Paid $400 for a job that was never done. I asked them to fix my lights and it was never fixed. Went to the dealership cause my lights went right back out a week after I paid to find out they messed up my wiring and never did the job. They were supposed to fix my bumper, which they messed up as well. Brought it back to be fixed and he kicked my front bumper off and said he not fixing it. I had to go complain but he just rushed the job. Wasted money trusting to get a job done just to have to go somewhere else where I paid $250 cheaper and I haven't had a problem since. I will never come or recommend anyone to come here.

I had my car done a few years ago after the passenger side was hit. Both front and back passenger side doors were damaged. My insurance company had me take it to Marazzo's. Service was excellent, owner was very friendly and I had text updates sent to my phone throughout the process. The work was done in a timely manner and my car looked brand new. I highly recommend.

awful experience. From dealing with the owner to a co-worker. I was referred by my insurance company since they are considered a preferred shop. I thought at first it was nice that they were going to correct an issue on my back door. Well i was wrong. They over buffed it then said it was like that and that I purchased a brand new car with damage on it. No one in there right mind will do that. Then when my insurance company was notified they found additional painting issues with the area that was hit. The car reeked of paint for over a week. They still will not admit they were in the wrong. I was lucky enough that my insurance company sent me to a shop that was able to fix and fix it correctly. Please beware when going to this shop

Marrazzos was the only good part of the experience when my car was rear ended. From the start, they were commicative, knowledgeable, and friendly. When the other party's insurance was unreliable and unreachable, they kept me up to date. They also offered drop-off services with the local Enterprise, so I did not have to return the rental directly when my car was done. The repair itself was done right and the color match on the new bumper was spot on. I would definitely recommend them.

They have excellent customer service. Work is done quickly and right the first time . I have brought several vehicles to them over the years and have never once been disappointed . I have recommended them to several people and all have come away impressed with their work . I would highly recommend them to everyone in need of repair service or body work done to their cars.

I took my car to Marrazzo's after a spill on the highway trying to get to work in the snow. I had an estimate through Allstate's QuickFoto Claim, but it didn't catch all of the intricate damage caused by my accident. The final cost of repairs ended up being twice as much as the original estimate, but the end result makes my Scion look like it just came off the lot (see pictures). I am very impressed with the quality of the repairs and paint job. The fixes ended up taking two days longer than I was told originally, with no word from the company that the extra time would be needed. However, it seems the extra time was well spent, and I would definitely bring my car here again if another unfortunate incident occurs.

Since J.R. stopped working here, the quality of service has really dropped off. They don't seem to care as much about my satisfaction and "rush" to get me out. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to find another garage to trust with my vehicle. Had a long relationship go wrong and is always sad when that happens...

This place service really feel off..Been going there for over 20 years now I would never again.. took my car there for a simple oil leak they up sold me on more work got it done because of their suggestion. Got car back it was still leaking in addition it had excessive smoke coming out the tail pipe the car shook badly when stopped at a stop sign and the the check engine light came on. I had none of those problems before hand .. took it straight back explained what was going on they said they would take care of it.. they called me to pick up the car they said everything was good before I got home it was doing the same thing... Had to take it back several times .. then he tried to talk me into more work for more money .. I just walked out.. took the car to another shop he fixed it for $90 .. Marrozo charged me $586 and they made the car worse than what it was...The month before then I took my truck there because the front blower wasn't working they up sold me on more work I spent $739 and a month later that stopped working again when they charged me for a new blower..DON'T GO THERE... go somewhere else you'll save MONEY and time.. and a headache..

Amazing service.Got body work done on dents and scratches from being somewhat side swiped, and the car looks amazing. They went above and beyond. Will definitely return when needed!

Awful business. I will be contacting BBB because this company is ran very poor. They talk to you like they re better then you. Asked for synthetic oil and they put regular oil in my car. Smh please do not go here.
