Franklin Auto Center is the BEST, not only was he professional he also was the most thorough mechanic! Our Truck has never run better and we are grateful! We will never go else where WE THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DID FOR OUR TRUCK THAT HAS 300,000 miles on it! WE ARE AMAZED! Everyone go see Franklin Auto and enjoy any opportunity for his superior service!!!5 Stars is not enough, 10 stars +

Can't recommend this place enough! Frank took great care of my car and was amazing to work with. After several bad experiences getting ripped off at other shops, this was truly a breath of fresh air. If you are looking to get your car fixed than frank would be the guy to go to first. When I went to get my car fixed he was very friendly and he also fixed my car the same day I gave it to him to fix. Frank also does not charge a lot. If the price is more than you expected than that means your car is 500 percent fixed. Frank is very helpful and nice. I know for a fact that Franklin Automotive is the best place to go get your car fixed and I am 100 percent sure that when you leave with your car you will be beyond amazed!

I drive past this business almost every day so when my husband's car took on a nail in his tire I suggested we stop here to get it plugged as it is so close to home. Frank took care of us as soon as he finished the job he was on (20 minutes) and we were good to go. I was so impressed that I mentioned a burning smell I was having in my car. We dropped it off that night and he had it diagnosed and taken care of by 3 the next day. Not only was the cost extremely reasonable, but he took care of a few issues he noticed and included them in the price. We have found our mechanic!

I have been a customer for less than a year and every time I go to Franklin's Automotive I am always happy with the result. He does a better job than my car dealerships. He is reliable, honest and has fair pricing, I would definitely recommend him to others.

Great mechanic. Honest with pricing and troubleshooting too! Could have taken me for 5X more money than it cost to fix my car and I wouldn't have argued, because I thought I knew what the trouble was. Turns out I was wrong and it saved me a ton of money.Got an honest mechanic here, plan on bexoming a return customer. Thank you!

Had gone in and asked about replacing an o2 sensor. He estimated it at between 120-150 tops, so a month later i came in and had it done. Charged my step dad 220 bucks, claimed it was some different part. Little tip, he goes by the suggested list of the part, so say the part is 80 bucks and suggested list 150, he's making 70 bucks off the part. Difficult to contact, had me wait for 40 minutes outside the shop one morning where he didn't come in, and generally a bullshitter.Definitely a nice guy at heart, but i wouldn't do business with him again and I'd recommend you go somewhere else because Frank is going to try and up sell you.

I called and spoke to the owner, asking for a price for front brake pads and roters for a Toyota Corolla - he quoted me a price stating "Under $300" with tax, and it will only take an hour and a half....I dropped it off at 11am, called back at 1pm, still not ready, should be done by 2pm.At 3:30 I called and he was just finishing up, and then he mentioned, he was cleaning the battery connections. Why was he under the hood? I never asked for anything else to be done.But here it comes!The price was 418.00???? My husband refused to pay it, and so he brought the price down to $350.00. Which is still more than the dealership wanted!Very disappointed in myself for not getting a written estimate before I left the car.GET A PRICE IN WRITING BEFORE LEAVING YOUR VEHICLE...OR JUST DRIVE AWAY!

I wish there was 6 stars to give this buisness.. not only is the costomer service amazing but, when I got my truck back it was fixed and the truck was completely gone over and an unrelated issue was fixed at no charge!!! The owner frank is an on point machanic if it s not right it does not leave his shop!!!! Also Gives you a warm sense of security in being the consumer ... I brought my truck to several shops and they all wanted over $850.00 to fix the issue with the engine.. Franklin automotive seen the issue and only charged me $512.86 and he also fixed the other issue free of charge and not to mention the turn around time was less than 72 hours ....I highly recommend this buisness .. HONEST and all about the COSTOMER... not the money.

Frank and Dave worked on my vehicle quickly and efficiently. He explained what was going on and was friendly. Most importantly he got my car on the road again so I could make it back in time for my job.

The guy I know used to fixed my another car & he fixed my truck twice before I take my car inspection again so he doing good job! He's funny guy then we hit it off become friends! Thank you Frankin Automotive!

These guys are the biggest jerks and I would not go to them. Drop off my car on a Thursday did not hear back from . they do not answer there phones and then after the car sat for 5 days in there lot had to have it towed out to a different mechanic. Very unprofessional and if this is the only place you can go I would fix it yourself I am surprised they are even open to conduct business!!
