I came in with some car trouble hoping that my oil change was really all I needed. After chatting with the gentleman working the counter he had his mechanic give my car a quick once over and quickly found my issue. They even called around to some shops to try and find me someone to fix it same day since I was from out of state trying to get home. Ultimately, I had to trade my car in for a new one the same day to get home however I wouldn't have felt comfortable doing that if these guys hadn't gone above and beyond to give me honest answers about my engine before I got to the dealership. The oil change itself was also quick and easy and the facility was clean and obviously well maintained.

Quick and efficient especially only having an hour to get the oil change with my schedule. Staff was friendly and professional. If I wasn t moving I d go here for all of my oil changes, highly recommend!

The guy changed my oil in less than 15min, gave me a ticket receipt with no outlines of what was actually done. I know what I was billed for, no proof if he gave me the actual synthetic change for the price or if he gave me the lesser fake brand, that I didn't want. Got upset when I asked for a print out of what was done. He wrote on a flyer circle what he say I paid $100+ for but no additional breakdown. I will not recommend this Valvoline to anyone. I've used this company services for years never not received a print out of service procedures. Bad service, poor services.
