If I can give more than 5 I would have. Miles is the best! I wasn't expecting to buy bc of a situation I had but with the way I was treated and their perseverance to help me, I drove off with my beautiful car. They made a somewhat impossible situation possible and I can't thank them enough. Unfortunately I cannot remember the finance managers name but he was wonderful too. Both of them answered questions and was very patient . Thank you so much.

I have bought a few cars from Auto Lenders. I always buy from them. They are 100% the best. You will not be disappointed. Why take the hit on new, buy a return lease and save money on a low mileage vehicle. Makes total sense.

Hands Down Best Auto Lenders Out There . From First Purchasing my car from almost a year to this date . The service hasn t changed a bit, just over all great . They re very professional here and they get the job done!! You won t ever get scammed here , they tell you what the problem is and get it done . If there is anything extra they mention to replace they provide the facts and they never hassle you to get it done they just wanna make sure are car is running 100% . Would never take my car any place else for service .unless it was something out of there hands .

All of the guys at Auto lenders were absolutely fantastic ! And the top thing about the is they are extremely honest and don t try to rip you off. That to me is the main key. I will always do my business with them instead of a regular dealership. And on top of that. The cars are literally brand new almost with extremely low miles. Why buy new and get ripped off !!

I purchased a car from Auto Lenders at the Toms River location last month and had the best experience at a car dealership that I ve ever had. I ve worked for two different car dealerships and my life and I also sold cars for a little while as well a few years back. Prior to this purchase, I ve bought cars from dealerships twice. I drove from Nassau County New York because my local Lincoln dealers didn t have the car that I wanted and I m very picky and I want what I want. I found what I wanted at this dealership and they were so patient and helped me through title issues with my totaled car helping me get the pay out from the insurance company to put a down payment on this new Lincoln. Besides the fact that I already knew what I wanted when I walked in the door and didn t have to be sold, I wasn t encountered by human robots trying to sell you and using the usual sales BS. They are so awesome and treat you so great. They don t see you as a bag with a dollar sign on it. Anthony Gagliardi and the finance managers jumped through hoops for a couple weeks to help me and did whatever they could to make sure I got my car. Jesse was super awesome too. Genuine. They actually care about their customers here. This is not your typical dealership. I would recommend this place anybody and everybody looking for a car. I can t say enough great things about this dealership, Anthony, Jesse, and the rest of the crew. I hope when I am ready for my next car they have what I want because I don t ever want to shop anywhere else but this business. I absolutely love my 2018 Lincoln MKZ. Total jokers! Very unprofessional. Total nightmare!!! Had an appointment to come drive a car, flew in from Nebraska, had been in contact with Miles every few hours. I got my rental car to drive to dealership and when I was about 40 miles away, Miles called and advised me they just sold the car. Very disappointed. What s the purpose of making an appointment? Be aware!!!! Save yourself the headache and buy from some other reputable dealer.

My experience at Auto Lenders Toms River was good. When I decided on the car that I wanted I had questions and concerns. My sales person found the answers. They went above and beyond to address and resolve any issues that arose and made sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase.I have continued to use their service department, Maria has been great and follows through. As of now I am happy. I will update if anything changes.Just so you know, I am a cynical buyer but can not say enough good things about my Auto Lenders of Toms River experience!

Joel at Auto Lenders in Toms River,NJ set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, Joel was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. It could not have been more seamless and made the process very pleasant. At no point did I feel pressured to buy anything right on the spot. After working with Joel, I felt as if he truly had my best interest in mind. I ended up going home with a certified pre-owned Mazda CX-5. I couldn t be happier. From start to finish, everyone was very professional and efficient. Their attention to detail and my satisfaction was unparalleled- Joel and the rest of the Tom s River Auto Lenders Team went above and beyond in every aspect! This was our first time using Auto lenders . We were looking for a used but reliable car for my daughter . From the first time we inquired about a car Joel was nothing but professional and knowledgeable. Joel never made us feel pressured and dealt with our over particular antics . I never enjoyed the car buying experience as I hate when people jump on me right away and make me feel like I have to buy something Thiago day . Joel let us walk away twice but kept in touch and made sure we found the perfect car we were looking for ! Mike found the car we wanted in PA and notified us right away . Once the car was here Joel took over and made the deal super smooth . I highly recommend Auto lenders in Toms River !!!!

Excellent experience! Just purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Auto Lenders in Toms River, NJ. A great overall experience. After being at some other car dealers and getting the normal slimy sales men experience my wife and I were greeted with nothing but a first class experience at Auto Lenders. Michael Simione was a great person to work with on our purchase. He really made us feel comfortable and provided us with an excellent experience. They also did a great job with arranging the financing, great trade in price and helped us on the extended warranty. Overall our best experience at any auto sales location. Thank you Mike and team! We will be back when I am ready for a car.

Excellent car buying experience. Actually enjoyable! No haggling, just straight up fair pricing without a bunch of surprise add on costs at the end. Mike Simione at the Tom's River branch was great to work with in finding the right car, warranty and price for us. This was by far the best vehicle purchasing experience we have ever had. Will definitely return to Auto Lenders for all our future auto needs.

Best experience ever, buying a car. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Chris Morales was extremely helpful in explaining options and offers which best fit my needs. SCAM!!! I bought a Jeep advertised for $19,000. I put 10k down and when I got my bill there was 8k more to my account with added hidden fees that weren't disclosed to me. These guys LIED to me. The car was filled with a bunch of problems. After a day, it started violently shaking at highway speeds. The license plate fell off TWICE. Both times their service people put it back on. That should tell you something about the quality of this company. They can't even mount a license plate. Then I find out the rotors, motor mounts, brakes, alignment, and tires were all bad. They replaced it but this car should NEVER have been put up for sale. It was not safe to drive. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

I recently purchased my car at Auto Lenders of Toms River, and I can not speak more highly of my experience there! I walked in randomly one day with my 2-year-old son, just to take a look at a car or two, and maybe start the process of looking for a new car. I was greeted immediately by Jay (Javon), with a big smile and offer to help. We sat down, and he spoke with me regarding the different cars I was interested in, and was able to help me narrow down my search for the type of car in which I was interested. Jay really listened to my needs and concerns, and also was very patient while I juggled my son during our conversation! After leaving that day, Jay checked in with me via text, but I did not feel like I was being pressured, and truly appreciated his follow up to my visit, because he provided me with further information to help during my car search.After browsing more, I found the car of my dreams - but it was at a different Auto Lenders location. I let Jay know which car I had found, and he worked to get the car to the Toms River location for me, so I could test drive it, keeping me updated every step of the way (even when the car's expected arrival time changed by only a half hour). Those extra updates really helped, because I didn't have the extra time to wait around when running back and forth with my kids/school. Jay and the rest of the staff were very understanding and accommodating, and really worked with me to find my car.Jay had my car at the Toms River location in less than 24 hours (actually, less than 12 hours!), and I came in the next day to test drive it. I immediately fell in love with my new car. I hadn't really planned on walking out the same day and having purchased a car, but Jay really worked with me and helped me out with the Sales team and finding a price -and trade-in value for my other car - that worked for me and my budget. Originally, my husband and I thought this car would be out of our budget, but Jay stayed by my side throughout, and helped me work with the Sales team to get the payments to one we could afford. He was even willing to stay late to better accommodate our schedule.I have nothing but great things to say about the Auto Lenders team! Mike and Chris from the management also checked in on me and were very easy to contact if I needed any help, and Christine was awesome as she guided me through all of the paperwork. But Jay and I connected from the start. After I first met him, I told my husband that I was going to be sure to buy my car from Jay, if I ended up buying a car. He was very personable and friendly, and easy to talk to. He is a family man and easy to relate to - and understood the concerns I had as a mother, for buying a safe car. His knowledge and professionalism helped make my purchase the smoothest process it could have been! He's even checked on me since purchasing the car, offering to help connect me to the Service team if needing anything. If I have any friends who are looking to buy a car, I would definitely recommend Jay and Auto Lenders!

*updated* So we got call from Auto Lenders, they had the plates at the dealership for 3 weeks. We called and emailed about 10x, no one let us know the plates were there. This has been a very inconvenient situation. BUT , all finally resolved , we're happy , they offered a couple extra oil changes on the house for the inconvenience. So i'm updating my rating back up to a 3/5. They were a 5/5 before this all happened. *original review* My second car from them, and I was very happy until now. Over 3 months of calling and not one single follow-up from anyone in the company. My pregnant wife has been stressing about not having her plates. Everyone was quick during the sale, but now it seems we are left and forgotten. I'm having second thoughts of ever deciding to go with auto lenders.
