I needed a lower mileage Ford Transit for my business and spotted this vehicle online. Took the ride to the shore and was not disappointed. Small family run business that was very attentive to my needs. Chris was very helpful and could not have been more honest. I did not take to a local mechanic but did when I got home. Everything Chris told me was true and I love my new van. Highly recommend this business.

We purchased my son's first car from Eppy's and I can't speak highly enough about Chris and the staff there. Chris was professional, courteous, easy to speak with and very honest. The entire transaction went exactly how anyone would want it to go. If your looking for a quality used car, at a fair price, without feeling like you've been scammed, look no further.I will definitely be recommending Eppys in the future.

I live right by Eppy's i pass it all the time.....i had to get rid of my car so i asked if they buy cars and they told me they do and come right on in. I came in and a nice, helpful gentleman Chris gave me a great deal on my car. I didn't feel like he low balled me like the other dealers in the area. He was truthful and I was VERY satisfied with the amount he gave me for my car. They are also very nice, friendly, and professional. They also always have a really nice assortment of used cars on the lot; you can tell this is a very high end auto sales place! I would recommend anyone to come here! Thanks again!! :)

When my car overheated on Route 37, I called Eppy's and asked if I could bring the car in. Although I knew about Eppy's from a friend, I had never taken my car there for repair before. When I arrived, they took the car right in, even though they were very busy and I didn't have an appointment. I didn't know what to expect when they wrote up the bill, but I was pleasantly surprised that they did no unnecessary repairs and got me back on the road for minimal cost. They proved courteous and honest. Based on this experience, I highly recommend them for auto repair.

I took my car there to get spark plugs, an oil change and front brake pads. I was told it could take a few days and they would take a look further into my vehicle which was no problem. I dropped my car off and surprisingly got a call later that day the car was done. However they couldn t get to the brakes because it was too busy and they couldn t get my car on a lift. I offered to let them keep it for a few more days but they insisted on me picking it up. After I paid the sales associate said to come back if I ever need anything....I still needed the front brake pads.

I have lived in Toms River since 1968. Through out the years I have purchased cars and trucks for my family from a number of car dealerships and Eppy's hands down has been my best experience by far.I have always felt confident in my choices with them and Chris who now runs the sales part of the dealership in honest and trust worthy. Amazing customer service, communication and punctuality! I had my car towed there over night. They kept up with full communication with me. We're very open with keeping costs as low as possible and were extremely fast. Cannot recommend them enough.

Ive been buying cars from Eppy's for years. It has always been a smooth experience for me and my family. Chris and Eppy have always treated me with honesty and respect. Its hard to find quality used car dealers and Eppy's is definitely one.

My family bought our 01 Nissan Maxima from them. It was a very good experience, not like your typical used car lot, plus the building its self looks appealing, They let us drive the car to our mechanic to get it checked out as well. As we were looking around at some other cars, we noticed that all of them seemed really clean and they all had low mileage. The staff was also friendly and easy to work with. We are very happy we looked here, and would buy from them agian.

I can't say enough about their excellent customer service. They always go above and beyond and are very trustworthy, they will actually tell you if you don't need something repaired when you bring it in. Cost of repairs is average, maybe slightly above, but its worth it because I know they will not do any unnecessary repairs. That trust goes far in this day in age.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!The service department are a bunch of CROOKS!They do not write what they replace of your reciept and then when your car doesnt work, they charge you TWICE to fix the same part. They are slick like that.They are not cheap either (even tho the parts they use are) better of going anywhere else in town, dont get taken advantage like I did!

so mad i got sold a lemon car with problems from the start and in only 2 years after getting a new water pump, battery, starter, and ignition! The transmission craps out even after frequent oil changes and being taken care of now stuck with a car the doesnt run and payments and need to get a new car

If you own a JEEP, this is the place to go. They have excellent mechanics and are very expierenced with JEEP. They also have a good selection of used trucks, Jeeps and some cars.

Beware!!!The service department is the most unprofessional I have ever encountered. They do not garuntee to fix your vehicle's problems, they keep making you pay for their mistakes. They are rude and talk down to you as if you're a child. I highly recommend to stay away from this sneaky trashy place!

My family has been buying cars and getting them fixed for over 15 years and anytime we ever had a problem it has been fixed and the staff is extremely friendly and anytime I need emergency repair they also fixed it in timely matter and never ever had a problem with them.
