In my 59 years on planet earth, I will say my experience here was nothing butextraordinary. I m not quick to give good reviews, but if they re earned, I am quick to give them. People are so ready to trash people when they get upset, but very few take the time to talk about the good. Jay Jackson was my salesman. This dealership puts people before money that much I know. I am a professional paid first responder so I don t make a ton of money. I am working class and they found me the right pick up truck at the right price and creative financing. Got the deal done with a budget that I can afford and a warranty that gives me great comfort. my other car is a Subaru you know I ll be getting my next Subaru from this auto group. There s nowhere else to go in Ocean County, Monmouth County, Atlantic County shoot these guys are worth traveling 100 miles for to say the least. And they were the fairest dealer on my 163k miles jeep and took into account how well i serviced it! My car dealer for life new or used!

As a first time buyer I was a little nervous. I wasn't sure what to expect or even where to begin. Like a good doctor giving a child their first shot, Tina made the process so quick and painless it was over before I knew it. From start to finish it was almost as satisfying as driving this beauty off the lot.

I desperately needed to get a new car and Ryan was so incredibly helpful. He helped me find used cars in my price range and I ended up falling in love with a Sonata. He and the other staff were super accomodating and were willing to work with me to get it to a monthly payment that fit my budget, and gave me a really good trade in payment. And even after we left, Ryan has been there to answer all my questions and to help get a warp in the glass covered by the dealership that was causing issues with visibility. This place was awesome!!! Cannot recommend enough.

I just want to say thank you Lester Glenn and Jason Dodaro for making my used car purchase easy going and smooth. Jason was very patient and worked with me knowing my finances were in the process of coming together with ins co and all. I fell in love with the car when I saw it online and loved even more in person. The car sold itself but without Jason navigating me thru the process, it never would have gotten done. I have to say that Jason Dodaro went above and beyond to get me into this vehicle. And he went above and beyond getting it ready for me to drive it off the lot. What a TOP NOTCH dealer! I was helping a long time friend purchase a vehicle. We already knew the vehicle we wanted to test drive. I didn't think I'd see a vehicle I loved more than the one they found, but then after seeing the transmission blue versus the black I was really at odds. I can't say enough how much I appreciate their accurateness and efficiency in getting to the right vehicle.They really heard me out on what I wanted and surprised me with a color that was right in the middle of the two colors I loved! Grace really heard me out and helped with any issues I was facing, I was so pleased I went to corporate and gave them a high compliment. Was definitely pleased and can see why they are the number one Hyundai Dealership in the country! Experience the way car buying should be.... experience Lester Glenn!

Sarah has been our family salesperson at Lester Glenn now for what amounts to 10 vehicles leased/bought. She is the defacto best sales person I have ever had. Easy to work with, no nonsense and has ALWAYS taken care of us. Frankly I would not work with nor go to anyone else!

I've had a really good experience at this dealer the past few days. I was pretty set on getting a KIA, but decided to take a look at Hyundai before totally deciding. I had the pleasure of working with Ryan, who has been so incredibly kind and helpful from start to finish. From him, to Frank, to signing all the paperwork with Anthony, I found everyone great to work with. I came in just checking out a Hyundai, and wound up leaving with one. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for/at a Hyundai to come here!

I just bought a used Tucson from Lester Glenn. Excellent experience! Great car and great deal! I live about 100 miles from the dealership, but it was well worth the trip! Salesperson Ryan was super informative and low-pressure. Highly recommend and would definitely buy again from Lester Glenn!

I am writing this review to share my experience with Crystal Gale at Lester Glenn she was absolutely amazing and went over and above to help me finance my current lease. She made the process super easy and convenient! She literally met us half way because I live 90 minutes away, to sign all the paperwork on a Sunday no less! This blew my mind! This is my second experience with Crystal and I have to say she is the best! I ve never seen such amazing customer service. Thankyou to everyone at Lester Glenn but especially to Crystal.

My fiance and i came here this morning and met with Sal Sr with hopes to purchase a pre owned and certified Santa Fe. Sal Sr. Went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the vehicle and even made sure to give us a great warranty. I visited Lester Glenn on 6/29/2023 to speak with a sale s representative on my leased 2021 Kona. I was definitely interested in a bigger SUV. I was greeted by Tina one of the sales representatives. She was welcoming and greeted me with a smile. I spoke with Tina and discussed my needs. She quickly recommended the 2023 Tucson and advised me it would fulfill all my needs. Tina and I went on a test drive and she was very helpful and discussed the different features of the Tucson. I am very happy for Tina s recommendation. She was also very patient and understanding. I appreciate Tina and loved working with her.

I went to Lester Glenn Hyundai to look at getting a new car and trading in my old. We came out very successful thanks to Tina! She was wonderful and helped with everything that we needed. I can't say enough about this dealership or Dan that made all of this happen. Obviously everyone has a budget, we were concerned we wouldn't be able to get what we wanted. Dan listened to our wants and financial needs. He worked some kind of magic and we ended up with an amazing, perfect new car. He stayed with us an hour and half after closing to help with all the cars features. Thank you Dan

***RESPONSE TO LESTER GLENN***Thank you for your 3-week late concern. You are correct, initially, we were told about every issue with the car. We decided to repair the biggest issue, which was the engine. When we picked up the car we were given a printout, the keys, and told where the car was parked. There was no explanation for anything so to say there was a miscommunication or misunderstanding is false. After picking up the car the second time, we were told the issue was because the computer was not reset. My son has been driving the car for three weeks with no issues so to imply that there were underlying issues that caused the malfunction sounds like a cover-up. When the car was initially dropped off there were no issues, it drove over 10 mph and there was no jerking. The engine light came on and that was the reason for bringing the car in.***********************************************If I could give no stars I would. We dropped my teenage son s car off because the engine light was on. Everyone was very friendly. We received a call that the motor had to be replaced but it was covered under warranty. When the car was ready my son's father and I picked up the car. I drove my son s car. When I got on the road it seemed ok but when I pressed the gas to accelerate the car would not go faster than 10 mph and started jerking. I started to panic and immediately thought what if my son was driving on route 37 instead of me when this happened? I was praying that I would make it back to the dealership. I made it back safely and his father went inside to talk to the technician. We were told to leave the car so it could be reinspected. This was unacceptable!!! Do the mechanics even inspect the car before it is given back to the customer? Suppose their negligence caused an auto accident. All I can think about is my son s safety being at risk.

Most professional and honest car dealer I have every meet. If Jay Jackson is a typical Lester Glenn salesman I know I have found the right place. Took my relative there expecting the usual car salesman slime and was shocked. She is still deciding brand but dealer has been decided thanks to our experience with Jay Jackson.

An absolutely wonderful experience buying my 2021 Subaru Forester from Tina Romero. She was helpful, honest and the entire dealership was very straightforward about fees, which were minimal. I pretty much buy cars for a living so I really appreciate dealing with an honest dealership that respects their customers.

Worked with an amazing sales person named Dominic who really took excellent care of us. He was not pushy and didn't try pushing some of the common horrible stuff that some places seem to use regularly. We were buying out our lease and it was fast and simple. Absolutely would recommend my family and friends to go see him.

Tina was a pleasure to work with! Not only did she arrange my lease renewal for an upgraded suv, but she straightened out my Hyundai account after another dealership made a mess of it! The original suv I requested was not going to be ready for a few weeks, but she worked fast and was able to bring one in before it was expected. The whole team, including Sal & Sam, delivered a great experience for us and I thank you for your exceptional service!

I bought a certified Palisade from here about a month ago. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Matt was open, fair and very helpful, and made the process of buying a car pleasant! He continued to be supportive after I left the lot and answered all my questions!
