This is my second time leasing my car from Pine Belt Nissan of Tom's River. Again, it wasn't a disappointment.The staff at Pine Belt Nissan is friendly, welcoming, and NOT just out to make a buck. They care about you as a customer and will go out of their way to make you as happy as possibleBoth of my trips here have been headache free, and both times I've left happy with a new car. Dylan R. and Sales Manager Mike K. were a joy to work with, and made the process surprisingly easy and pain-free.**Highly recommend**

Mike Huber was amazing. He listened to us and tried everything he could to find the best fit for us. Michael listened to my 3 year old son and looked for the red car he kept asking for. Meanwhile we wanted a Nissan kick. He got us a red kick. We love it. Mike worked within our budget and valued our opinions and what we needed in this moment in our life. Would definitely recommend not only line belt Nissan, but Mike himself. He talked to my son, colored with him. Answered any questions me and my partner had. And we related to life, and interests. It was a wonderful experience.

I was not under pressure to get a car but received a Vehicle Exchange Program letter from Pine Belt Nissan so I decided to take a chance and go see what they had. I had the pleasure of working with Brian Pancoast and Kevin Depiano who took their time and showed me multiple cars within my price point. After many hours I settled on a preowned Rogue and we began the process to buy. As fate would have it , the car I was going to buy had a mechanical issue and so Brian and Kevin stepped right in and not only decided to give me a car with even MORE features but a complete upgrade keeping the cost neutral. I can t even describe the professionalism and care they gave me to make me feel better. It was late on the weekend and so I was given a loaner so we could redo all the paperwork Monday. If you take away anything from this review, just know that if you come here to find a car, you have a team of people that actually care. I am so thrilled and look forward to driving my beautiful new car.

My lease was almost up and I was visiting a few dealerships for a decent trade when I went to Pine Belt I met the dealer Jay Daniel's. I wasn't completely happy at first but the next day he called me and told me to come back in and we would work something out together. It was his sincerity and honest help that got me in my new rogue. I'm very grateful he reached out to me

I did an early trade in on my Rogue Midnight addition. loved it but wanted a car. chose the Altima SR Turbo. amazing!!! Brian is a new salesman and he did so awesome! actually sold me his first new car. Thanks Brian. Mike Kelleher thanks for getting me rims the car is off the hook. showroom and my 6th Nissan.

I usually don t do reciews but in this case I have to! This is my second car from Pinebelt Nissan and I live an hour away. Chris Brushi is a life saver!! I told him exactly what I was looking to do and where I needed to be. So he gave me some options on vehicles. I came to the dealership and noticed the vehicle, I picked out, was already pulled up in front. James Jay Daniel s greeted us right away. Jay was very knowledgeable when we did the walk around, made sure to answer questions as well as let me know about the Certification on the vehicle. We went on a quick test drive, came back and worked up the numbers. They had me exactly where I needed to be. The only thing I wish is we didn t wait for finance so long. However, Mike Weber, finance manager, told me he just started in finance, and apologized for the wait. He said he wanted to make sure everything he was doing was done right. Jay was there talking to us the whole time. All in all it was a smooth and nice experience and If you re ever looking for a vehicle make sure to ask for Jay Daniel s. I ll be back in a few years & I ll be sure to work with him again!

Michael Huber helped me buy my new 2024 Nissan Pathfinder and made the whole experience as pleasant as possible! Buying a new car could be kind of intimidating especially for a woman but Michael changed my whole view on the situation. He definitely did everything he could to make sure I got the best deal. There was no sharkyness going on like most car sales people. Thanks for all your help Michael and thanks for all the laughs!

Came into the showroom completely overwhelmed from the day s events. Met with Michael Huber who was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. I have been leasing with Pine Belt Nissan since 2018. I came in to get a new lease on a Rogue, as mine was ending in the next few months. I was a bit limited with what I could afford and Dylan and his manager Mike helped guide us to a smooth deal to help me get a new lease similar to my old one! Very grateful for their help and appreciate the work they do during a difficult time of leading cars.

What's more painful than having to buy a car? Nothing that's what!But Mike H made the experience pain free and fun! That's right fun!! He listened to my wants and needs and made sure I left with the car that best fits those needs. Without trying to over sell or push for a higher priced vehicle.I was in the driver's seat for choosing the vehicle and I'm in the driver seat as I leave the dealership.Great experience would definitely recommend others coming here if they want to shop without the pressure of getting a car.And how can I forget Mike K! Who was also wonderful.10 out of 10.

A friend recommended I talk to sales consultant, George Corrao. He was so friendly & knowledgeable, and I felt very comfortable talking to him.The place was extremely clean & organized. The staff was friendly.I had a wonderful experience at Pine Belt Automotive.

Yesterday I walked into Pine Belt Nissan for the first time, we were welcomed in by Steve (our sales rep) with open arms. He took us back to his desk, and we instantly began crunching numbers on the car I was there to look at. After realizing it wasn't going to work in our budget, Mike came out to tell us the numbers and was eager to help me get out of my current car that I was unfortunately upside down in. After test drives, working with numbers, smiles and tears I was put into a 2023 beautiful pathfinder that I did not realize I would fall in love with. Never ONCE did I feel pushed to buy a car during any point. They helped me so much with getting out of the used car I was in and I couldn't thank Steve and Mike enough. It was such a please visiting Pine Belt Nissan and anyone looking for a car, truck, or SUV please do yourself a favor and visit Pine Belt Nissan in Toms River!

This is the second car I ve gotten from this place. And both were great. I just returned a lease and traded it for a new vehicle to finance. I met with Steve Sampson, and let me tell you, this was one of the most respectful and genuine car salesmen I ve ever dealt with. In a complex spot with my lease ending and my current car having an interlock device. Steve walked me through the entire process and is going out of his way to help with the interlock issue on his off time. Never met a salesmen who actually takes pride in their work and care about the customer. Nothing but 5 stars from me.

I love shopping for my car at Nissan Pine belt. Michael Huber showed me around without any pressure and brought me the car that I really wanted. He was such a genuine down to earth guy. I would recommend anyone asking for him if you re buying a car there. I bought a Nissan rogue and I love it.!!

Jesus Hernandez was absolutely wonderful. He even greeted me before I entered the building! I let him know what two cars I was interested in, and when he asked why I chose those two, he sat there and just listened. One of the cars I wanted was a Nissan Versa, and since none were available, he asked if he could show me something similar (Sentra). He let me know ahead of time that it was a bit bigger, more hp, etc. before he even pulled it up. I test drove it and loved the car, I thought it was better than the Versa. I told him my concerns about my credit and such, and again, he listened, and then did everything he could to help me finance my first new car. I felt 100% comfortable with Jesus and knew that he did genuinely care about me buying a car (my old one was falling apart). I never felt like he was forcing me into a sale or being pushy about anything. I've had a number of bad experiences the last few months when I was looking for a car, I thought I'd be getting the same treatment from another arrogant salesperson that wouldn't let me just think about my future purchase without talking-I've never been happier to be wrong. Jesus took care of every detail, knowing I had this mountain of a loan on my mind already and eased my worries. I've worked in sales quite a few years in the past and I have to say that I'm really impressed. He did his job very well, and I felt like he was genuinely happy for me when I took the keys and started my brand new Nissan Sentra for the first time. Thank you so much, Jesus!! I've already recommended you and this dealership to several friends of mine. I'm finally driving my first brand new car and know that it is safe for my son and suits all of my needs. I still can't believe she's mine when I walk up to her!!!! Thank you so much again!

The salesman was polite and did his job. He answered all my questions to the best of his knowledge. No car buying experience is smooth and I've experienced different levels of customer service over the years. The finance department was efficient and did their part in the acquisition of my new/used vehicle. Soon after tho Is where the real games began. Once they had me sign I couldn't get anyone's help in obtaining my plates along with helping me understand my bank that I got the loan with. I researched it myself and was able to gain access but sometimes a little guidance goes a long way. After nearly a month and a half and my temp tag experies I got a call stating my plates were ready. Overall they did alright. It wasn't my best experience but when is buying a car suppose to be.

Brian (sales person) was amazing! He was attentive, professional and helped me pick the perfect car. Brian Even checked in to make sure everything was car was great super responsive when I reached out to him. Kevin (sales manager) and Mike (finance) also assisted to make it an easy seamless transaction. I would highly recommend this dealership especially Brian.

I have previously leased and purchased vehicles from Pine Belt Nissan and my experience was always good. I went into the dealership in February 2023 looking to trade in my current vehicle and either lease or purchase a new one. I will not go into detail but my experience was less than stellar in February. After that, I decided I was not going to go back to Toms River Nissan. I knew I wanted another Nissan and today I had a change of heart and went back to the dealership. My experience today was completely different than what I experienced in February. Sales Manager Kevin Depiano, salesperson Dylan Reid, and Margaret who set up my appointment with Kevin, managed to restore my confidence in Pine Belt Nissan. I was treated fairly and with respect by each and every person I met at the dealership. I highly recommend working with Kevin, Dylan, and Margaret. They listened to me and I ended up leasing the exact car I was hoping to get. No hassles at all . I have to say I ve bought/leased many different vehicles at many different dealerships and Dylan is probably the best and nicest salesperson I ve dealt with. I m so glad I gave them a second chance. Thank you!

Went in for an oil change which was fine. What I HATE and why I wouldn t recommend going to Nissan for service is all the upselling. I was planning on a $59 oil change and I m presented with over $1800 in recommended extra services. REALLY??!!!I think if you recommended one additional service that I really need that is fast (I had already waited 2 hours for my car) and not too expensive you might sell me on something extra. Like something under $250 that could be done in 30 min or less.

Chris was AMAZING!!! Such a cool and nice guy. Felt no pressure at all and he got me exactly what I wanted, wouldn t let me leave with anything less. He was excellent I would recommend him to anyone looking for a Nissan. 10/10 experience

The worst dealership ever. Matt lied about the price of my car!! I went in with 8,000$ to put down on a used car. Matt said they had a car that was a 2019 for 19,999. I didn t like the car from the beginning. I asked to see other cars but he said this was the best deal. He told me everything was included, tires, a dink on my car, I wouldn t have to pay for anything. Plus free pinstripe. I was look at my paperwork and my loan was for 19,999$ where did my 8,000$ go?? After months of calling and going in there, the finance guy said it all went to warranties! Really!! Then I was told that I didn t get it for the price he told me!!! So it was 20,999$ so he lied about everything my friend bought a car there not knowing it was the same place I went to and she had to take her car back over 4 times!! Time for us to file a lawsuit!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

It was awesome. My sales agent Michael Bleichner was wonderful. He went out of his way to make the process smooth and easy. He was very knowledgeable, Caring and patient with me. I honestly did expect to get the car I financed with Pinebelt, thanks to Michael. Michael is an asset to Pinebelt. The company should be thrilled to have him work with their team.
