Would give them a zero if I could. The service department has gone down hill so much that they try to get you to do service work that you recently did and aren t have no problems with that part of your car. The prices are astronomical high. What a rip off.

I always come to this dealer for service, but this time the wait was incredibly long. I waited 3 hours for an oil change. %100 im not going to come this place again.

Avoid "service" department at all costs..We brought a 2018 vehicle which was still under manufacturer's warranty. The car had an airbag software issue that you would think would be resolved quickly.We picked it up 2 weeks later with even more issues, radio backup camera or touchscreen wouldn't work. We drop it off again and this time they say it would take a long time for them to fix because of backorders etc. so we gave up on fixing the airbag issue to avoid further damage to the car by them.We kindly asked them to fix the touchscreen which then took them another week..All in all, 2 weeks for them to damage our car further and another week for them fix the damage they caused while trying to fix the main issue, 3 weeks in total to pick it up in the same condition we dropped it off...

Avoid service department. They don t answer their phone and they don t tell you where/what s going on with your car. Bad service
