My car was damaged by someone backing into it while parked. We got Lester Glenn Collision to repair it. The team member that assisted me was Bill Paglia. He kept us in the loop at all times letting me know the progress of my repair via text which I greatly appreciated. He even walked my husband and I to the car to show us what had been done and to make sure that we were satisfied. The staff at the front desk were excellent too. Very friendly.

Marissa gets . She was professional, yet I felt she was an old friend that was looking out for me. She handled my needs starting with the estimate. The work was completed in a timely manner. When picking up the vehicle she brought it to me and reviewed the work together.The rest of the office staff also deserves kudos. The work was excellent.We are happy to recommend Lester Glenn Collision center to anyone needing that type of work.

Bill did a fantastic job making my vehicle whole again, the friendly office staff kept me in the loop the whole time and made scheduling the dropoff simple, and I got it back way sooner than I would have expected, which tells me they were very diligent about getting the parts ordered quickly and getting the work done efficiently. On top of that they were kind enough to vacuum and wipe down the interior while it was in for the repairs, it was very nice to drive away from the accident claim with a clean car looking like new again.

Marissa Santiago took care of my car (and me) not only in a professional manner but also with a demeanor which gave me confidence my fairly new car would be as good as new. Her information on the initial collision was spot on, and as she warned, additional work needed to be completed upon a more involved inspection of the damage. Even her time frame for the completion date was correct. There was hesitation on my part to take the car to the dealership repair shop, as State Farm encouraged me to take it elsewhere - to shops "within their program". I was advised that a dealership "could" have much higher costs; thereby, costing the insured money over and above their deductible. Lester Glenn Collision Center's charges were COMPLETELY covered (minus my deductible) by State Farm, with no questions asked. I highly recommend this collision center as well as their agent, Marissa Santiago when and if you are in need of a repair.

This place is amazing first off the front staff is awesome they are all extremely friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about there job a big thanks to them and Dan who was in charge of my truck was the best he made sure everything was perfect to my needs and kept me updated with progress couldn t ask for a better man on the job. This was the best decision I made was to bring my new 2019 Ram Truck to them I had less then 12 hours on it before I got hit on the driver side rear door and bed area. Dan and the collision department went through my truck with a fine tooth comb and it looks like it just came off the showroom floor if not better and of course the detailing of it after it was all completed was great. I am extremely happy with the way it came out and you can t tell that it was ever in a accident after the work they did trust me you be extremely happy. Thank you again Dan and Staff.

Oh where to start! I brought a family member's vehicle to be repaired on 12/29/23. When we arrived around 1pm we spoke to Jeannie who informed us that we would need to complete a walk around with Bill before we left the car for repairs. We were happy to do so. He noted any damage that was done to the vehicle not related to the collision. A small ding in the driver's side door and a small scratch near the top of the vehicle. All other damage was caused by the accident and was located on the front left bumper, hood, and headlight. When Bill called the family member to let them know the car was ready, he mentioned a road chip in the windshield that had gotten worse while in their possession. Odd, considering we walked the car with him when the vehicle was dropped off and no "road chip" had been mentioned or noted. Imagine my surprise when we arrive to pick up the car on 1/26 to discover a large crack that spanned half the length of the windshield and a claim that they didn t do it. I wouldn t have even cared if they just acknowledged the damage and offered to make it right to begin with but instead, we had to run every single scenario about how it wasn t their fault:1. A road chip can be made worse by the heat in the paint shop (Well, you are the car repair experts, shouldn t you have paid special attention to any potential risks of further damage? Bill should have inspected the windshield thoroughly and made us aware that a tiny chip could be made worse. I am no expert, but I would imagine a little filler would be a lot cheaper than a whole new windshield).2. The crack was already there (But wasn t noted on the intake form they completed?)Eventually, I asked to speak to the manager as I was not going to get anywhere with Bill as he is too busy spending his time talking over women. Andrew informed me that he was the one to discover this crack hours before we were set to pick up the vehicle. I explained to him what is explained above to which he agreed to replace the windshield. I believed this was the resolution to the issue. Just when I thought they had redeemed themselves, Andrew calls the family member to inform them of the their newly discovered smoking gun evidence that the crack was indeed there upon drop-off! In fact, they had photographic evidence of the crack under a layer of snow taken the day the car was dropped off on 12/29/23. The only problem is it did not snow the day the car was dropped off. They told me they submitted the windshield damage to the insurance company to see if they would pay! And alluded to the fact that we would have to pay if they would not.I once again explained that in my photographs, which were taken for the insurance did not show a crack, the crack was not indicated on the original estimate, or on the intake form. I instructed Andrew to not install the new windshield they had rushed to get until it was straightened out. I told him we were unwilling to pay for a new windshield because all evidence pointed to the fact that no crack was on the windshield upon drop off.Ultimately, they installed the new windshield and did not charge us. My negative feelings is the lack of professionalism, gaslighting and back and forth that we had to endure before they did the right thing. They most likely would have convinced my family member to take the car without repairing it as they are older and not always willing to be confrontational.

I'm so very pleased with my experience with Lester Glenn Collision. They fixed my car in a timely manner and worked with my insurance company to pay for the repairs less my deductible, as well as setting up a rental car. The repair is impeccable. They washed my car's exterior and cleaned the interior including the windows. They even filled the window wash reservoir which was empty. I highly recommend Lester Glenn Collision!

I used Lester Glenn Collision for my 2021 Tuscan. The damage affected both the driver door and rear passenger door and was pretty extensive. Considering the times we are living in with supply chain issues they were able to complete the repairs in a somewhat reasonable amount of time. I had heard that other brands were experiencing much longer times in trying to get parts. While I had anticipated a quicker turn around they were probably not realistic. After the initial estimate from my insurance provider additional repairs were needed as they started dismantling the damage. They worked quickly with my insurance provider to get authorization for these parts. Because I used Lester Glenn and had purchased my car from their dealership I felt comfortable that original equipment would be used.When I picked up my car I was impressed and thankful for the skilled job the technicians ( in my opinion artists) had completed their jobs. The car was completely detailed and looked as good as when I drove it off the lot back in 2020. I know I called frequently to check on status and that would be my only complaint is that I wished they could have either called texted or emailed me to let me know where things were at. In retrospect however I am completely satisfied with my experience.Services: Painting, Auto body & trim replacement

They called and said my car was fixed and to mu surprise when I picked it up they did not fix all the problems from my accident. I was told the technician didn't know to look there. They also said I had a clicking in my steering wheel but it was not fixed. Bill and Andy never apologized or owned up to there error. We had to miss multiple days of work because we still had no car.i wouldn't give them any stars at all for there unprofessionalism. I question if they truly fixed my car for the items they said they fixed.

Very unprofessionals working there, Adjustors letting ins adjustors come & go without any direction or compliance, advising customers incorrect procedures an COSTING customers aggravation and extended time and money without there cars... with no care... Truly one of the worse businesses I've ever had to Deal with im extremely unsatisfied

I brought my Hyundai Sonata to the Collision Center after an accident where someone hit the front of my car at a gas station. If I could rate them 100 stars, I would. Lester Glenn was absolutely amazing in handling everything and in repairing my car well beyond what I expected. They handled the insurance company, the rental and repaired my vehicle quickly and perfectly. I was more than satisfied and happy when I picked it up from them. They truly did an outstanding job and I am very thankful that I brought my vehicle to them. The repair is amazing, the paint work is perfect and the car was returned in clean, immaculate condition. I cannot thank them enough for everything. I would personally like to thank the employees that worked on my car; Jeff, Harrison, Clarence and Niko as their work was impeccable and flawless. Jonathan Hall was professional, courteous and made me feel comfortable with the process-he is wonderful. All of them went above and beyond. A huge thank you to the Collision Center at Lester Glenn for taking care of my car and doing an incredible job on it. I highly recommend this shop and I will definitely continue recommending it to anyone in the future. Thank you so much!!!!

Amazing Experience! Recently, I had my Infiniti repaired at Lester Glenn Collision Center with Dan and his crew. Everyone was so helpful and efficient. To say they did a stellar job is quite an understatement! When my vehicle was returned to me, it looked like a brand new truck. It was not only repaired within a speedy timeframe, but fully detailed. Dan and his staff went the extra mile to make sure the whole process was seamless. I also got updates on my vehicle regularly. I am so pleased and thankful for the whole Experience!

The courteous and professional service Dan provided was exactly what I needed after damaging my brand new car. I had bought it only three months earlier and was pretty upset about the mishap. Dan put me at ease and was very helpful during the entire process. My car came back to me polished, detailed and looking like nothing ever happened. I was recently struck by a deer in my 2014 Chrysler Town and Country. I immediately called Lester Glenn collision center to have my work done. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating . Jonathan helped me deal with the insurance company and even though it took longer than expected due to some complications he kept in touch every step of the way. I got my van back today not only fixed but with a full detailing and it looks better than new! I am so happy with the service i received and although i hope to never have to return for any repairs I would definitely deal with them again!

My car was pretty badly damaged as a result of someone else's bad driving.I purchased my car from Lester Glenn so I naturally had my car towed to the LG Collision Center.It was late and they were closed at the time but the next morning at 7AM I got a call from Walter.He told me what to do and assured me everything would be OK.Later that day, when I arrived at the body shop to pick up my rental car, which was beautiful by the way, I was very impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, and overall appearance of the staff and the facility.My car was repaired in a very reasonable amount of time and when I received the call that it was done I went to pick it up.That was when I was really impressed.It looked beautiful!! Like it never happened...They showed me pictures of the entire step by step process of the repair of my vehicle. It was truly amazing to me.Thank you so much to the LG Collision Center staff especially Walter and Sam!

I had the misfortune of getting rear ended by a reckless driver and having a lot of damage done to the back of my 2013 Chevy Sonic. This was my first new car I ever owned which I also purchased from Lester Glenn. I was bummed out thinking my car wouldn't be the same again.I Dropped the car off to Lester Glenn Collision and they were very friendly. Bill ran me through the process of getting it repaired and gave me an estimate for the completion date. They were very responsive through the whole ordeal and updated along the way about the status of my car and the extent of repairs.Today I went to pick up the car and I was shocked. The work they did on my car is phenomenal! You can't even tell the car was in an accident and I inspected the entire vehicle. They even detailed the whole car so it looked like I was driving it off the showroom floor brand new again.Really can't thank them enough for their excellent work from start to finish. As far as I'm concerned, Lester Glenn is the only place that will be touching my car from here on out. Thank You!!!

I usually do not write reviews but in this case i feel the need to write to express the excellent job Lester Glenn Collision Center has done to date. Samantha has been so informative and knowledgeable through this whole process. I seriously did not have to lift a finger and because of this It made my life easier. Samantha contacted insurance, rental car and kept in contact with me. In speaking with Dave I know my car is with a great team. I highly recommend Lester Glenn Collision Center.

My car was hit in a shopping center parking lot. Fortunately, the driver waited for me and gave me their insurance information. Unfortunately, their insurance company was not easy to deal with at all. When it finally came time for repairs, they were really tough about agreeing to parts that were new and in really good condition. Dave at Lester Glenn really worked to get everything that we needed to be approved so that things would be right again with my car. I really appreciate the effort he put forth to make sure things would be done right, even if he wasn't making much money on the job. If I ever need repairs on my car again, I'll definitely go back to Lester Glenn.

My wife's 2012 Acadia was hit from behind about a month ago as she was stopped at a light. The damage was fairly extensive and we even had some frame damage.We bought the car from Lester Glenn GMC and had a real positive experience, so we brought the car back to the Lester Glenn Collision Center figuring it would be as good.It was actually even better. The stress of the accident was quickly suppressed as the team over at the auto body center lead by Dan jumped into action and had us in a loaner Acadia immediately (which was important as we need the three rows). We received multiple updates as the car was being serviced and repaired, and they delivered a like new car faster than we expected.Everyone over at Lester Glenn Collision was so nice and accommodating to our schedule, from drop off to picking up the car. When we (I) picked it up, we couldn't even tell it was almost three years old.Fixed, Washed, Waxed and ready to roll.Thanks again Dan and the wonderful team over at Lester Glenn.

I had an excellent experience with Lester Glenn Collision Center repairing my 2016 Mazda CX5. Dan Paganelli was enormous help from day 1 when I contacted LG about my damage. He walked me through the process and kept me informed throughout. Friendly, professional and my car looks great!! Shout out to Amanda who rocks and also extra kudos go out to the ease in which I was able to pick-up and drop off my rental as well. Many thanks to Dan, Amanda and the whole LG Collision staff!!!

I just wanted to say a special thank you to William Paglia and the crew at Lester Glenn Collision Center! This was the first time I've had to bring my Hyundai Elantra in for body-work due to a dented fender. The whole process from start to finish couldn't have been smoother! The repair work was done beautifully and the car was ready in the time frame promised. The dent is gone, paint was matched perfectly, and as an added plus the car was detailed, which I was not expecting! If I ever have the need to have any body-work done on my car in the future, I will definitely come back to Lester Glenn Collision Center!

First I would like to thank Dave for not getting back to me. It's been three weeks now & it's giving me plenty of time to go to not one but three auto body collision companies...that, funny they all seem to agree that my hatch back is not lined up correctly & that is something that Lester Glenn should have noticed & taken care of. It should have never been returned to me this way. The rest that was discussed by myself & my husband...let me remind you of one...the back Chevy emblem plate that you admided you chipped in two different spots & now has a big gap in it, also wasn't done correctly. So my husband & I would like to thank you for the Lester Glenn experience to the point that we, our family & friends will never buy anything from Lester Glenn or have anything to do with Lester Glenn again. I could have went anywhere to have my car repaired but, I picked Lester Glenn because of it's so called reputation. Boy was I mistaken. We are going to be purchasing a new car next year. I would drive an hour away to buy a new car before I would get the Lester Glenn experience again.WOW!!! Nice try! However your information is incorrect. I'm done playing this game. Next year I need a new car & I won't be at your dealership!
