Jason my salesman was absolutely wonderful!!! He was beyond courteous respectful and helpful as was everyone in the dealership. I give Jason 5 stars and a hats off for his kindness, Professionalism and knowledge. I highly recommend this dealership. This is my 2nd lease from Lester Glenn Buick.

Jen Wilmot nuff said. Jen not only did she get me in the truck I wanted, she helped my mother as well. No gimmicks or games played no slimy finance guy who wishes he was Gordon Gecko. Nope. Jen didn t push me or my mother into another car or a payment we didn t like. I went in there looking for a truck with my guard up but didn t need it. Jen s exemplary professionalism, tact, honesty and understanding of my needs got me test driving within minutes then driving off the lot into a brand new Sierra AT4 not long after. I m a customer for life and will refer Jen to anyone I can. If you re in the market for a new car or truck, go to Lester Glenn GMC in Toms River and ask for my friend, the amazing Jen Wilmot.

Great experience. I was dealing with a few local dealerships. I saw the exact car we were looking for on Lester Glenn's website. I contacted them and they immediately got back to me. They quickly put me in contact with a sales manager that gave me the best price compared to other dealerships. It was well worth the hour and a half drive to get the car. Everyone was very friendly and the purchase was super smooth. I definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle with Lester Glenn!

UPDATE! I received my truck back and now have two different color bumpers, and drip marks !I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at Lester Glenn GMC. I traded in my leased 2020 Chevy Silverado for a CPO GMC Sierra 1500. While I much rather lease, due to the current climate of the market, the prices were extremely out of budget. When I was looking at the vehicle, I found some scratches on the (L) front bumper. Per the Manager, Jerry he stated they would fix it for me. With that promise, I ended up purchasing the vehicle. To make this really long story short, two weeks went by and I went in to pick up my plates. I asked them when they would be scheduling the bumper repair in which they more or less eluded to that they forgot to put the we owe in. A week later my truck was brought in for my tow mirrors failing, and the bumper. I picked up my truck that day, the bumper on my truck looked spray painted and my mirrors which they stated were fixed, were still not working. I immediately went in and spoke with Jerry who came to look at my truck. He advised me to come back during the day and speak with the service manager. I brought my truck back ANOTHER time to show them the bumper, and again have my mirrors fixed. Ultimately the second time they had to order the mirrors and told me to bring the truck back once the mirrors were in for the bumper. I came back a THIRD time. They put me in a loaner, said the truck would be done by EOD. I came back in and my bumper was not even touched. The service advisor told me prior to coming in, bumper looks great, trucks good to go. It wasn t. I again expressed my dissatisfaction and once again, Jerry told me he would call me Monday and have the truck scheduled AGAIN for repair. Two weeks went by, no call. I drove to the dealer and asked what the hold up was in which Jerry the manager stated, he forgot . They scheduled me for Tuesday 11/29 at 8a. I dropped my truck off, had my fianc�e pick up me and by 4p I heard nothing. I was dropped back off at the dealer and my truck was no where to be found. I asked my service advisor where my truck was and he said, let me check its status. Again to make a long story short, they sent it to a body shop and it wouldn t be done until Friday. They were able to get me into a loaner however all of my belongings were left in the truck because I was told this would be done by EOD. Again, no communication. My truck was literally sent away without notifying me at all, and I didn t have my stuff for work. I expressed my frustration again, and the service manager Mike was very aware. He offered to grab my stuff from my truck however, it was my work equipment and I d rather not have anyone handling it. The next day I drove to their Lester Glenn collision center. Asked if I can pick up my belongings from my truck. Come to find out, my truck isn t there. When the receptionist called GMC, the advisor stated, I don t even know why she s there . Also stated they would not tell me where the truck was and told me to drive back to GMC. Once I got there, I met with the GM Craig, and SM Mike. Per Craig, he had no idea about this until I wrote my initial review. Which I deleted because I appreciated his help yesterday. Until today. Yesterday they told me my truck was in Lakewood, but refused to state which body shop. I turned the GPS on in my truck and found it at MAACO in Lakewood. Another cheap alternative done to my truck. The comments today from Craig were that I am making this a bigger deal than it needs to be however I m spending over $800 on a truck. This isn t their truck, nor their money. If they were going to go the cheap route from the beginning I would of never let them touch my truck. The lack of transparency is unacceptable. Such actions not only violate the trust between a customer and a dealership but also raise serious concerns about the quality of service provided. Buyers, STAY AWAY. This is just a little piece of this nightmare dealership but unfortunately Google limited my review.

Great dealership! I worked with Karen in sales. She was patient, respectful and friendly from the start. I ended up buying a GMC Terrain from them. Everything about the experience was positive. I traded a vehicle in as well; they gave me a fair price with no nonsense. They walked me through each step of the process explaining every detail. Greg in finance was great. He is very friendly and knowledgable. He explained everything thoroughly and respected each decision I made. He also got me a very competitive rate. All around, I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Lester Glenn Buick/ GMC.

They found the car we wanted and put together a deal that was unbeatable. This was just another great experience with Lester Glenn, a dealership I have had the pleasure of dealing with since 1976.

All persons at Lester Glenn were very attentive to us. They also worked with us to give us the best deal on our new vehicle. If I had to criticize any one thing, it would be that Jim one sales person, didn't go through all the apps/electronics and how to use them all. Otherwise a very pleasant experience

My husband and I purchased a 2021 GMC Terrain from salesman Lou Bottone and I need to say that the whole experience was Amazing! He greeted us outside , we let him know what we seen online that we were interested in, and he took it from there. He was very kind, knowledgeable and helped us get to know the suv perfectly on the test drive. He even gave my husband pointers on Striper fishing! Great Salesman, and Great Guy all around!Thank you to the Lester Glen team and Lou for an easy purchase!

I want to personally thank 2 great guys along with another great guy I met at Lester Glenn Buick GMC. Even though I did not purchase a new truck through them, I will definitely be purchasing from them next time around. Bill was great in service. He took my truck in and was extremely helpful. I want to thank Lou in sales and Craig Dibella the GM for helping with a situation that I got bamboozled on. Lou and Craig were extremely helpful with a problem I am having with another dealer who was not transparent with me when it came down to purchasing my truck.Without getting into details, Lou and Craig were extremely knowledgeable about the issue I was having and both went out of their way to see I got/get resolve. Recently leased a Buick Envista and I can confidently say it was a seamless and efficient process from start to finish. A massive shout-out to Evan, our sales representative, who was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. His dedication to ensuring we had all the information we needed and his prompt responses to our queries made the entire process a breeze. Service manager, Bill Peak was great. Took care of everything I needed done. I feel very comfortable when discussing issues with him. In my opinion, he always gives it to me straight. If I need something done now, he tells me. If he knows it can wait until later, he also tells me that. Never tries to push something that isn't really necessary at the time. I asked him to check the tread on my tires (original ones since 1915.) Sure enough, I needed new tires. I totally trust him. He also spends time with me, explaining things and answers any questions I have. He is also very pleasant to talk to.Tony, the mechanic was also great.

It was my first time in the dealership as we had moved into our beach house from up North. I met with Kyle Petty he was excellent in helping me through questions I had about the maintenance plan. He said to contact him with any questions I might have. Overall I d say I left feeling it was a very good experience.

Just picked up and brought home a car for my grandson. Edward was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. In fact all the personnel we met with were helpful and pleasant. The vehicle was fairly priced and the even assisted with a temporary late to take the car our of state. very satisfied, thanks..

From the moment I stepped in I was taken care of. I had reached out in hopes of test driving a prospective vehicle and the manager, Anita, responded immediately and was able to accommodate my schedule in order to get in to drive the car. The sales representative, Tommy Bowen, was wonderful to work with, he was professional, considerate and listened to all of my concerns and answered my questions. He worked directly with me to make sure I was comfortable and confident in the outcome of the meeting and never felt pressured or pushed in any way. This was truly appreciated since I do not enjoy being rushed into a big decision. I was given the opportunity to speak with the financial advisor, Gregg Harris whom was a pleasure to work with as well. He and I worked out a plan that worked for me and my vehicle and still stayed under my budget. I d like to mention, Craig, one of the managers came over to me and approved the offer we were able to come up. He was very easy to work with and understanding of my situation as he has daughters as well. I will recommend everyone to go to this dealership because of how easy my experience was, and the treatment was outstanding.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation which also a 32 point inspection should have been done on my vehicle. When the vehicle was completed and started to drive the message board alerted me indicating "service break sensor". This was not on when I arrived for service, indicating to me that the inspection was not fully completed or done at all.Furthermore, I had advised the attendant I had a nail in the rear back tire and came back with a price of $70 to remove and put in a plug/patch. A job that takes 5 minutes to do and not knowing if the nail went all the way through to charge that amount of money. I believe it was a bit excessive when the tires were already off for the tire rotation.

We have had issues with our company GMC trucks being properly serviced at other places...so we tried coming here.This dealership found the problem and fixed our truck properly in just under 8 weeks..a major repair to an axle..BUT...The parts malfunctioned and the truck was badly damaged as a result. We had to be towed back and the truck repaired AGAIN...however... this dealership handled it all, paid for our tow WHEN IT WAS TOWED...and fixed the truck Again with a whole new Axle.WE SAY BRAVO TO THESE GUYS FOR STANDING TALL BEHIND THEIR WORK.You dont know if your choice in a company was the right one UNTIL something goes wrong beyond anyones control.Thank you, Lester Glenn " GMC" of Toms River NJ

Went here for a used truck from Pa. Everyone was very nice and thought it wasn't a bad place until afterwards. It did take almost 5 hours inside the dealership to get the paperwork signed which wasn't to big of deal but still annoying.After getting home tho I learned there was minor inconveniences wrong with the truck. Took a week and half of trying to contact them about it to get resolved and was then told they wouldn't do anything anyway. Was charged for things I said I did not want. 5 weeks later I've still heard nothing for my plate to come in so I now have expired tags which they told me to just let the cops know the dealership hasn't called me. was also told they would take care of my pa state inspection which is not happening. I wouldn't go back to the dealership just because of the afterwards treatment.got the sale and now basically don't care what happens
