It was easy to schedule a service appointment. Upon arrival I checked in with my service advisor, Tony. He managed the necessary paper work. I waited in the lounge area. Service was completed in a timely manner...very professional from start to finish!

Today we went into Cadillac for a oil change and air filter.Our rep was Ron, he was great. We were In and out in under 2 hours. Definitely recommend Brogan Cadillac!

Ron that works in the service department made my experience outstanding. That's why I'm glad I bought my Cadillac there so when I bring it in for service I get taken care of. I know products are expensive it was a lot today avail but Ron had nothing to do with it he just made everything go a little better it's all you can ask for. Thank you very much. You're lucky to have him as an employee I've owned my own business for 40 years and it's very hard to find good people that have values. Tell rod thank you very much again

I went to have a check engine light looked at and Anthony was so helpful. He explained everything clearly and let me know exactly what needed to be done. I was most impressed by the way he worked to keep the costs reasonable. He even arranged transportation to area stores so I could eat and run errands. Professional staff very friendly , they give you the discount you deserve great Mechanics there work well done. Plus you get a fair price on parts specially tires. Better than Castco and other retailers.

Brogan and its employees never disappoint. From check in to check out Ron delivered stellar service. He kept me informed on the status of my car while I waited. Both the check in/out process was quick and efficient and my car feels great. Thank you!

Another great service at Brogan Cadillac. I had Ron as my service manager today. Great guy. Very helpful and polite. Addressed all my questions quickly and knowledgeably. Even found a problem with my radiator that I was unaware of and the repair is covered under warrenty. Great service dept. All of the employees are friendly and polite. Thank you all.

Came for a oil change and rotation. Everything was working fine, now I need a computer module for my tire bc it won't sync after the rotation. My question is why I have to pay for it if it was fine before I got a rotation? Make it right plz!!

Ron and Cadillac are the best! I have been with them for nearly 20 years now and their service just keeps itself at the highest levels at all times. And I always get surprised that they know my face/name when I walk in. It's like family you see on the holidays - but you actually like each other lol.

I was impressed with the service. Friendly and took very good care of us. Waiting area was bright and clean TV plus coofee. My mechanic was great. Geaorge. in reality i think all would be great.

Not a good experience. I understand that I pay twice the cost at a dealership. I do expect that the mechanics to have replacement parts. This is the second time that I ask to change my wiper blades and was told they didn t have them. This time they changed the passenger side and back window. Ron is a good and excellent service gentleman. He demonstrates his expertise about your car repairs and lets you know every detail that will be administered. I highly recommend himto anyone that believes in trust. Because he is going to be up front with you andmake sure the job is fixed and your Cadillac is running like it came from the showroom floor . Well, Stan the service person was nice. But he didn t communicate too well with getting back to me with information. So I would say that his communication wasn t that great. But other than that he was nice.

Another excellent experience with Brogan. They took me the same day I called and quickly fixed the problem (emission warning light on) in less than two hours. Very much appreciate the prompt and effective service.

The service department has always been top Notch. The one issue I had was there were no loaners available. The service team is courteous customer centric.
