Mr. Tire saved the day! We were on our way to our daughter s cheer competition about an hour away from home when we noticed our tire was at 27 and within a couple minutes 2!!! I noticed Mr. Tire on the left side and quick pulled over. Our car is a new EV and we weren t sure if they would even have the type of tire it needed. The staff was so friendly and helped us right away. They determined what it needed and pulled it right into the garage, even when they were just about to close!!! Now, that s superior customer service!!! We are so thankful for the kind and prompt service Mr. Tire gave us!!! All within a half hour from start to finish!!!!!!!

Darnell & Mike were great. Quoted me a great price on 4 new tires for a Tesla Model 3. I dropped the car off on Saturday morning and it was done within a couple of hours. I'm highly satisfied with the new Goodyear ElectricDrive GT tires. Very smooth and quiet ride!

I had a nail in my tire and called to make an appointment. They got me in within 2 hours and the service was done in about 30 minutes - fixed and back on the road! Staff is always great at Mr. Tire! We've been customers for years. Thanks!

The crew at the route 166 in Tom s River are Outstanding. The management staff explain the work to be done in detail. The service people are true professionals. This is definitely my Go-To place for my cars from now on.Micheal, Darnell, thank you and your crew for the exceptional work done to my car.

I placed a call at 10:15 AM they were able to get the tires in by 3 PM on the car before 5 o clock. They also save me probably $400 compared to what the dealer wanted and were able to warranty the tires for 75,000 miles including road hazard.

I always choose Mr Tire and Toms River for all of my vehicle needs. Mike is always so knowledgeable and cordial. Mike always explains everything. I always recommend Mr Tire and Toms River and call Mike and make an appointment.

MIKE IS THE BEST! He is honest and kind and has exactly the qualities you want in your mechanic. We came in because our exhaust pipe was hanging and he took a look, fixed it with just a few bolts and didn t charge us a dime. He doesn t take advantage of you and is extremely quick and efficient. Mike will have our service for life! Plus he is open on Sundays and takes last minute appointments!

They fixed my exhaust pipe when other places wanted to charge me for a new muffler and stuff. Very happy they worked with me and got the job done inexpensively.

Absolute best of them all. You wouldn't expect it. I had an oil change done. Had specific concerns which were addressed by both management and technicians. Extremely accommodating. Something I would not expect from a tire store per se. Not that level of customer service and satisfaction. It went far beyond my expectations and I would never consider going elsewhere after a synthetic oil change and new tires. Which they have the tires on the floor. I want it specific tires that I've always put on my cars. They can order any tire and they have them there the next day and installed that same day. And the price was as good as anywhere else. Really exceptional. I can't say enough good things.

Excellent service. and employees like Darnell. Had my tires inspected for a slow leak. Truly honest, all I needed was a tire repair and not new tires. I highly recommend !

Mike is the most helpful person ever. Quick and easy. Honored their warranty on previous work and took care of it no problem. A+Update December 2023-Jay and the mechanics are absolutely amazing. I was in and out, price matched the lowest competitor out there, will continue going back as long as these guys are in business.

I'd gone there many times for oil changes and only had issues with the amount of time it took. Then one of their counter guys starts telling me how much upselling he does there. My wife happened to need a new tire one Sunday and we ordered one online. They installed a different, more expensive tire, and told me they did her a favor because it's better quality. It's not what I wanted nor was it affordable. Then they state she needs new brakes and it's a huge safety issue. Car had just been purchased months before and new brakes were installed then. I called him out, of which he did not like. When my wife went to her regular mechanic for an oil change a few months later they stated the brakes were slightly low but nothing to be concerned about. Clearly, Mr Tire saw a young female and decided to take advantage of her by saying she needed things she didn't. Do they treat all women like this? Think twice before going or you might spend 1000s on unnecessary repairs, especially if you're a woman. It's completely pathetic that they would take advantage of someone because of their gender. Shame on you guys.

Mike was so great, I'm not sure where to start. Our tire blew out on the parkway and when we called to see if the tow truck should bring us to him for a tire change, he was professional and knowledgeable. Once we were in the store he was super friendly and put us at ease. His team got our car in and out in about 45 minutes. Cannot recommend highly enough! Thanks, Mike for making our bad day a little better.

left after work done, drove 1 mile and tire sensor light went on after having replaced two front tires. drive back to facility and person simply hit the reset and said the sensor will reset itself. left and drove a mile and sensor light went back on. Did not go back but called after getting home. Manager said- turn on call and reset again. Have not driven car yet to determine if this reset works.

Michael and the guys at Mr. Tire are fantastic. Kind, helpful and courteous. We blew a Tire on the parkway on our travel trailer on a Saturday and no other tire shop in the area could help. Mr. Tire was more than kind and helpful to get us back on the road as quick as possible. I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Thanks again guys!

Customer service was amazing at this place! Michael was unbelievable, with his knowledge of tires, and understanding of budget. He was sooo friendly, and the technicians were fast and efficient. I had four new tires put on my car, and was in and out of the shop within an hour. I was very impressed, and will definitely return, for any other tire needs, in the future. A++ (:

terrible service, do not change your tires here unless you want to put your safety in the hands of people who do not know how to do their job well. changed my tires here and paid over $800 the mechanic didn't tighten the wheel bolts properly, i noticed this when i was driving on the parkway and the whole car was vibrating. I had to get off the parkway and call another mechanic to fix it, luckily I found one who went to the place where my car was and fixed it.. so if you want to get good service this is not the place.
