After my car was involved in an accident, my car was towed to this HORRIBLE place. The owner tried telling my mother (i had to attend a college class after the accident) that the car needed an Axel and to pay now!! They tried taking advantage of an elderly woman. Its sick!! Take this as a character reference. Would you trust you car with a man who takes advantage of women? I am a MAN writing this and its not right!!! Look why he has 1 star reviews !!!

I was skeptical about the services after seeing the one stars but after my experience with freedom towing, I'd recommend them to my closest friends. The driver was super helpful and kind and the man who answered he phone the first time was very patient and respectful thank you guys so so much. Don't believe the one star reviews, they seem delusional

I have been using Freedom for a few years now, every since my car started cutting off while I was driving. Freedom came and towed my car and after taking my car to four different shops including Buick who too way unable to fix my car.Freedom is the ones who fixed my car and I've been using them every since. I find the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable of what their doing. The Mechanic is also very friendly and absolutely knows what he is doing. I would and have recommended people to Freedom.

Do not under any circumstances use these people. They were supposed to come change a tire. I was told by 9:41 PM originally then 10:23 PM. At 10:43 PM I called AAA and was told that they said that they showed up and couldn t get in contact me so they left. This is a lie. I was by my front door the entire time with my phone near me and they never called.These people should be ashamed of themselves.

The Company I work for has been using Freedom towing for years and it has been nothing but amazing! They are always readily available with very knowledgeable and professional drivers. Speaking with their dispatch team is such an easy experience with how friendly they all are. I would highly recommend using them!!

I was following the driver for close to a mile and a 1/2 on route 37 as he was dodging in-and-out of traffic with a flat bed. Truck with a car on.. Almost clipped 2 cars was riding on the sholder whoever was driving needs to take a new course.

We called about towing of a Harley that we needed hauled the same day. Jr was very professional, accommodating, and had no problem meeting our need quickly and efficiently for an affordable price. The team at Freedom are amazing! I brought in 2 oil trucks to get inspected, and the mechanics gave me time and heard me out, even though they were clearly very busy. They worked quickly, diligently and professionally. I also found their pricing to be very fair. We called because the leaf spring on the boat trailer we were towing broke taking out a tire and a workaround was only putting the spare in jeopardy. Efren was the dispatcher we reached and he worked quickly to make sure he could get us the help we needed at a fair price. Jake showed up quickly and did a fantastic job of safely getting the boat on the trailer onto his flatbed without doing damage to our spare. Jake got to the house and was able to perfectly place the boat/trailer and he did it all with a smile and reassuring friendly words. He made the whole thing look easy even in the hot sun.

Matthew towed my car back to my home after it broke down about 50 miles away. He arrived sooner than expected and he was very careful and detailed with everything. Called up yesterday for a tow, and dispatcher Efren had guided me and helped me immediately. I thought it was going to take a little bit due to it being Memorial Day weekend, but he said the tow truck driver Moe would be there in less then 20 minutes. He was literally at the location before me lol. They are 100% very helpful and are a man of they re word. Very shocked to use this tow company for the first time and my first experience was amazing. Thank you guys so much!!! I will definitely only be using these guys for towing! Good rates, and honest!Services: Car towing, Local hauling

EDIT 1/2/23:Owner responded with apology plus seems a bit harsh to give them a 3 for an error, so upgrading to 4 stars.ORIGINAL:Called for a jump-start and they were polite. Provided reasonable quote over the phone and turned up on time. Unfortunately their jumper cables didn't work and he didn't have a back-up set. Waste 45 mins. If stuck somewhere may be worth a call, but ensure they got full equipment.Service: Battery

Frankie was sent to our rescue in a speedy time. And was super friendly from the minute he got to us. He even gave us a ride to the mechanic in his bran new truck. Definitely recommend this company and if you can ask for Frankie you'll get a nice ride and a friendly conversation. Highly recommend them.

After having my tires sliced I had to call my insurance Freedom Towing was there way sooner than the time said as my truck was picked up I was offered a ride to the location instead of walking best GPS ever Master Chief .The driver was Matthew I give him a 10 out of 10 did his job perfect no problems he loaded my truck up he even kept the American flag on my truck as we got towed away I highly recommend this business for any further use. I used Freedom Towing for my roadside assistance tonight for a car tow. The driver Matthew came about 30 minutes quicker than I was quoted. Quick response and professional. I had an accident yesterday on the black ice one block from my house . It was terrifying. After calling the police Freedom was the call made to help me and they were there in 15 minutes. Such a relief!I got my car back 6 days later and this was because of how busy this company is which I understand. I am happy with the work that was done.I have to update this review, this is a ten day update. I took my car to the local Hyundai Dealer to get a wheel alignment because Freedom replace the tire rod without doing it. I was told that my car had more extensive damage that was not detected by Freedom . It was shocking and disturbing to find that I was driving around in a car that could loose the ability to steering at any time.So I recommend Freedom for towing, they are quick. And if you need to have repairs done, go to your regular repair shop .Service: Car towing

Car broke down on the side of the road tonight and my roadside service dispatched Freedom Towing & Recovery. Moe arrived within 25 minutes and was hands down AWESOME!!! He had my vehicle hooked up and on the road in under five minutes. He also offered to drop my car at the shop and complete the night drop paperwork, saving me a 45 mile round trip, continually sending me updates as the job proceeded, even asking me to text him and confirm my own safe arrival at home. I really can t say enough good things about Moe & Freedom Towing & Recovery. HE is the Gold Standard. Thank you!

Yossi was awesome! He contacted me at every step along the way providing updates. When he arrived, he was very helpful and courteous. He took the time to explain what he was doing at each step of the process. Very professional and simply a nice guy! I would use Freedom Towing again and again if Yossi is the driver.Kudos to Freedom for having such awesome employees!Service: Car towing

This company has their own car workshop, they made it easier for me, got me out of the dark quickly, they fixed the car within 2 days, over the weekend.

Be aware of this Towing company. My car got towed IN front of my house. they told me that the management office of the community I live in called to tow my car, which was not True. They charge me $360 just to take the car out, they will ask you for it in CASH so they can pocket the money, when i went to my association they told me there is no way they should be charging that much money. Jonathan the driver at freedom towing was incredible the whole thing from the time I broke down to my car being towed home took less then 20 minutes and cheaper then 3 others i called best tow experience I ever received

Great towing company! Yossi showed up right away. Great communication. Super friendly and very trustworthy. He's a great guy. He even called me a second time to let me know when the truck made it safely at the shop! Thanks Yossi!

If I can give then -5 STAR it will be great unfortunately I can't. Call for pickup less then 1/2 mile from them.$85 no problem. Sent a driver, this Guy not even speak English and couldn't backing up behind my car.Call the office saying the car couldn't get in neutral and the car was in neutral.The office wants to charge me double .NEVER USE THIS PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Driver Jake, #2229 arrived within a reasonable time. Overall helpful, considerate and professional. Also, my phone died right after the call for battery service, but he found me.(And I had only renewed my AAA two weeks ago!)

I lost my brakes in Tom's River, NJ. Called NJM roadside assistance and they called this company. My text from insurance said 60 minute wait. Moe from Freedom Towing, was there in 10 minutes.! Great, fast service., he was very efficient and professional. Definitely recommend this company and ask for Moe!
