I bought a used car from this place online. Had the car delivered from New Jersey to Virginia. The car had a knocking noise took to mechanic and had to replace engine cost $2500, alternator and fuel pump. Dealer would not respond after emailing and calling. Don't buy any used As is from this place. Car 2003 Nissan Maxima cost $3500 for a piece of junk. My fault for trusting a dealership online and not going there in person. Base on other reviews this place has a Bad reputation. I find it funny that you took the time to respond to my post because everyone can see it. But my emails and calls went unanswered. You had every opportunity to respond. How do you leave a business for salespeople to have to leave you messages?

I went to Absolute about a month ago looking for a reliable car for my son to drive to college. The salesman was very helpful and showed me a few vehicles within my budget. I decided on one and wanted to discuss it over with my son before making the purchase, but unfortunately by the time I did someone else purchased that vehicle. The same salesman remembered everything I was looking for in a vehicle for my son from the first time I was there. He could tell I felt bad holding him up for the second time. And he still spent just as much time helping as he did the first time I was there answering my many questions and concerns. I felt no pressure as you do with some dealerships. He was extremely kind, understanding and knowledgeable about every car on the lot. There was nothing hidden from me when discussing each car that interests me. My son and I are extremely happy with our purchase! I would and will recommend this dealership to my friends and family! Thank you so much for your patience with me and helping me with my decision with finding the perfect car for my son!

Purchased a 2017 Sentra with 130K miles for a very reasonable price. Afterwards had a mechanic look at it and besides brakes and tires (regular wear and tear), we got our hands on a very decent and safe car from Absolute Auto. Very happy with our purchase, thank you Glen!!!

I've been waiting to post this review for over a year since I got my car and I've had nothing but trouble with the car because they sold me something that shouldn't really have been sold. The car they sold me they said that it was in pretty good condition. Just needed a couple of things done. month and a half later Catalytic converter went. need new lines on pretty much everything. Super disappointed

Had a great experience here, my car was having an issue where it was smoking a lot and I had thought the motor was done for, I brought it to them explaining my concerns and hoped for the best, they found the issue right away it was a $20 pcv diaphragm it was fixed within a day, they called me to tell me right away and i was all set after that the car runs amazing, they could of told me it was something else and charged me more but didn t I like how they are upfront and honest. Would recommend

I was just there Tues. 11/20/23, I absolutely love this place. Everyone of the staff there was extremely nice and answered all my questions. I did get an older explorer from there and I am happy with my purchase. There was no pressure and the gentleman that helped us was a great guy I did forget his name, but that just don't matter cause they were all equally as nice and helpful. There was a woman that was in the car Bay she was cleaning the vehicles and waxing them she was such a nice woman. There was also a gentleman he was like a greeter a person you spoke to before you went into the office to purchase your vehicle he was even a very nice gentleman I can't say enough about this place I truly did enjoy my visit as well as my purchase everything was extremely reasonably priced. I would absolutely recommend it for a used vehicle they were all very accommodating and very very nice people.

Wonderful experience buying a car. I was greeted promptly by Sam, very professional car salesman show me the car that I came in to look at . Would recommend buying a car here and ask for Sam ! P/s I seen some reviews of people complaining what they bought hey guys you gotta remember you re buying a vehicle with over 100,000 miles on it the vehicle I bought has a couple issues but I expected that if I wanted a vehicle that was perfect I would ve went down and spent $40,000 for a new one, but I spent a fraction on the cost so you have to keep that mind when you re buying a used vehicle .

I purchased a car from them and the manger and black guy that work there have horrible attitudes, very rude and does bad business with the paperwork. They will try to accuse you of being a thief if you leave a review stating the bad experience you had with them. Even the Hamilton Township Police said they do bad business and spread the word not to spend money with them. READ THE REVIEWS and it will tell you what I am saying is NOT a lie.

One star is generous. Saw car on Ebay listed by this outfit for $2900. It had "Make Offer" option. I offered $2200 & cited my reasons regarding milage, model, etc. (My polite Make Offer message attached) Rather than negotiate, counter or say nothing, the owner angrily shot back with (See attached screen shot of message) "Message from:�fastlife81Save the nonsense about your justification on why I should lower the price and shooting offers the price is firm runs and drives well I have other cars in the 2200 price range."Owner nasty response notwithstanding I decided to go look at the car. In person the price is $4999. You could not pay me to take that car. Looks NOTHING like pictures nor the description. It was as if they took pictures of another car instead. Paint worn and missing in many areas. Spots of missing paint. Rust. Damage to interior. OBVIOUS long term water damage (that absolutely should be disclosed in ad) inside car as carpeting was water rotted away on driver driver side, water covered entire lower 1/4 of INSIDE of windshield. Lot guy tried to say it was from detail guy cleaning car! Car obviously hasn't been cleaned in a LONG time unless you count the water pouring in when it rains. Took a tour of lot, EVERY SINGLE VEHICLE jammed into this lot had obvious major visible damage so God only knows the mechanical conditions. The less than stellar reviews (see photos) are a dead give away as well as their poor condition stock of vehicles and confrontational and demeaning way of doing business should tell you to RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN from this place. The bus is a better option!

Best car dealerships I know out in Nj I bought my bmw a year ago n it s still working till this day w no problems only had to change the oil n tires but other then that I had no problems w the car

This is a place of disrespect, please be aware when you are going there !! The manager was extremely RUDE , doesn t know how to deal with customers!! What you think , we don t have any right to check all the papers before paying for a car ? They don t have the title of the car i was looking and still wants me to pay in full before that !!! That was my fault and the Manager behaved me extremely RUDE .I will never forgive

I have been selling Fords for over 20 years but I couldn't find a decent F150 in our budget until I found "The One" @ Absolute Auto Solutions! Found it on AutoTrader.com and I spoke to Joe the next morning! I appreciated his relaxed tone and friend-like conversation!While putting the truck thru its checks, the truck stalled. Before I had a chance to ask a question, Joe had already called for his mechanic to check it out! That is what impressed me the most and would guarantee future business!

This is not a place you wanna deal with .they have no manager or supervisor on site they are very rude and they lie allot. Even the Hamilton police told us they were bad business and they are up there every month about there shady business practices..read the reviews people and read how they respond it tells allot about them and how they view there customers buyer bewareBAD BUSSINESS.

Purchased a 96 Chevrolet ImpalaSS, so happy with everything. Dealer treated me like family. Disclosed everything about the car and even offered me to take to my mechanic before I purchased the car. Huge inventory and very friendly manager. I absolutely recommend Absolute Auto Solutions!

Bought a 2008 Jeep from them two days ago. Took it to my mechanic to do the state inspection, come to find out that it has water pump leakage, need to replace it right away to avoid extra engine issues. When I purchased this vehicle, Joe told me that it has no issues and he checked it with his mechanic. He offered me to have the water pump replaced it for cheaper labor than my mechanic, however i lost my trust in them now. Not a trustable dealer! Im not going back there again!

Went in with a fixed budget, looking for something decent for what I could pay. Everyone was immediately super helpful and accommodating, and extremely transparent about any issues with vehicles I was interested in, even running a scan on the car I ended up choosing. No used car is perfect, but they were honest and made sure I wasn t leaving with a junker. They went and brought in a car off their storage lot that was perfect; we test drove it and were good to go! It was quick and painless and I feel confident that this car will last me way longer than I expected a used car to last me. Absolutely recommend, will be referring my siblings here when they are looking for first cars!(They have nicer used cars as well if you re not looking for a starter car!)

Worst car dealer purchased a car had a scratch on the windshield they covered it up with the price list so u didn t see it until u were leaving car had a leak roof they covered it up ,scammers don t buy there

I was online looking for a car and found absolute we are all the way out in long island and were concerned about buying a car from out of state it was a nice ride out there when we went the pictures and car were just as described. The salesman lenny was very nice and helpful in all our questions and concerns. I am beyond excited about my new purchase and love my lexus rx! I highly recommend 5 stars all the way!

Called Joe to discuss a vehicle he had for sale. Explained I had over a 90 minute drive to look at the car and didn t want to waste my time if it was not what he was claiming. Joe explained the car was built with no short cuts taken, the vehicle was clean original metal, and was built for a cars and coffee cruiser. Friends of the owner and a very well sorted out vehicle. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! 79 Malibu is leaking fluid out of everything that holds fluid, the right fender is caved in, the car is wavy and covered in poor body work. Water leaks from under the dash and the car was soaked. Covered in overspray, window seals all chewed up, interior falling apart with large holes and crackS. The custom exhaust was almost dragging the ground, multiple rust holes and broken welds. The pictures must have been from years prior! False advertisement and a flat out liar at best!! Place is a hole in the wall and the professionalism lacked extremely. 79 Malibu isn t onsite, you can t speak to the owner and the car isn t worth 6k the way it sits. They pressured saying they turned down offers of 10,800 what a joke!!! Do not buy! Do not waste your time!! Here is your fair warning, they are looking to get over on anyone they can!!

JB MDL this place is military friendly. Ask for Joe, he knows his stuff. If you have $10,000 you will be able to buy 99% of the vehicles here. All the vehicles run well and have minimal cosmetic issues. After tax, tag, and title you're looking at $1,000 on top of the price listed.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. Contacted dealer prior to visit since I was 2 hours away. Dealer stated vehicle was available. After arrival dealer stated the vehicle was at another lot, and would be brought over with 10-15 minutes. They did have 3 other people they were working with, but I waited over an hour trying to just see the vehicle, and still did not get to see it. I asked one last time, and the gentlemen seemed to be mad for me asking. I came with cash to purchase, and was not given horrible service. I would not recommend anyone go to this place to purchase.

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!! A family member of mine bought a car from them that literally was not legally able to be on the road ! Called the next day after our cousin looked at the car who said the car was not safe even drive home ! and they would not give her money back!!! They will say this never happened but I'm warning you DONT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE !!!!
