Great service with Olivia when you take your car in for service. It would be nice if they washed your car inside/out when you take in for regular service.

I called to make an appointment for an oil change. Was told to just bring it in and it will take about an hour. An hour and half later I went to see what s going on and was told it didn t go in yet. I came back at 2 hours as everyone who came in after me was gone. I asked for the manager and spoke to Mike who when told I had a problem and was like what do you want me to do before he came out.Sorry but customer service is just that. See what the problem is, speak to the customer. Not what do you want me to do attitude. Oh yeah then he tells me that I wasn t supposed to come in without appointment like it was my fault. That s what they told me to do when I called. Luckily Freehold is not far from me either for service.

Tonight we purchased a 2022 Pathfinder. George our sales rep was amazing on every level he was kind, not pushy, and knew almost every feature of the vehicle. If he didn t know he took the time to look it up and tell us what we were asking. He was kind and understanding that we had small kids with us and made it a pleasant experience. His Manager Kevin was also helpful in working to meet our needs in what we were looking for with quick responses and not feeling like we were pressured into something we didn t want. All around great experience. If you re shopping for a new vehicle visit George and Kevin at the Toms River Nissan and they will help you with all your needs for a headache and hassle free sale.

I traded in my car and got a great salesman Paul. I would refer him. He was great with me and gets back to his customers. The only thing is they don t tell you there s a timeframe to get your key made. They need to inform customers. I fortunately had to bring car in for service and made sure Paul put me in to get the spare key I was entitled to. Thank you Paul. I love my new car

They meet all the definition of snake oil salesmen. I attempted to buy out my lease through this location. Salesman was very nice but kept having to go to his manager in a back room for any questions that I had. Manager was clearly not used to getting detailed questions finally came out to speak with me himself. He was extremely unprofessional, rude and condescending.Turns out he had thrown in a 5 year warranty in to the price without telling me. I only found this when I insisted on getting a breakdown of the charges that he was giving me. He had originally tried passing off the costs without telling me what I was paying for. When I declined the warranty and asked for a line-by-line breakdown of the cost he got very defensive. He kept informing me that he is making no money on this and I can take it or leave it and basically told me that I'm not worth his time. The cherry on top was when he quoted me 6.9% APR on the loan. He told me I'm not getting better than that. Except that I had already gotten a quote from my bank for 3.9% APR.Honestly it was a bit surreal to have received this kind of service in today's day and age. I'll finance through my bank but beware. Know what you are paying for. Based on my experience they will absolutely take advantage of an uninformed buyer.

I made a 10 AM appointment online for an oil change. It said nothing about it being first come first serve and usually an appointment means you get priority. I knew I was on a time schedule so I made the appointment instead of taking my chances with the express service which turns out are exactly the same thing anyway. When I first got in I was told there was one or two cars ahead of me and then it would be hour, hour and a half. I still thought that was a long time with an appointment but I said OK. After almost an hour and a half I asked for the status and was told there was still multiple cars in front of me . The story then changed to there was multiple cars to begin with not one or two. I calmly explained that I was on a time schedule which is why I made an appointment. The guy helping me was nice enough to go and talk to someone and get my car moved up a little. They also mentioned that a piece needed to be replaced because of a factory recall but said it would be super quick and they could do it during the oil change so I said no problem. After two hours and 20 minutes my car was ready. I went to pull out on route 37 and almost got rear-ended and sideswiped because my car had zero acceleration. I drove the car around the block and back to the service center. Explained that the car had no acceleration. The guy that was helping me came out told one of the other guys to take it back into the bay, told him exactly what it was and when I asked him what was going on he said that that has happened before . Apparently they didn t pull back the rubber on the piece her enough to make the connection. I asked if it has happened before why was it not double checked? Had I gotten into a car accident with Nissan have taken responsibility? The only reason I gave it two stars is because everybody was very friendly but whoever they have working on the cars needs to do better. They also never put a new oil change sticker on my windshield but that s the least of my worries.Services: Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

beware of this dealership. i truly believe that they have practices that are not completely ethical.I purchased a vehicle back in June of 2022. When i purchased the vehicle i was told that i would have my new registration in about 2-3 weeks. l could not put down a down payment but was told i had to due to the car being as old as it was. the sales rep also said that it would be hard to get a loan from a bank for the amount of the car (14,000). so because of those two things a downpayment was required. I purchased the vehicle officially on the 30th of june. I then waited for my registration to come in, and after having many calls from the sales rep prior to me giving them the down payment for the car it became difficult to get in contact with anyone about my registration. the temporary one they gave me expired on july 14th and i still did not have a new one. when i tried to call to ask for updates i got continuously transfered to different departments with no information and when i left messages i received no call back. i was driving around with an expired registration for another month until i finally was able to contact the dealership and have them put me in a courtesy car. I found out later that the reason i didnt receive a registration was due to the fact that they were waiting for a lien on the car to be resolved. i thought this was very unprofessional and the lack of communication as to why i was waiting so long for my new registration to come in was unbelievable. also when i purchased the car something was wrong with fuel gage. i was told that it was fixed and its still giving me issues. overall this is the worst experience ive had with a dealership. there is an extreme lack of communication and no one seems to be interested in anything except making a sale. i would not recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a car.

Mike in service was awesome. My girlfriend was having a slight issue with her extended warranty purchased with a different dealership. Mike went out of his way to make it all make sense. Greatly appreciated! Stress less and go see Mike for your service

Honestly really annoyed with the service department. I've purchased my car at pine belt with about 8k miles on it a few years ago and there's been numerous issues with it. Whenever I bring up issues I have like the brakes not working well or that the car doesn't drive smoothly and there has to be something wrong with my shocks they tell me it's all okay. One mechanic said the car doesn't drive smooth because the car doesn't have a good suspension system. After years of complaining and giving up they FINALLY said my shocks were bad and was even told they were leaking. Only reason they finally gave in to say they needed to be replaced is because I'm now no longer covered through the Nissan warranty. The mechanics don't get paid well and they really don't make any money when the warranties cover things. I'm beyond frustrated after driving around in a car for years with bad shocks, the car was literally painful to drive anytime the road is uneven which is almost all the time in this area. We used to go to Causeway Manahawkin for service with my previous vehicles, they are out of the way but at least they get the job done without having to constantly complain.

What an incredible car buying experience. My sales rep (Emilio) put me at ease with no pressure whatsoever and Mike (sales Manager) did everything he possibly could to make it all happen.I've been buying cars all of my life (I'm 59) and I have always been nervous or worried throughout the entire process, each and every time, previously. This was the first time I've ever been comfortable from beginning to end. It's also the first time I felt I got the deal and the exact model I came for. It was difficult for this dealership to meet my price point, but I gotta give credit where it's due: The Finance Manager (Evan) tweaked and squeezed until my price fit the exact car I wanted.I FINALLY found my lifetime, Nissan Dealership!!!Highly Recommended!

This was the first time I had my car serviced with Pine Belt. I came close to my 60K mile warrantee, but Mike R. went above and beyond to make sure that we can get everything fixed in time. He kept me in the loop every step and made everything very convenient for us. Thanks Mike!Services: Electrical repair, Vehicle safety inspectionServices: Electrical repair, Vehicle safety inspection

Bought my used 2017 Nissan Atlima from Sean Bealler 2 years ago, it was during covid and I could not wait, Sean was great and made the process so easy! I have had all my oil changes and servicing done at dealership since then and the service dept has always been great to deal with and quick! Sean is always there with a smile and a "how can I help" attitude. I would by and service any future vehicles at Pine Belt of TR.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Wiper blade installation, Auto maintenance, Oil change

My Experience was absolutely amazing. So this is how my day started woke up tonight work due to the weather but its my Fiances birthday so cool we can KICK it all day. But oh wow I dont have gift from her because I'm ussually out the door 630am while she's still catching flies. So I had planned to stop and grab her a pair of KICKS because we have a sneaker problem in our household. So since I couldn't get there I figured oh let's go look at new cars ill see if I can get the ball rolling to get you a new car. (Neither of us had ever purchased a brand new car before so we weren't sure how long the process was or if I even had the credit to get a new car) I defiantly did not plan in purchasing one today. But let me tell you how fast that changed. We first met our salesman Moe, who was just splendid to deal with. He wa9s very personable, informative and just overall easy to work with the manager Kevin was just as great. They made this experience very relaxed and enjoyable. I will defiantly be bringing my buisness back to Pine Belt Nissan. Every person I met in the building was a pleasure to talk to. I strongly encourage you to purchase your next Nissan here.

I have been going to Nissan for 8 years now and I can't say enough praise about the staff. Especially Eileen in service department. She made going to the service department a very pleasant experience for me and my brother who also had a Nissan. She is right on top of things and very knowledgeable. She is an outstanding credit to Pine Belt.

Service was quick for a minor fuse problem of my own doing. So far trust is my concern and appears not to be an issue. The service coordinator was spot-on as was the tech-wise mechanic. That's nice considering i have a 2004 Pathfinder that still runs great.

Called gave 7 hour in advance heads upI was coming to inspect a car. Got to dealership (45 min ride) after confirming I was on my way and when I arrived the car they had out for inspection was not the car I called about. I was then told the car I wanted to see was at a body shop. I shoulda been notified immediately the car was not on site. Very unprofessional
