Shortly after moving area I got a car. Car was making a strang sound. My friends recommend this places and I checked it out. When I first went, I want to get things fix that the prior told me need repairs . But Bill took one look at my car and said we are not going to fix anything on it unless it needs to keep it running so I can get to work. (My car is 20 yrs old).Upon the last trip here car was acting strange. And Bill said no more. This car is not safe to drive anymore and it would cost more than it's worth. These guys are honest people who treat people kind and like if there family. They do not rip people off.I appreciate all his hard work and honesty. Will be bring my next car here.

Bill has been servicing my cars for 17 years. Honest and fair pricing. I have recommended him to all my family and friends.

This man is the most honest man in auto repair! I was told that I needed a new power steering rack for $1800+, so I took it to Bill for a second opinion. After taking a look at it he found nothing wrong with it and even offered to take a second look in 3-4 week's to make sure it is still fine. He could have easily taken my money, but he chose to take the honest route! He has been doing the same honest work for my father for years! I highly recommend this place!!

I went to Bill because I was told that he was a good guy and would be able to help me with my check engine light. When I first went there to drop off my car he seemed nice. I explained the problem with him and he said he'll take care of it. After I picked up my car, a few days later the check engine light came back on with the same code. I called Bill and he said it was a different code and he really doesn't remember. I said I had the receipt. He said to bring back and I did about a month later because he said he was too busy. I brought it back in early April and he said to wait until after Easter and said he'll need it for a few days and I was fine with that. I dropped it off on a Saturday and in about 2 hours he called and said to come get it. I ask what the problem was and he was curt and said just come pick it up. I did, and a few days later the same code came back on. I called in and he wasn't nice and said he did everything he could and that was that. I've heard from others, that they had the same problems with him with not fixing their cars and they had to go to someone else. Very disappointed in him and his service.

An excellent and trusted mechanic. My family and neighbors have been bringing our cars to Bill Cook's shop for years. Bill has fixed all sorts of things on our cars, from brakes to the engine and drivetrain, and we've always had a great experience.

Been going to Cook for years. Recently I was having an issue with my engine bogging down and he did everything he could to avoid major costs for no reason. I always appreciate him being honest and giving me options.

Awesome!! It was $380 to replace a starter on a 2007 Acura MDX, 203k Miles. The Acura forums suggest costs of $476 to $670. He showed us where the wires were fried to the solenoid.Offered to change the oil next week. It only took a day and didn t have to make an appointment. Very cool. Thank you Gentlemen!!

Best guy around to do the job. Honest, fair, friendly, and is the best mechanic around. Worth the drive if you live close or even far. Very rarely will you likely have to keep coming because the job will get done right the first time.
