10/10 recommend Campers Inn RV of Tom s River!!! My Fiance (Hunter) and I were very interested in an IBEX travel trailer and this dealership was only one of few near us that carried the models we were curious about. When we stopped in, Paul showed us the one we were interested in and he was so kind and knowledgeable! Showed us the in and outs of the whole trailer and taught us so much since we were newbies to the RV life. Paul treats you like family from the moment you walk in the door and was able to answer any questions we had. Huge shout out to Gunner who s the manager and Diane in Finance for also helping make it a smooth experience. Gunner truly went out of his way to help make this happen! Can t wait to start our adventures in our new RV!

This is our second purchase from Campers Inn Toms River. We traded in our first trailer purchased from them. Upgraded size of the trailer. Paul, Tom, Gunner, Chris, Dianne, and the parts & service team were great. You definitely need to come here. We visited several dealers with our first purchase, but none came anywhere near the price they offered with an excellent trade in offer to go with our upgrade. We had a minor issue with the first trailer purchased which was fixed in a timely manner at no cost to us. You will not find a better place to purchase or service!!!! Wonderful family oriented people.

We are so happy that we found Campers Inn of Toms River! From my first phone call inquiring about a particular RV, to the warm and friendly greeting from the receptionist upon our first time walking in the showroom, to our final purchase, the staff at Campers Inn was absolutely fantastic. Tom Tonkovich was extremely helpful and beyond patient regarding my endless questions and concerns. Tom was always quick to return my calls and even provided his personal cellphone number for those one more question moments, and there were many! There is always someone ready and willing to help with any questions. Anthony, was very helpful and so easy to talk to when we wanted another look on Tom s day off. Sales manager Steve is a true professional and walked us through our options without pressuring us in any way. Diane in finance is an absolute godsend. She helped us navigate our options while providing expert advice. The inventory is astounding and the staff is just plain awesome! We are extremely happy with our purchase and cannot wait to enjoy years of fun in our new RV.

Purchased a used RV and was not given any time to look it over before the final sale. Finding too many issues with it now and they will not accommodate any requests. Trying to get hold of the service or parts departments is a nightmare. And as we ordered a part, we had an emergency come up and couldn t pick it up right away. Asked to hold it til we got there. When I did, they sold it to someone else. Customer service is abysmal. Once you make a purchase, they conveniently forget you !

We were lucky enough to have purchased our first RV at Campers Inn Toms River! For the last two years, we ve visited many RV Centers, RV Expositions, and online which was disappointing and couldn t find an RV that met most of our needs. We never thought of purchasing out of state but so happy we did. It started with an inquiry phone call to Campers Inn Toms River. Our sales rep was Paul Tonkovich who we had to rely on by sending videos, answering many questions, and getting the best deal for us. Paul was knowledgeable, efficient, patient, and so helpful. With his assistance, we had finally found our camper that met all our needs! Many many thanks to Paul and all the employees at Campers Inn that were so helpful and kind. Especially, with the additional assistance they offered when we encountered an unforeseen truck issue on site during our camper pick up. We highly recommend Campers Inn of Toms River, New Jersey. Our experience for buying an RV was unbelievably easy. Mitch is very knowledgeable. Listened to what we re looking for and found the right RV for us. Gunner worked with us and made our financing very easy. 10 out of 10.

Let me first say that I've had a rather unusual experience here but some good ones as well. Paul, our sales associate was very attentive at first showing me all new class c RVs and had a pleasure test driving them all which was wonderful. Something you don't go to Campers World to do because they will run your credit first before test driving any of their RVs which is ridiculous and I commend Campers Inn on this fair and reasonably decision especially when extremely interested in purchasing such a large investment. When interested in a used RV from their sister store they sent it to the closer location for us which I was rather pleased. I fell in love and they worked out a fair price after test driving it and looking over all mishaps in the RV that needed replacements that's where things got difficult and took over almost 2 and a half months to get all the parts to get fixed. We were unhappy with this as we were getting many excuses and runarounds.They kept saying you can drive it off the lot and utilize the RV but we refused to take it off the lot after everything was said to be done because we didn't want them saying anything or taking back their word if we did so we kept it there until everything was properly installed. *Also do not and I repeat do not get the extras that the finance department tries to sell you because they do don't live up to their standards with their so called seal coating it's crap in my opinion and they don't use the product properly.* They didn't even clean the old milk stains from the fridge that stunk to high heaven for the period of time even when we came to check out the RV a third time that was left with the RV being properly detailed inside and out as they promised. We disinfected it and cleaned it and it's still stinks badly. It's not worth the extra expenses trust me! You just need insurance to drive off the lot! I also don't think you need the Gap insurance they sell you on either but I ended up getting it anyways and that's up to customers for reassurance. Don't let them fool you so they make more commissions off you . I understand they are short staffed but they need to live up to their standards and honor their words from the beginning so there is no miscommunication. When everything was said and done they finally got it right after 2 and a half months plus after inspecting everything after a fourth time we were finally satisfied with the results besides the fridge horrible smell and poor sealant jobs. Everyone there is understanding and kind from the receptionist to the service department and storefront salesman. I have to say if it wasn't for Walter one of the sales manger I would have wrote a complaint to the corporate office. George one of the technical mechanics on site was great professional and kind. Even fixed things right on the spot as he walked through our RV inspection. Stew the detailer was hard working we appreciate your dedicated hard work besides over looking the foul milk smell that wasn't properly disinfectant from the start but was only a one man detailer we give you loads of credit! Ted the technical manager has also made right by getting everything in order after a disagreement but he proved us otherwise. Over all I was pleased with their outcome and if you were looking to buy an RV or camper or even test drive one come here rather than Campers World where at Campers Inn they will not run your credit like they would at Campers World which I believe is absurd and inhumane.. Thanks again Campers Inn for making things right Overall satisfied customer

Do not, do not, do not go to this RV dealership! My brand new RV spent 3m sitting in their service shop. 5 months later I am still fighting with them and Thor. At one point I literally had to fix the RV myself in their parking lot because the mechanic did not know how troubleshoot the hw heating system. Prior to that my toilet was not even plumbed in properly after they told me it was tested. I would recommend avoiding this place like the plague. It has been a complete nightmare dealing with them and Thor.

We just purchased our second (upgraded) travel trailer and this place made the experience a really pleasant one!They never exhibited the typical aggressive sales pitch behavior. We toured 5 different ones and went with the Primetime Tracer!Anthony (the salesperson was great)!Carol (the parts/store manager) was fantastic and very very nice!Dianne (finance) was really nice!Thank you Campers Inn for such a wonderful experience!

We couldn't have asked for a more professional group of individuals. Between the sale process with Paul, walk through with Peter and documents with Dianne, we felt supported, well informed and never pressured. This is our second RV from Campers Inn and second interaction with this crew. We know that they will always be there to assist us and offer a friendly. We can't thank them enough

I feel obligated to share my experience with Campers Inn RV of Toms River.The sale went nicely and no problems with trade in. But, the saga of ridiculousness then begins.I purchased a Tiffin Wayfarer 23LW , so it was under warranty. I realized quickly the hot water heater ( Timberline) was not working . It would give heat to the rig as it was supposed to but through my own footwork/ phone calls I realized it was improperly plumbed by Tiffin. No big deal you would think that most techs would have some plumbing knowledge. I made 3 separate trips to have them properly plumb the system but they were unable to do it said the valve was broke ordered another, etc, etc,, the final time they threw their hands up after multiple techs tried that day and said they had no idea how to do it. I took it home and had a local RV Tech look at it and within 1 1/2 hours he had completed the plumbing and it was running without incident!!!!Now the second problem which was ongoing from my purchase in May23 was the coachdoor. They ordered a replacement and I kept after them and the response was always it must be on back order , we checked and they are behind, the excuses continued until I starteddirect conversation with Tiffin and was told this week they put in the order in May and cancelled the order shortly after that. So they continued to lie to me about the door over and over again.I remained quite calm with this service/ parts department until I found out that they outright lied to me about the order of the door. I just don t understand the dishonesty that occurred with this business and I would highly recommend you take your business elsewhere unless you have a desire to be absolutely lied to for no reason. Why not just be honest and I could have dealt withTiffin myself which is exactly what I will do and continue to do.

Save your money do not come here for anything I purchase a brand new AC unit. AC unit stopped working 2 weeks after I purchased it they do not stand by their product they will not replace it they won't even reimburse me my money I offered to remove the unit and give me my money back they will not also do that they refuse to work with you. they'll check it and tell you it's fine..unit is not working they do not stand by their product save your money believe me when I tell you you'll regret it good luck.. I will never come here or recommend anyone here. ( 0 stars )They're Crooks

I was just in there today looking at rvs and we had service representative Paul Tonkovich and he gave us a major attitude and didn t want to show us what i wanted to look at. He wasent acting professional. He was rushing me. I went to ask him a question and he started showing us the floor plans that he likes he never listened to me. I will not recommend this place to anyone the receptionist was nicer than Paul I am taking my buisness elsewhere.if I could rate this place at a negative I would .

We just bought a used Grand design solitude from campers inn toms River they were great from Tyler in the Internet sales team Gunner the store sales manager Dianne the finance manager Anthony the salesman and Mike the service tech that spent 2 hour's teaching us all about the unit the whole team went above and beyond I give 5 stars would give them 10 stars if I could Mike D

My husband and I were completely blown away by the stellar service we received from EVERYONE we connected with at the Tom s River NJ location. Our sales person, Paul Tonkovich, was patient, kind, listened to our needs, knowledgeable, and just an all around good guy! Diane Donato was just as kind, thorough and accommodating. Miss Carol Carr in the shop was very knowledgeable as well and not to mention helpful in so many ways. We are first time camper owners and appreciated her common sense and expertise! Brent took good care of us during our training and made sure all was in order before we drove off the lot. Even the gentleman at reception was fantastic! We are very pleased with the service we received! Cannot say enough about the team! Thank you!

Brought my 2023 Sunseeker in to be winterized...Campers Inn welcomed me in, discussed the process. While I waited in their comfortable waiting area, I was able to relax, only to be called in an hour my vehicle was completed. The service staff was friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff was professional and clean.

We purchased our RV in September and then 3 months later my very handy husband was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer. We were able to go on a few trips this summer but with any RV there are issues. Lucky for us all these issues are covered under warranty. However what I really want to stress is that Adam is an amazing and professional asset to Campers Inn. He has and continues to go above and beyond with helping me out. He does exactly what he says and is always responsive to my calls and emails. We have all heard the horror stories of getting your RV serviced but my experience has been 100 percent satisfactory. I highly recommend Campers Inn in Toms River for all your needs. I could not have done the repairs necessary on my own and because of them my husband was able to relax and get away with our family to enjoy even though he is struggling to get better. Thank You Campers Inn for making summer 2023 filled with memories.

Very disappointed in this place. We stopped in on last Saturday trying to find out how to get an Air Force one installed on new truck. We went to parts and the lady didn t know what we was talking about but she wrote up a ticket and would have someone call us on Monday. When I didn t receive a call in morning, I called in afternoon and was told girl was not in but would have her call me on Tuesday. It is now Thursday Night with no return call. I guess this company doesn t want our business. So I would look for another company to do your work.The next day I was contacted by Campers Inn, bending over backwards trying to hold us with out problem and found out that the part we need is out of stock. We have told them we would pursue other avenues to find this part.

I recently purchased a toy hauler from this location and had a great experience overall. I emailed them on a Sunday afternoon inquiring about a specific unit and to my surprise I got a response that day. Everyone I worked with from sales to financing to walk through and parts were all fantastic. I ultimately ended up driving to this location from out of state because they had a competitive price and the sales process went very smooth. Registration and everything was taken care of with no issues.

Our experience with Campers Inn RV of Toms River could not have been better. Paul, our salesman was very knowledgeable, patient, and helped us tremendously in our decision to purchase the Thor Serenity Class B RV. Everyone we came in contact with, including Frankie in finance, Diane who took care of our paperwork, Pete who gave us our tutorial on operations, and finally Carol in the store, was pleasant, low key and made us feel completely comfortable in our decision to purchase. We just bought a 2022 Fifth Wheel from here. Like night and day from Camping World. This place has great customer service, with experienced staff that will help you from start to finish. I highly recommend Campers Inn Toms River.
