No pressure experience! Rakesh heard me. He knew what I was willing & not willing to do & informed me of the best options for me & presented everything in a clear, concise & professional manner. Rakesh called when he said he would & kept me updated anytime new inventory came through the doors. Most importantly, he didn't try to nickel & dime me. All other staff involved in the purchase of my vehicle were also professional & timely. This process was the best car buying experience I have ever had & I look forward to doing business at Brogan Cadillac for years to come.

Mervin is the salesperson you want handling your deal. He never pushed us to make a decision and didn't give up during the process which can be hectic. Our deal was agreed upon over the phone and there were "surprises" when we came to pick up the car. Mickey in finance got our paperwork processed quickly and painlessly.Thank you both.I recommend Brogan Cadillac.

Best car buying experience I ve had. James was my sales person and he made the entire process incredibly smooth. Even months after the fact James helped me out with the service department and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. If you re going to brogan, highly recommend working with James.

Purchased a XT4 from Mark at Brogan. I have never been more impressed with the ease of purchasing my car! I was able to be in and out of showroom in 15 minutes all paperwork prepared and just waiting for my signature. Thanks to Anthony, I m happily driving my newly leased XT4. Anthony was there for us from start to finish as I was returning a lease and negotiating a new contract. Though price and negotiations are very important, I was most appreciative of the time Anthony took to help with delivery and patiently explain all the new features of the redesigned 2024 XT4. I recommend you go in and ask for James he s the rockstar of selling cars lol. He really took care of me from beginning to end, even on his day off he was working to make sure I got the car. I never had to deal with the hassle that you get when dealing with other dealerships.

Joe Diamond is an amazing sales person. He was patient and took the time to find us the XT5 we wanted and worked with us on the price we wanted to pay. He stayed in contact while waiting for the car to arrive and requested a lot of necessary information in advance so the day we picked up the car the financial paperwork was seamless. Everyone we met with at Brogan was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend this dealership and Joe!

What a pleasant experience it was getting a new 2024 XT5 with salesman Anthony De Los Santos at Brogan Cadillac. Through the process GM, Rakesh, was also helpful. My family has been buying with Brogan for decades and will continue to work with them. Anthony was very helpful going over the vehicle features and insisted on calling him back if we had any questions about features. We look forward to continuing our loyalty to the service department as well.

Cristian was a pleasure to work with, he made me feel comfortable, there was no pressure, he clearly understood my needs/wants and provided options. I m a tough on the spot sale it almost NEVER happens but he made me feel like a valued customer so I engaged longer, which was a key factor missing at some of the other dealerships I visited. I m not new to buying cars, I don t need any favors, as I have exceptional credit and all of my down payment, lol. If I get the attitude, take it or leave it or similar vibes, it s their loss and I m on to the next. Cristian didn t know my buying power or if I was a serious buyer, but treated me with courtesy and respect the moment I walked in the door. He answered all my questions/concerns. He was knowledgeable of the trims and their differences. He was personable and had a good sense of humor, and I m not easily humored, shhhh. He balanced professionalism with our common interest. (And I m old enough to be his ) In the end, we had a DEAL, I believe a very GOOD DEAL and I m a happy Caddie Owner! Although my focus was on Cristian, I did notice several of the other employees interactions with other potential customers, and found them to be just as courteous and willing to help. The management team was friendly and acknowledged my existence. Mickey, who is the financial guy was unexpectedly NICE, lol. If you re looking for A Great Cadillac, GO to Brogan, they will treat you RIGHT! And if Cristian is not your sales rep. but you see him, mention this review and watch him SMILE!

From the minute I walked on the lot, great experience. Greeted by TJ, owner, he introduced me to Anthony, was not going to buy that day, but changed my mind because of the experience. Had a top notch experience w salesman Anthony who was very responsive, helpful, and forthcoming with vehicle pricing breakdowns. Didn t ultimately reach a deal (I was down to 2 options and went the other way), but was impressed and would definitely recommend looking here.

Great overall very friendly staff. Did they deal within a few hours and drove off in our new car witch was very hard to get from other dealers would highly recommend. Luis was a great sales rep and delivered the car to our house.
