The Honda dealership on 37 in toms River was absolutely amazing. They worked with me so patiently and figured out of all the issues and got me into a beautiful car that I am more than happy with. Thank you Emily and Chris lots of love.

Service rep was very nice and helpful. I had four tires changed and it took a lot longer than I was expecting but she made it right with a small discount. I was pretty shocked that I was charged a 3% surcharge for using a credit card on an $1100 purchase which is outrageous in my opinion. If not for the surcharge, I d probably give it 5 stars. I hope they get rid of this ridiculous surcharge because I might take my business elsewhere.

I find the Honda Service Dept very friendly atmosphere and very courteous On a continuous basis, I ve been there before I get treated very well i m so pleased that I ve purchased my car at Honda at toms River. Everyone There are so nice and my car was done. Serviced oil changed, and tire rotation in a short. Time within an hour. Thank you

They serviced my civic after a check engine light came on. Tom was great in explaining what was going on & taking the steps to get things fixed. I went to leave an the light came on again. Tom being a stand up guys threw me the keys to the loaners said were going to keep your car till its fixed.

I had my first vehicle service, which was complimentary, a few days ago. My service advisor was Tom. He was courteous, professional, and thorough, and he answered all my questions. When the service was completed, he said there were no problems, and mentioned everything that had been done. Lastly, he advised me when the next vehicle service should be, and that I'd receive a notification via the driver information interface.

Dean was very helpful and easy to get along with. Only went in for a recall inspection that took half an hour, but all staff was friendly. I ll go back for regular service instead of going elsewhere.

Best car buying experience I have ever had, Karen L was the absolute best and so glad I was able to work with her. She helped me find the exact car I was looking for and helped make the buying process a breeze. Karen was super kind and helpful and not pushy at all. I would highly recommend her to anyone who s looking for a stress free experience. She was well educated and efficient with answering all of my questions. 1000% will be going back! Also, big thank you to Adel as well for making the financing options clear and showing me my best options! Everyone was so kind and welcoming, truly couldn t of asked for a better experience!

I had issues with the injectors, even when I was warned that my warranty was expired at the end I didn't have to pay, I appreciate their commitment to making customers happy. Special shout out to Stan Vargas for helping me with my car throughout the process. Highly recommend!

The service department is always great. I bring my cars here all the time. Chris in service dept did a great job coordinating my cars alignment work with the mechanic and communicating with me the whole process and was done a lot sooner than expected. The mechanic that did my alignment was truthful with the multipoint inspection that comes complimentary. 100% will trust this service department with all my vehicles.

very upset with the situation in the Honda financing company. It s been taken four months to get everything done. I was very disappointed in the background of this company still don t have a car because of somebody lackadaisical on their desk isn t sending the right thing I even asked to talk to the manager who is Manny sorry I can t give you five stars we re coming there on Saturday cause we need this done so I could have my car back and we still want to buy another Honda from HAMILTON because we re all moving back there, we re not staying in Whiting. Sorry for my three stars it could be two stars.

I have been having an ongoing issue with my 2017 Honda Pilot. My vehicle was purchased at and consistently maintained by Honda of Toms River. My check engine light has been going on and off for 2 years. During each service, I brought this to my service advisor s attention. Each time Honda failed to determine the issue. Currently, my catalytic converter needs to be replaced. This is the second catalytic converter that requires replacement in a 6 year old maintained vehicle in the last 2 years. There is obviously an underlying issue and now I am responsible for an extremely expensive repair. I am extremely frustrated and lost faith in Honda.

The service department is very good and affiant. They ask you what is needed, before they go ahead with a repair and let you know the cost before hand. They also call and check to see if you are satisfied. Thank you.

I gat Bad service from here.They are making people fool.. I brought my honda accord here in 2022. They offered 3 year free oil change when I purchased. After getting first oil change they told me to pay for second time by told me that they aren't giving free oil change with in a year. I was shock that how they making people fool. If you see any deal at Toms River honda that means it's scam. I would strongly suggest you to don't buy car from here.

Great service and availability..tad high on brake flush after research..1st time on 50 years i did this..will move my crv there for service even though have free oil changes takes too long to get appt..plus 60miles trip..does it pay..if u have to wait 3 weeks..no..Willbe Tomsriver for now onService: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Excellent customer service. They took my car in as soon as I arrived. It was an emergency appointment and they squeezed me right in. I am very pleased with this dealership. My customer rep was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and even took my car through the car wash after it was serviced. Highly recommend.Service: Tires

I just find it amazing that only owning the car for about 6 months it needed so much maintenance work. I bought the CRV certified pre-owned and after 6 months I had to change air filters and a few fluids that I thought would last at least a year. Like the power steering fluid and brake fluid.
