B&E came highly recommended to me by a neighbor as someone who is trustworthy and I can see why. I had to have my timing belt as well as other things repaired on my car. EJ took the time to explain things about my car / services options to me. I felt very comfortable and supported in making informed decisions on what services I need to prioritize. Will be going back!

My Mercedes W210 wagon had a rupture in one of the hydraulic lines from corrosion and rust, the rear was flat on the wheels so I took some time and removed line. I went to several mechanic shops to have line repaired with no luck, the dealership aka the Stealership wanted $150. ( Way to expensive in my opinion ). By chance I googled Brake line company near Ewing, NJ and B&E service Inc came, I called them and the same day I was able to drop it off. Then two days later it was ready for pickup, paid about half what Stealership wanted, installed it myself, added new fluid and BAM my car was fixed and back on road... Thank you B&E Inc, lots of mechanic shops don't know about you'll, maybe some more advertisement of your company might help the business just my advice.

Since I m new to this area I decided After seeing all the good reviews I went to get an issue with my car checked out. They charge 120 diagnostic free which is very high compared to most mechanics since the usual cost is 75$. Once we figured out the problem the mechanic called me & told me the price of the parts & labor. He wanted me to spend 300$ on a part they can order when I looked online the part cost 100$. I asked him if I could buy the part and they can install it for me. He got really aggravated & started having a disrespectful tone as if he s trying to strong arm me into buying from their supplier. He said is not going to install some Chinese parts. Does he not realize my car is a Japanese car? Anyways, I told him no, I d rather take it to a different mechanic (who doesn t upcharge 200% for parts) & would install for it for me. He told me fine but I still have to pay the diagnostic fee in a rude tone, which I was already going to do? Like why would he bring it up like that. He also told me he only installs parts for older customers and not new ones since he doesn t know them. Good luck getting new customersService: Auto engine diagnostic

I regularly take my car to B&E. Great service. They are trustworthy and reliable. Besides the regular maintenance, they have told me when the car needs additional work and being proactive with any needs.

I've been taking my vehicles here for years. This shop does great work, they are honest and offer competitive prices. They are a family run business that actually cares about their customers, something that's rare nowadays. I trust them and you can too !

I've used B&E for two projects and had positive experiences with both. I was given full explanations of the scope of work for both jobs and the pricing was fair. The work was completed in the time frame described and I have had no issues with the work since. I haven't worked with a mechanic in a long time that didn't leave me feeling like I was taken for a ride. I'm glad I found this shop and I recommend giving them a shot if you need work done.

Dropped my truck off yesterday and got it back today. EJ and his mother are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They kept me informed the entire process. They even price checked things for future work that needs to be done so I didn't have to. Oh and they fixed the problem my truck had. Hands down the best experience I've had in 36 years with a mechanic. They definitely have earned my business going forward.

I Stopped in for a simple oil change. Ej came out eating a bag of popcorn. I asked about the oil change and he replied it ain't gonna happen today with popcorn flying from his mouth. Bad attitude and don't be in business if you hate customers.I wouldn't recommend stopping in.

Great place, close to train station. So leave the courteous, friendly pros to work on your car all day while you take a ride. Very thorough, they check everything, not just what you report. Will adjust to your schedule. All work done, body, engine, exhaust, etc. If you are waiting for your car, walk down E. State Street and catch a few steps! Airy and fresh area. I have peace of mind when they do the work.

The first time I ran into the B & E Service about a year ago, when I couldn't find a competent mechanic to fix the problem in the electrical circuit of my old, problematic car. Tried a lot of places in the area, wasted bunch of time, no longer had any hope...And here is a luck B&E! Quickly coped with my problem, the price was fair. Since then, I don't want to hear about other services.Highly recommend!B&E are the best!!! Really Competent Professionals! Great place!

I would and have recommended this service to others. They treat you like family. I do ALL of my car's services here. The specific time being asked about I believe had to do with changing a tire I shredded (literally). We had saved a tire from the old set, so I brought both my sad car (with the donut - changed by AAA - thank you) and the misfit but usable tire from my basement. While it was not the best solution (should have bought 2 new identical tires) to my problem, they worked with my budget and did what I could afford and was safe for the time being. They are always honest with me about my choices, try to fit me in as soon as possible when it is an emergency, and try to be as efficient as possible when I have to wait. I love these people!

B&E helped me out of a tight spot. At the end of the workday, I found my car battery dead. I had a mobile jumper to get home, but I an early meeting the following morning. I called B&E and they got me in first thing in the morning and got me on my way. They've also helped me diagnose and fix some mechanical issues in my car in the past. Great people and great service.

Very nice and kind folks had an appointment set up with them to have work done never had the chance for them to do the job for me dealer took care of issues but I would deff go back to the next time I have issues with my jeep

Great service and customer service! We take all our vehicles to B&E for ALL our automotive needs. Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. We ve used a lot mechanics in the past with no success. B&E provides expert services. Hghly recommend!

I ve been taking my vehicles to B&E for over 15years. The customer service here is fantastic as it s a family run business. I recently had a vehicle that died on the road. I simply called up, spoke to BettyLou and told her I was having the car towed to the shop. She told me no problem her son EJ would take a look at it. Not only did EJ have the issue resolved by noon the following day he also fixed the latch on the driver side door which was not closing properly (at no charge). Just one example of why I continue to take my vehicles here. If you re looking for an honest mechanic EJ and his team are your guys.

I've been depending on Ed and EJ for several years now and no matter what the issue, they always figure it out and fully explain the details. Most places are simply 'parts changers'. Not B & E! They take the time to figure out what the actual issue is, fully explain it and repair as needed. I don't trust many places but I have complete trust in Ed and EJ. Their priority is making sure that you're driving a safe vehicle.Betty runs the office and is great! You tell her what the issue is and she gets back to you quickly with the information you need. She's always so nice and helpful!You absolutely cannot go wrong trusting your vehicular needs to B & E!

Just dropped off my truck to them. Place seemed great. Made me feel comfortable leaving my vehicle, EJ and his mother were a pleasure to deal with. Will update once I get my truck back tomorrow or this weekend.

I've been going to B&E for around four years now and had four different vehicles serviced with them: Mercedes-Benz ML-320, Dodge Ram 1500, Volkswagen New Beetle Convertible, and a Nissan NV Passenger Van.The most important thing in a mechanic is trust, and they have earned mine. Ed or EJ always go out of their way to explain things to you and show you when it helps. They recommend work but don't pressure you; they give you a fair assessment of what is urgent and not. Once EJ broke something, and he owned up to it and fixed it free of charge.In terms of expertise, between them and their staff, they have a ton of experience, and EJ is certified on all the current tech. They can handle the whole gamut, old and new. Domestic and foreign. I had some odd problems with my ML-320, and they figured them out. They also come up with creative solutions here and there to save me money and time.Betty Lou runs the office, is always pleasant, responsive, and accommodating. They use modern software, so they can keep a good history. They even share their wireless, which works better, in my experience, than the wireless at the nearby Mercedes-Benz dealer. She often asks after the family, which is a nice touch.I'd definitely recommend them.

Had issues with my breaks.careless mistake made.they apologized.and wanted to make good.they do offer a good warranty on parts and labor.but if you have to get towed your paying for your own tow.the owners and son very nice people.my prior post I removed due to there fair labor rates almost made up for my losses.and I have aaa.towing.i just choose to find a new place to go.my choice....Service: Brakes
