I work for a company we do Major Tours for Bands and ARTISTS. The show must go on at any cost. We can afford to have a truck go down. The staff at Bergey s Truck Center in Trenton Get that . John and his Staff got me in got the parts in with help from my shop Person Judy they got me fixed up and on my Way to do another show in another city. They explained what was wrong did 22 point inspection found some other issues advised on those issues as well . Thanks Guys

Bergey s truck center in Trenton, New Jersey will be my go to service center when I m in the area. This dealership is full of professional down to earth people that get the job down and get you on your way! I came in with a regen issue and they took care of me and even replaced a recall item I was unaware had been recalled. From initial contact to waving goodbye as I left their facility, bergey s has earned my business and I will definitely let my buddies and everyone know about them! Service centers such as bergey s are a rarity these days. Keep up the good work guys!

Firstly, there is no information on the website that there is lunch here from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. Secondly, I arrived at 11.54 and the doors were already closed. If I had known that it was lunch here and they were closed, I would have gone to another place. I lost time which is very valuable to me. It is very bad of you to treat your customers this way. And for this reason I am giving you a bad review.

Only delivered a piece of equipment here and got the most entitled and bossy attitude from these people for no reason. Very rude.Can only imagine what a great experience being their customer would be, and having to solve an issue with them

My first experience at Bergey s truck center was amazing thanks to frank.I was on my way to pick up my dumpster and my truck broke down I was able to make it to there shop I explained to frank what happens with the truck and they fixed my truck in minutes thanks to them I complete my they of work they treated me like family thank you very much I will go back and I recommend anyone to take there truck to Bergey s

Excellent service staff who not only walked me through what was the problem with my truck, but also gave me options to fix them in a timely manner. So I could get back on the road ASAP. I will definitely recommend them highly to my friends.

Our experience purchasing the first Volvo Unit was beyond and above. This place has everything organized starting from paperwork, customer service, on time delivery and of course a quality unit. Our account manager is @Chris Albright who is very professional and he always responds to our requests or questions in a timely manner. Compared to our experience at other dealerships we can definitely say that this is a place to come back for another contract. Thank you!

Everything about Bergey's Truck Centers in Trenton is phenomenal. They treat every concern with a sense of urgency, they're quick *and* thorough (I've never left with the feeling that 'something wasn't quite right') and they are honest to a fault (I've never been pressured into buying something I didn't need.) Their customer service is the same - their job's not complete unless they've gone above and beyond and exceeded your expectations. The only negative is that I didn't find them years ago!Thank you guys!

Fast, professional, honest service, completed the transmission on my truck in only 3 days upon delivery of my parts. If you have a Mack or Volvo I wouldn t go anywhere else! Kudos to John the service manager.

I left my Volvo this place over month ago to fix it but they didn t do their job well. They told me twice that the job was done and had me stuck two times in short of 30 miles. They don t update me with the progress and whenever I call to check on, so one time I drove 70 miles to this place to just get the flowing updates otherwise they don t pick up the phone. I had poor response. They charged me $13209.17 for their terrible job and never was transparent with their progress.

Couldn t be more happier with the level of customer service provided to me from the guys at Bergey s. I came in today on a Friday fellas when you already know how everyone trying to get home and be done for the day. I had an Issue with my LCM after replacing my factory Volvo lights to aftermarket LEDs due to LCM not recognizing the LEDs since it needed to be programmed with new parameters. I spent 2 hours there because they were slammed with work and could ve easily said come in on Monday early like many other places told me before I called Bergey s.Guys all I know is that I came in with 3 faults, 1.) High Beam open circuit, 2.)Low Beam open circuit, and 3.)Marker lights open circuit. And I left with no faults codes ufff what a relief!!! In addition, pricing was cheap oppose to many others places where you go in and nothing is under 1000. Fellas look no further if you want great customer service at reasonable price I will recommend you go to Bergey s!! And to the guys at Bergey s keep up the awesome work and thanks for the excellent customer service and job well done. You have another customer and I will be coming by for future repairs.

The best service in the USA. I was delivering from California to New Jersey and unexpectedly my Volvo truck broke down so I couldn't return to California. I took my truck to truck repair services, but they could not help me. The only track repair service that was able to help was Bergey's Truck Centers, where they provided high-quality service and the professionalism of the staff was the highest in the US. Thanks to them Now I'm going back to California.If the number of stars was up to 10, I would have rated them 10 stars.

Hi Everyone,Honestly,I heard they take too long to repair your truck.BUT, That was a big LIE!!I brought my truck with regen complaint.Everything was explained to me thoroughly about my repairs.I ended up changing 1- box and #6 fuel injector.Brought the truck on Monday and was out by Friday morning.Will definitely go there again.These are my neighborhood guys.My special thanks to John, Ed,Glen and Frank and Raul.I will name more guys but I donot know their names.Honestly, I appreciate each and everyone in service and parts.Will be back and will bring our friends to you guys.Appreciate everyone,Pennington Transportation llcPalvinder wraich

I brought my Volvo into service for a dash cluster. John in Service Dept was upfront & honest and did NOT play the saleman game with me. John explained clearly my issues. Alex the Mechanic, is awesome in programming my cluster & keeping me informed was helpful. Cost was very fair.

I recently took my Hino truck for an electrical issue. I spoke with Frank who listened to my issue and put my mind at ease with his calm demeanor and actively listening. Bergey s Trenton diagnosed and repaired the faulty battery cable after being made aware the new part was on indefinite back order. John, Head dept manager, Doug, and all the technicians worked together and use their experience to keep my truck rollin. I m simply grateful for their knowledge, care and dedication to getting the job done!!!!!

I haven't been recently in a shop without having anxiety attacks or fear of being ripped off, to this day. Pulled in for a DPF problem, turns out it was a failed turbo...the guys diagnosed, pulled my truck in, got the new turbo, replaced it, and i was out of there in about 5 hrs. All done. John, the manager is an outstanding guy, i respect the professionalism, his, and of the mechanics on his team. A 5 star review well deserved, for no hidden fees, walking me thru the processs and trying to get me out with only the necessary to replace and pay. Will definitely save their location and refer it to my fellow truckers! Couldn't be happier with the outcome.

I am giving them one star because I have to, there is no other options to give them less than one star, they deserve less. On Sep 8th, I drop off my '12 Volvo at Bergeys. I told the guys in the office that I need an overhead tuneup and oil change. I come back 2 days later, the oil change was done but not the overhead tuneup. When I question them why they haven't done the the overhead tuneup, they took me to the shop and began to convince me that my overhead cam is bad and needed to be replaced. What they didn't anticipate, I change the cam two months prior and I only needed a tune up. I ultimately left the shop, all the gaslighting about me not needing a tuneup and selling me a $6k cam. Two days after that, I arrived at Texas, and I went actual Volvo dealership. I had them check the cam & do the overhead tuneup. In which they did the overhead tuneup and they said the cam was good. I spend $480 for the whole thing. The truck is running great and sounds perfect. Now I have the paperwork from the dealership, saying that there is nothing wrong with the cam and they did do the overhead tuneup. I have a paperwork from Bergeys saying that they did a tuneup, which they didn't do nor change the speed due to I didn't have the ECM password and charge me $1180. They charge me for everything but only did the oil change. Please run away from this shop, I beg you. They will charge you for something that you don't need. Very dishonest place.

I work for another dealership and had a customer go to Bergey's for some issues with their truck. We had some initial issues but Frank in service stepped up to the plate and helped get it taken care of. I was very happy with how things turned out. Frank was very helpful.

I have had 1 of my Volvo VNL's at Bergey's twice in the past few weeks for totally different problems. On both occasions I felt like they were totally upfront with me on giving me an estimate and the timeframe that was needed to get me back on the road. I believe that they treated me fairly which is all that I think any of us really want. John, Glenn, Ron, and the team were great. Kris the mechanic also took the time to explain a few technical details to me as well. I went 30+ miles out of my way to bring my truck to them rather than go to another dealership.

Came in because I had an exhaust leak and they found the problem within 3 minutes or less. It was a very quick fix. And very nice people here.

I rate this place below zero. To start off, my dad took his truck in because his computer was malfunctioning. My dad thought they were experienced with Volvo trucks, so he took that chance. The staff their explained that it will take 2 hours for the diagnostic and cost around $1800. Days go by, and they have not found a solution to the truck. They make up numerous excuses such as not having the right specialist, and the specialists that are doing the diagnostic aren t qualified to perform the work. My dad begins to question why they have unqualified mechanics touching his truck. He asked when the other specialist will come in, that supposedly knows what he s doing. They tell him, he will come this day but never showed up. This happened several time for the next two weeks. The truck remained stuck their, without a diagnostic for two weeks. Their excuse was that the issue was very extensive, so it needs proper specialists to check it out. So I mentioned before, they had people that didn t specialize with the matter at hand, do the diagnostic. The diagnostic costs money but you would think a diagnostic would mean Bergeys telling you the issue at the end. After two weeks with the truck there, my father had to pay around $700 for a diagnostic that he never received (the problem was never found) from mechanics that the manager and staff their describe as incompetent. Before the price got reduced, they were arguing to pay the full amount of $1800. This took a lot of back and forth, to have the price reduced. The manager and staff were apologetic but blamed other people for their own miscommunication. If they would have been honest about their inexperienced mechanics and how long the wait time is, my father would of made the decision to not leave his truck there. Another reason why the truck stayed there for that long is that they would not keep in contact with my father and would not answer the phone. My dad had to show up there almost every day for them to actually take him seriously. Another issue there is that Francisco provided no help to the problem, he was very confusing in explaining what they were doing to the truck. My dad showed up 2 days after initially dropping it off, because he had not heard anything from the shop and they haven t been answering. Just for Francisco to tell him that they haven t found anything and he has to approve for more diagnostic hours. After two weeks of long waits and no solution, my father decided to take the truck to another shop that found out the problem in a day and fixed it. The problem was a sensor and he paid around $350 for everything, which is half of what he paid at Bergeys for them not finding a problem or fixing anything.

Truck fell into a pot hole and busted my power steering line and air thanks . Took my truck to bergey's truck center and the fixed it within an hour. People there are very professional and friendly. Great place. I recommend any trucker with a problem on the road to take their truck there for quality and fast service.
