Had such an amazing experience with the guys here. I made an appointment with my car that I purchased from a 2nd hand usage. They ran over the whole car and checked everything on it. They did a full diagnostic on the vehicle. They were really great and said it was all ok. They changed the brakes and rotors all for a really good price.

Warning. Owner will call you and threaten to charge your card on file, just to get you to call back after they mess your car up and can t fix it.I have never once written a negative google review, but I need to share a terrible experience. If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my truck in for a simple routine oil change, I showed up at the time I was told to, but the shop was over 20 minutes late opening. They completed the service, I paid for the service, and as I pulled out of the parking lot every light came on on the dashboard, including the check engine light. I called the shop and brought it back and they couldn t figure out what happened and were unable to diagnose it with their pocket scanner. I then had to bring my car (which is newer) to the dealership, since they didn t have the appropriate technology to diagnose the problem, which left me without a car and now I was inconvenienced while the dealer had to clean up the mess Kremers made. That same day the mechanic who did the oil change, called me to follow up and asked if he had left any tools (the pocket scanner) in the truck, at which point I informed him there was nothing left in my vehicle. Kremers called me one time the next week, asking for a follow up on the car, fine, although not necessary, as I had to take it elsewhere to get it repaired. Meanwhile, I was never offered any help or assistance and I was just going to ignore this matter and let it go. The shop then called again and left a voicemail asking, once again, if they happened to leave a tool in the truck, but as I had already informed them, there was nothing left behind, so again I didn t feel the need to call them back, as I was already disappointed of the inconvenience I had to go through while my car was being repaired. The breaking point causing me to write a review, was a voicemail (that I have saved and will share) from the owner, Charlie, threatening that if I do not call back, they will charge my card on file, (may I add, that should not even be on file because I did not sign anything authorizing them to be able to do so) for the cost of the tool that I had already explained to them had never been left in my vehicle. When I called him back and expressed that I don t have the part and was upset they kept bothering me, he said hear me out because I only said that to get you to call back. What a terrible way to do business, threatening to charge my card for a tool (that again, wasn t left in my car), because their tech is irresponsible and misplaced a piece of equipment, again, not my fault not my problem. This was so very inappropriate and very unprofessional.

Helped my family today with an emergency situation and went above and beyond the call of service. When we asked for the fee, they told us we had been through enough and it was on them. Restored my faith in people. Thank you !!! I will refer everyone I know to your company.

Kremer was recommended highly by friends after I was told by a different place (I didn't trust) that my 2012 Camry needed a new radiator and a bunch of other things. I dropped the car off at the designated time. They called within the hour with the diagnosis. Yes, it needed a new radiator. They gave me a price and is was fixed within 4 hours. They showed me the old radiator (it was a miracle the car hadn't overheated or seized up). The said the second issue was not an issue at all. (honesty lives! so cool, so much appreciated!!). Best to call for an appointment as they're jammin'! And, pay by cash or a check to save 3.5% (on credit cards). My first impression is they're my new go to mechanics. Good shop and good service. Called and set up appointment and they got me in right away and fixed the issue asap. It was actually cheaper that what was originally told to me. Will be going back for future needs.

I have tried different service stations for many many years. This is the only repair shop I will ever use now. They are informative, they take their time explaining things that are wrong and all your options, the pricing is extremely fair, they have a large parking lot to hold your car overnight if needed, they have a drop box to put your keys and a note into if you can't reach them and it's an emergency to have your car towed there. They have been in this family business for many generations and love what they do and it shows...I am so grateful to have found them. Sincerely Kathleen McCormick

Kremers auto shop Beyond anything I have ever experienced when I called just to find out about getting my car fixed the owner was beyond helpful with my situation as I explained the best I could not knowing what certain parts were called the owner took the time and consideration and explained exactly what I didn t understand kremers got my car in and repaired in no time I am definitely going back again and I will definitely recommend anyone who needs repairs done to go to kremers you will be highly impressed and satisfied with the resultsService: Steering & suspension replacement

Charlie and his sons are amazing even though they are precise mechanics they know what they're doing and they never do anything without checking with you I'm letting you know what the price is going to be and then they fix your vehicle I absolutely love these guys from Kathleen Brock

Honest, helpful, and excellent work. If you need work or maintenance done this seems to be a one stop shop and a owner who obviously loves what he does. Very fair prices and good people, highly recommend.

We have used them for years and have six cars that they service. They are always honest and you never have to worry that they are going to overcharge you or tell you that work needs to be done when it doesn t. All the guys in there are great. I don t take our cars anywhere else.

I had such a great experience here yesterday. I bought my SUV 3 years ago and took it to chain auto places to have oil changes done and every single time they found something wrong with the car and told me I had to get it fixed right away and spent thousands of dollars in over priced work that did not even need to be done. It made me hate my car so much and I've contemplated on trading it in so many times. My dad told me about Kremers Auto Service and they were able to see me the same day in a half hours notice to take a look at a problem that was going on and they took care of my SUV the next business day and had me back on the road a few hours later. They really accommodated me and my busy schedule and I will never go to a chain place ever again, I found my new trust worthy mechanic. His whole staff is great and I did not walk away feeling ripped off, they actually made me love my car again. =)

Great Place! Everyone there was super nice and honest. That goes a long way with me. They tell you what's wrong, and they don't push anything on you like some places. Will definitely be going back in the future.

Charlie Kremer is the third generation Kremer to run this shop. He comes from a family of automobile racing and classic car enthusiasts. His labor rates are pretty typical and I would say they're fair -- lower than the dealer, for sure -- unless you have a buddy with a lift and the tools to do it yourself. I bring my Honda Element to him whenever I can.If you're a JDM enthusiast, this is not the shop for you. I don't think Charlie's going to lower your ride, install an aftermarket intercooler, or turn your daily driver into a maad drift car. But he'll get you back on the road and that's what its all about, mahn.
