This was my second Subaru purchase at this location and I will always recommend them. My salesman Francis was beyond great! Super nice, personable, and very transparent through the whole experience. Sal was nice helping in the finance department, also very helpful with any questions. Brandon was also extremely helpful with explaining all the new technology in my car. Love my new car and appreciate the Lester Glenn crew!

Cody Monica was patient and helpful with all of my questions went above and beyond keeping me updated on the status of my new vehicle and coming in on his day off to finish paperwork once it came in! 10 outa 10 would definitely recommend this location if you're looking for a great car with nice and friendly sales representatives.

What a great dealership! Atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, staff is top notch! No pressure sales, no haggling and associates that car for the customers. Special attention to Seth! What a guy! Excellent experience! The deal we struck was fair and painless. Cory knew the vehicles thoroughly and working with him was pleasant. The manager Mario was "no nonsense" and didn't lead me around with endless "back and forth" negotiations. I believe they gave me more than they wished to give and I gave them more than I wished to give. Neither party gave more than each was prepared to give. That makes for a "Good Deal". BTW I normally hate buying new cars, not this time. Well done Cory and Mario!

I recently purchased a 2022 Subaru outback. I personally do not like purchasing a vehicle because of the long hours spent at the dealer and pressure. Seth may me feel relaxed and comfortable, no pressure. He helped me identify what was important, to me when choosing a new vehicle. And, for the first time, asked what I thought was the value of my trade in. I've never been asked that. I had a very pleasant experience working with Seth. I do not like the pressure when paying for the car and speaking to the financial manager. I always feel forced into buying some kind of added warranty. I feel these are very expensive and it makes me feel like something is going to happen to my new purchase. I have never used any of the extra warrantys in the past. I did end up paying more on an warranty and I hope nothing happens to the car. I would advise checking daily prices. I found three different prices for the car I purchased. One was on the paper on the window, one was on the QR code on the window and one was on the dealer website. They did honor the lowest price I found. Hopefully, I will continue having a pleasant experience if I use Lester Glenn for maintenance.

Came in one night to schedule an appointment for the next day, was not in the mood to look at car the very moment I was trying to schedule an appointment. I understand and respect a hustling businessman but Seth was downright aggressive and unnecessary. He ignored my plea for an appointment for the next day. He held the dealership open later and was on immediate action to get the car pulled up. Once I mentioned I wasn t exactly comfortable to test drive, his tone and emotion changed to agitated. Stalled once before driving and he freaked out making me feel even more uncomfortable. He discouraged me and said word for word why would you look at a manual if you don t know how to drive. My first advice is to learn how to drive before you buy one with the biggest grin on his red face. I simply said how else do you expect me to learn? He needed to step away after that. There was a clear reason I was advised by my household to avoid Lester Glenn. My mom has issues with this specific dealership and my sister has issues with Mazda. I d suggest at the very least to avoid Seth when buying. But Lester Glenn seems like a place to avoid overall. Sorry for anyone who s witnessed similarly to my family and I.

I've had bad experiences with dealerships in the past, so I requested to meet with Seth based on his positive reviews. It was a pleasure working with him, and the reviews didn't disappoint. I only needed a car to go to and from work (20 minutes total), so I wasn't looking for a high payment that didn't make sense with my needs. Seth worked with me to get me the best deal for a 2024 Impreza, and I absolutely love the car. I would definitely recommend this dealership!

Having nothing but good things to say about this establishment! Never owned a Subaru before, but after talking with Francis, and the knowledge he gave us. It was a no brained but to get a Subaru. The safety on these cars are like no other. Francis made this appointment and decision so easy for us. He made us feel very calm though the whole process. I highly recommend going through Francis!

Just got a new car from Lester Glenn, and a great deal. First time dealing with this establishment, the sales person named Seth was a pleasure to deal with as well as knowledgeable,he didn t make me feel pressured at all for the sale.The financial representative named Lindsay was great,she was up front about everything and made me feel confident in my purchase. I would highly recommend staying away from this dealership and any Lester Glenn brand for that matter. I've had issues with the brand in the past but chose to give them another try based on good feedback I received from a family member.I should have stuck to my initial feelings. I will NEVER do business with a Lester Glenn Dealership. I tried helping my mother negotiate the purchase of a car and it went horribly wrong. After providing the sales associate and manager on duty with a $1,000 deposit (which I was assured was the only way to locate the vehicle but was completely refundable, "Lester Glenn does the right thing") the refund never happened.I have been forced to dispute the charge with my creditor and will be happy to share my experiences with James Grace and his staff at Lester Glenn Subaru of Toms River.

I had such a positive experience with the Lester Glenn Subaru sales team--more specifically, Cody Monica. I hadn't purchased a new car in over 13 years. I never expected to leave the same day with my newly leased car! Cody understood what I was looking for, and his expertise made the difference in my decision. He thoroughly and patiently worked with me and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Cody to anyone interested in leasing or buying a Subaru! Another great experience with the Lester Glenn family of auto dealerships! LG Subaru in Toms River had a used car we were interested so we headed there to see it and ended up driving it home! We were so lucky to have had Mike Boczkus as our salesperson! He was friendly, knowledgeable and so very funny! As it turned out, he knew my husband! We were treated like family by Mike, Sal the sales manager and the rest of the staff at the dealership! We rang the bell and are very happy with our experience! I highly recommend this dealership and specifically Mike Boczkus!

My grandfather needed another car as his lease was up. Went through multiple dealers till we met Ron Giordano at Lester Glenn Subaru. Ron was very patient and no pressure to sell anything. Ron thank you for good attitude, patience, and communication we will be back.

I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership. My husband completed the actual purchase of my new car but I love my Outback. I had to return for service unexpectedly when a dash light came on. I was in the area and went straight there. I was super stressed out as I am a busy mom with places to go and things to do. I dealt with Nicole and she made it a great experience, no stress. In less than an hour I was on my way with a loaner car while they checked mine out. Nicole communicated with me throughout the whole ordeal via text and phone. Friendly and great service!

EDIT 2022:I regret buying my Subaru here. The buying process was easy but since then my car has been full of problems. I wish I had shopped around because I previously had a 2008 Impreza with fewer problems than my 16 Legacy. Go somewhere else.Original review:I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership! I worked with Seth to find my new car. He was patient, helpful and totally transparent about each vehicle I inquired about. He had to stay late to finish up our transaction but I could not have asked for a better salesman.He (and Ron, the manager) made sure that my fiance and I were taken care of during our entire time there. No pressure to buy and willing to work with our budget. I'll definitely be back!

Needed 2 tires replaced asap. One blew out, other punctured. Drove in at 8am and dropped off with no appointment. Nicole was able to have 4 new tires installed by 4pm. My car was even washed when I picked it up. Wow, Thank you Lester Glenn. Experience was awesome.

I m very disappointed with Lester Glenn Subaru. I just got a 2019 Subaru OB that passed their CPO inspection. I can t believe this car passed as CPO with a damaged sidewall tire. I see this as a safety hazard that could blow out while driving and endanger my life. My dealer tells me that the tire should be replaced as soon as possible as a mismatch with AWD can cause damage to other parts of the car. If there is a mismatch, all 4 tires will need to be replaced at the same time.The car was delivered with the leather seat being dusted NOT cleaned; see attached comparison.I also had the car inspected by my local dealer and body shop. The bumper is not tight against the body and was removed and re-painted, the color is off, at some unknown point which is not noted on the Carfax.I drove 16 hours to pickup this car. The paperwork was supposed to be ready for signing by the time I arrived. The paper work took 4.5 hours to complete. The financial person never gave me a business card. I had to call the sales associate to get the person s name. The financial person keys off certain words and immediately repeats her memorized learned lines. She doesn t listen to the question being asked. She spoke in a monotone voice in 2x speed; may as well be a pre-recorded message. This was a very impersonal and unfriendly transaction.After contacting the dealer with concerns, the dealer will not help resolve any problem. They got their money and are happy. Customer service and satisfaction does not seem to matter. I will never buy from them again. If a less than zero review were allowed, Lester Glenn would receive a -5.

I had a terrible experience at this Lester Glenn Subaru. This place has a body shop out back, I had an appointment to drop my car off to there at the body shop.It started raining heavily outside. The lot was really full, my husband came with his car to pick up. I asked an associate that was outside parking another car if I could park by the wall he said I could, it was close to the body shop center door.No sooner had I pulled in there and got out in the rain, that another employee at the Lester Glenn car dealer in the front told me I had too move my car. I got back in my car a little wet from the rain at that moment, and I pulled up next to him and said where should I park? I thought he might steer me towards a space nearby. He said I'd have to look and there was parking up front. Again I said to him, I have an appointment for today to drop my car off. He didn't care one bit, he said the dealers manager said I had to move my car. I was really upset now. My husband had gone inside the body shop.I had to park all the way up upfront, and it was pouring now. I did not have an umbrella with me either. I had a nylon coat on, I waited a moment before I exited my car so the rain could let up a little. I was very upset to be treated like this since I had an appointment.Then when I got out and started walking towards the shop at the back of the dealer it started pouring again. I got completely soaked, I looked like a drowned rat, and due to me being upset, I had left my keys iny car and had to walk all the way back to it to get them.So on my walk back I decided to go through the dealers front entrance completely soaked to the bone, and I made sure the entire place knew how displeased I was with them.Now it is important to say that the folks in the body shop did not do this to me, the Lester Glenn dealership did. The Manager or General manager apologized to me when I got in the body shop. I told him that if that was the case that I had to move my car, then the person that told me to do that should have moved it for me, because I had an appointment.By the way the lot was full of cars that had been serviced in the service center so that is why there was no space for me to park my car. I got the impression from the manager that they were not supposed to park there. The general manager was very nice to me and I do appreciate his apology, but I would like to say that next time please leave a spot for your customers to park or park the car for them, especially if it is raining out.

I went to Lester Glenn Subaru in Toms River In January 2024. I was hoping to be able to get a new Crosstrek.Meeting Seth made that happen! He worked with us for hours until we could come up with an amount I could afford.After working with Seth,Jonathan and Sean , I was able to drive off the lot with a beautiful Subaru Crosstrek!A great experience from beginning to end.

Seth Leifer was amazing. He was considerate of what I was looking for. He took time to make sure everything was completed in a timely manner and was completely thorough and knowledgeable. I would request Seth when entering the showroom! It was a wonderful experience.
