First of all, I want to say this was one of my most positive buying experiences ever. My sister Recommend this dealership but specifically the young man John R. Not only did he go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, he made sure I got exactly what we wanted as far as the vehicle purchase price and monthly payments. He disclosed to us all available programs and discounts. Something that a lot of salesman fail to do. He also followed up multiple times to make sure we were happy with our truck . Again, I recommended this dealership, but specifically, Mr. John R.

Super happy with our new car ! The Dealership was nice and clean and everyone there was respectful and professional. My husband and I worked with John R, very charming and respectful. He was knowledgeable of the cars & worked with us for hours until we found a perfect fit. Never felt rushed or pressured. He even got us lunch lol you can t beat that! We will definitely buy all of our cars from them in the future <3

Had an amazing experience today!! Everyone was so accommodating and made the experience such a memorable one. In a few hours Omar had me in my new car and even gave us lunch. I would highly recommend going to this dealership. Sales manager Rich was great to Thank you gentleman for everything!!!

Where do I start. Looked at a car on a Saturday when it was snowing. Was able to work out a better price but didn t buy the specific car because it had damage they never disclosed. They kept trying to get me in to see it again or another car. Promised the world and discount. I come in and find another car. They make me wait 43 mins and tell me sorry no discount even though the sales person promised the world.If you look at my reviews you ll see that I rarely leave a negative or one star review but it was a waste of my time going to this dealership. They didn t disclose damage one. They promised me the world and didn t do anything for me two and they have an $800 doc fee, which is a lot of money. I was a cash buyer, so it was a simple transaction yes or no but instead they just made me wait to mess around with not cool

I had been to 5 dealerships in 4 days searching for the right vehicle for me. I met Omar here and he was GREAT!!! He didn't pressure me, listened to my wants and needs and offered several solutions. When I had further requests, Omar got his manager Rich C involved. Rich was up front and a straight shooter.The car I wanted didn't have heated seats and after negotiating, Rich promised me 2 things. A lower rate and heated seats. I got both and felt I was treated with respect and fairness. The dreaded financing part was the easiest part of it all. Ali F was attentive, super efficient(very important) and honest with everything. My wife and I were there for about 2 hours, but 45 minutes of that was us looking at the wide selection of vehicles they had to offer. I would certainly reccommend this team for future business. OMAR I'm playing the number 1962 in the pick 4. Let's hope it hits. Thankyou all for changing my perception of this process of buying a car. Scott and Christina G:)))))))

Just drove all the way from NC to purchase a truck and it was worth every penny. I called and got put in touch with Rafael who gave me his word the price we agreed on wouldn't budge a single penny and it didn't. Ali walked me through the entire financing process and helped me adjust my expenses to make sure the truck fit my budget. David was an exceptional and personable salesmen. My 50 year old father who hates cars salesmen with a passion loved David and took down all 3 of these gentlemen's info so the rest of the family can purchase cars from them. Phenomenal experience. I had an amazing experience this past week when I went in and purchased my 2015 Subaru Legacy ! The team was exceptional! Very professional , courteous and knowledgeable. Initially, I visited the dealership and communicated a previous transmission issue, which had been successfully resolved by them in the past. Despite this, the service advisor insisted on a diagnostic fee, to which I reluctantly agreed, prioritizing preemptive maintenance over potential larger issues. Subsequently, I dropped off my vehicle on Thursday and departed, hoping for a prompt resolution.On Friday, after an extended period of waiting without any communication from the dealership, I reached out to inquire about the status of my vehicle, only to be informed that it required a costly transmission repair. Subsequently, I expressed interest in discussing alternative options with a salesman, prompting the service advisor to provide me with Albert's contact details, assuring me that he would be in touch. Unfortunately, despite my attempts to reach Albert, I was unable to connect with him, as his voicemail box was full. Consequently, when I arrived on Saturday to retrieve my car, I was instructed to await Albert's availability. However, after a half-hour wait, I was informed that Albert had already left for the day, leaving me feeling disregarded and frustrated.On Monday, I diligently conducted research and explored various options for a new transmission, contacting multiple establishments in the process. One particular service provider stood out for their attentiveness and thoroughness, as they meticulously inspected the vehicle. To my surprise, it was discovered that there was a complete absence of transmission fluid. The technician promptly rectified the issue by adding 4 quarts of transmission oil, resulting in the car functioning smoothly thereafter.It is perplexing that the absence of transmission fluid was not immediately identified, especially considering my explicit mention of a transmission problem. This oversight raises doubts about the thoroughness of their previous services. I am left questioning whether the repairs were genuinely conducted or merely documented on paperwork without actual implementation. Moreover, the possibility of being subjected to fear-mongering tactics for financial gain is deeply concerning. Such uncertainties cast a shadow over the integrity of their operation.On Tuesday, I reached out to the service manager to convey my dissatisfaction and provide feedback on my disappointing experience. However, instead of acknowledging the shortcomings and addressing my concerns, the service manager proceeded to lecture me on the mechanics of transmissions. Unfortunately, there was a lack of accountability and a refusal to acknowledge any potential mistakes or shortcomings in the service provided. This response further compounded my frustration and disappointment with the overall handling of the situation.I am increasingly troubled by the possibility that during each service visit, no substantive repairs were carried out on my vehicle. Instead, it seems that repairmen merely replaced stickers on the windshield and made superficial alterations in the computer system, without addressing any tangible issues. This neglectful approach may have exacerbated the existing and potential future problems with my vehicle, leading to its poor condition.

Absolutely horrible service. I booked appointment in the morning for a car for my daughter. Our appointment was for 7pm. I received a follow up confirmation at 1pm. Due to the weather and distance I was running late. Got a call at 7:10pm to confirm since we were lost. Finally we arrived. We were asked to wait. Then finally sales rep, John Rivera, invited us to sit with him only to find out they SOLD THE CAR that morning before any of our communication!! I am not even sure if they even had the car at the price listed. SHADY OPERATION!! STAY AWAY!!

Khaled was a great person to work with. The car was exactly what I wanted and he got to the right price for me. The atmosphere in the dealership was cheerful and fun. It definitely was a refreshing experience compared to the usual car buying experience. A salesman who listens .just have been trained well.

Great experience with Willy and the rest of the finance team. Good prices and easy trade-in. An FYI- prices online do not include Mitsubishi's extended care so expect to pay a bit more.Update- Unfortunately the service dept could use some help! I basically car I drive away with an almost new car that had low tires (I had to drive back around the back to fill them); overflowing oil which could have ruined the engine (TOOK VIDEO OF EVERYTHING), no engine coolant, and god knows what else. I also asked as a courtesy to make sure the gas was filled (as my trade in was filled) and it was not. I'm in an emergency situation where I NOW have to bring the car to a local shop (I'm an hour south) to redo and check all the fluids which will cost me over a $100 plus had to take the day off from work. The car won't make it back up to the DEALERSHIP. I want to get reimbursed for this. I left a message for Mark Colon the service manager and Omar in the used car division. I'm just lucky I caught this before the engine seized. Been driving it to work for a week now! Not happy and hope nothing was damaged . Not hard to do ones job.

They were accommodating and did the best to expedite the car buying process along with providing me with great and efficient options for me to consider. Honestly had a great experience at Route 46 Mitsubishi. Worked with Omar Firozvi who was not only disarmingly kind (not used to that with a car salesperson!), but also a straight shooter who didn t play any games with our price. He laid everything out clearly when asked and was willing to work with me to get closer to the number I had in mind. Then Ali in the back office made the financing and signing process quick, smooth, and painless. Appreciate the service and professionalism here late on a Saturday night and would recommend this dealership and working with Omar & Ali to anyone looking to buy!

I have nothing but good things to say about this dealer, they were attentive and helpful in every way and I left feeling 100% satisfied with their service and I would recommend to anyone. The prices listed is guaranteed they have a wide variety of vehicles and their team does their best to get the best deal for you. I watched this dealer for months before traveling across state but I have no regreats thank you route 46 Mitsubishi for my dream car.

The people are nice, but the maintenance service is lacking.I took a used car in for routine maintenance which went mostly well, but they missed an issue that causes my car to start inconsistently. I left the car there for roughly 2 weeks to resolve the issue and after charging me to fix it, it's still ongoing.If you just need yearly maintenance (tire rotation, fluids, etc.) and good customer interactions, they're great. Otherwise, I'd advise against risking it.

Stay away from here only ever have bad experiences with them. Even now under new management. Rich the manager was so rude to my wife and they definitely owe us a car key that they held till the car was paid off. Only to have him give her attitude about the fact they don't have it. Whoever this rich guy is should be fired. He's not a manager he's barely registered as a person.

(CHECK THE REVIEWS ON YELP) Please don t come to this dealership.. I scheduled an appointment to see a car on a Saturday. They called me on a Thursday and got me approved for the car that I wanted OVER THE PHONE.. (it was sus.. but I trusted it..) I was so excited.. they even picked me up the next day so I can go there, sign and leave with my car. Only problem is I needed insurance to drive off the lot. I just got it.. it didn t take me more than 3 days.. now they are saying they need 500 down I just bought expensive insurance and they now want 500 down.. it was 0 down why the change up? They are just trying to take advantage of a single mother with two kids.. they ran my credit like 20 times.. wasted my time at the dealership and had me there for over 3 hours .. gosh I m so upset that I won t be getting a car it would of made things easier on getting to work don t trust Willy

I went to this dealership to purchase a vehicle for my dad. The transaction proceeded extremely smoothly. Everything went sour after I signed the purchase agreement for the car. I requested the finance manager Ali Firozvi to register the vehicle in New York, but he ended up registering it in New Jersey instead. The moment I confronted him about it, he began acting in a hostile manner. I tried to call to look for the warranty company Global Administrators today to ask a question regarding my warranty, but then I discovered that the company is fake. Every single salesperson who works for this dealer has a poster of Global Administrators on their desk where they are working so they can sell you the warranty, it is not legitimate. All of the employees at this dealership are con artists, but Rafael Figueroa, the manager, is particularly dishonest. He refused to allow me to buy the car without the warranty. An additional four thousand dollars was required for the warranty. These con artists should be avoided at all costs. If you have recently purchased a vehicle from this dealer and are reading this review, you should make sure that you have the warranty. I'm writing this review because I don't want a situation like this to occur to anyone else. Oh, one more thing the person who responds to the reviews Jamie Rusignuolo doesn't do anything when you write her an email to give the complaint. It seems like they have a bunch of gangsters working here ready to scam the hard-working citizen who walks through that door to purchase their vehicle with hard earn money. . When I went back to request the money that they had stolen from me they said that I had purchased the certification for the vehicle, but they never showed me any certification for the car and never gave me my money back. They also charge you for Anti-theft window Etching $300 and then they tell you that it's mandatory. Beware of this place.

Horrible place. First off, I was supposed to meet with a guy named Rafael and I didn t even meet with him. Went to go see a car that I drove an hour to see and the car was wrecked and wasn t even detailed. The guy who helped me was named John and he even said that the car should have never been online. Also didn t look like the dealership maintained the car, the rotors were bad and the tire had a bubble. They brought another car out but it didn t have the same trim. And then I already left from being disappointed and they called me saying they had another model so I turned around. The manager Omar lied over the phone and said it was cheaper than the one I looked at but it was $2000 more. And it had a big scratch across the hood and the guy said there was 19K miles over the phone but there was 57k. I would have never turned back around.

My visit to this car dealership was disappointing. The entrance had potholes, and the atmosphere felt chaotic. The staff, especially Willy, seemed more interested in scamming customers than helping them.He literally asked me how come I have so much cash, like dude it s none of your business.They asked intrusive questions about my payment method and hiked the price by over $5000 when I mentioned paying in cash. The advertised prices are misleading and don t reflect the actual cost. It s just a clickbait.Overall, I felt deceived and wouldn t recommend this dealership to anyone.
