The lady at counter is v courteous and helpful. Repairs done in good time. They dealt with insurance directly. Hassle free repairs

Exceptional service! I called ahead to bring my car in for minor collision repair and was told that I could come in any day that was convenient for me. They set me up with a loaner vehicle so I didn't have to go through the hassle of a rental. Repairs were completed quickly and they doubled checked something for me at my request. They even completed my an oil change and service on my car while it was there.

People make a place and the people here are great! I damaged my wife's Lexus and took it here. They temporarily repaired it, got it in and fixed it for a fair price. I was so impressed to took my beat up BMW into for them to make it new and they did. Sarah and Kenny and Mike were all very personable, they listened to me and just made the experience good.

What was a stressful time for me and my children, became far less stressful after being put in contact with Dan at Haldeman collision. Not only was Dan courteous, understanding, and welcoming, he was very adamant to get us the best service. They took all necessary precautionary measures considering I dropped my car during COVD19. I would 10/10 recommend you have your car fixed from here. And ask for Dan Wheeler!

I have been using Haldeman Collision for more than 10 years! Dan, Kenny, and Sarah are simply the best - super-focused on customer service while doing excellent work! I highly recommend Haldeman for ANY automotive needs!

Let me make this quick and short, I have a 2012 WRX in SWP color, for everyone that knows colors this is not an easy paint to match. Haldeman Collision did a "FANTASTIC JOB" on matching that color, they cut my quarter panel because of the damage and I was scared that it will look weird and it didn't! It matched perfectly, they really did a fantastic job. The damage on my car was horrible and the day I got it, it looked brand new! Outstanding job on paint and body work! I inspected everything for about an hour. It took a while to get the car back because of the damage and that's understandable. Advice for everyone, be patient! They don't rush the job, they make sure that they do it the right way (This depends on the type of damage of the vehicle of course). "Dan Wheeler" is a great manager or supervisor that kept me updated through email and what is going on and also "Kenney Hall" when Dan is not available, both of them is great on what they do! Fantastic Job! Also I want to mention "Sarah" which answer all phone calls that she gives the best customer service and makes sure that you get your answer. I highly recommend this place!Use this body shop! I highly recommend them! Great service overall! They make sure you're happy before leaving the placeThanks again Dan, Kenney and Sarah!

Haldeman Collision repaired an unsightly, unexpected dent in the rear door of my Lexus RX350 -- in record time and with perfect precision. It looks like NEW. Very nice people there. Kenny Hall is a professional estimator.

Replaced front bumper + painted. Bumper installed horribly, does not align with fenders. Paint does NOT match. After the work completed by these people keyless entry does not work. Body shop cannot follow simple instructions provided. Don't waste time.

This was my first accident and had a great experience here. Kenny was super helpful, the receptionist was super nice and the young man who helped me cover up a scratch that I forgot about was super nice too.

I cannot begin to put into words just how grateful I was for the service that I received from this collision center. A deer wrecked the front of my car and it was the last thing I needed at this point my life. I have been between jobs between paychecks between home due to babysitting in between everything else from back-and-forth to a frenzied lifestyle on top of everything not having my own car with my own belongings in it! This deer incident did not allow for a seamless transition and again like stated, it was the last thing I needed.My jaw literally dropped and stayed ajar for quite some time as I opened the car and wasn t even sure that it was mine on the inside. I had to do a double take! I honestly paused and had to make sure (ALL of my belongings were contained in a bag in the trunk and I didn t realize that yet) it was mine. The car was returned in better condition than I could have ever imagined, it was showroom quality, and you can tell that it was staged as such as if they were for sale in the show room as is protocol I suppose for whoever cleaned it. My car was COMPLETETY WAXED and shiny everywhere. I truly struggled to find a piece, a single piece of dust anywhere inside the car to no avail. My car was absolutely beautiful and the amount of pride and effort they put into it was far more than I had ever exceeded on my own efforts. The car looked a literally brand new and so attractive that I ve forgotten that lost feeling I had from when I first purchased the car back in 2013.I cannot explain how good it felt to have that type of morale boost as I was absolutely in the pits that week and it was so nice to come home to something beautiful. I wanted to personally meet and thank all the people that put my car back together down to every single last little touch: the perfectly shiny waxed (wet appearing) wheels and hubs, fit perfectly and outstandingly vacuumed interior, the waxed interior of the car, every little detail was absolutely impeccable. It even got better today (a few days later) when I popped the hood to top off my wiper fluid and I saw everything under the HOOD was also detailed! Every bit of corrosion around the battery, dust, dirt, etc cetera was GONE. Everything was clean like sparkling new right off the lot. I just sat there in astonishment and was barely able to get started driving the car back to my house. I was literally speechless. It was so nice to know that someone thought enough of me and my car to make it feel like gold and make me feel absolutely pampered considering the type of month or two that I had been having. I have been to other shops, chose to go with Ford because I knew everything would be spec because I have a Mustang, and I m proud that I made this type of choice. The We Take Pride in Your Vehicle paper disposable floormats could not have made a better caption to the entire experience.Thank you sincerely, most sincerely from the very bottom of my heart! I really can t verbalize what those beautiful detail touches did to me in that moment or how they made me feel.
