I brought my wife s car in and was immediately impressed by their transparency and honesty about the entire process. The quality of the work performed was nothing short of stellar, perfectly matching factory standards. It s no wonder they have a selection of high-end luxury cars in their care they truly deliver workmanship that mirrors the original factory finish. If you re in need of a body shop, I wouldn t consider going anywhere else. Their front desk associate, Dawn, was incredibly welcoming and made the process seamless, while the claim handler, Josh, was an absolute delight to work with. They handled all the insurance negotiations effortlessly. I highly recommend their services!

Excellent! Was highly recommended to use Arkady s and so happy that I did. From the moment I was in my accident, Dawn was on the phone with insurance and enterprise to make sure it was a seamless process. I had spoken to Robin a few times as well, who was also wonderful! The entire shop is friendly, makes you feel comfortable and will give you updates on your car along the way. My car took longer than we anticipated but it was worth the wait. Not to mention, my car looks brand new!

Had the rear driver side that needed repair. Josh took care of everything for me. Came in. Took my car. 5 days later car was done. Car looks perfect!Cleaner than when I came in too!

This is my 2nd time using ARKADY S and they didn t disappoint. They replaced my bumper and headlight in so short that I only needed my rental car for 3 days! (I was out of town at the beginning so it would ve been a little longer) I hated my rental car and it was so helpful that it was done so quickly. And of course I have to mention how courteous they were and friendly. I hope I don t need to use them a 3rd time God willing, but if I do, you can be sure I m coming back!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If i can only give 10 stars i already did! Great in communication from start to finish! Robin and the other one in the front desk (Sorry i didnt get her name) made it a home run! Everybody was so nice and very accommodating! Delivered the service in a promised time frame. Great job Arkadys! This is way the best auto shop Ive ever been! Great job and kudos to all staffs i talked with! Amazing!

Don t go here ever. Terrible place. They scam u. They overcharge u. They towed my car from the accident and I hatda wait 2 weeks till they finally looked at it and gave me a price quote and it was starting at 12k so I said I want to take it elsewhere and they said I have to pay 2k to get it released because they stored it for 2 weeks is it sposedta be my problem it took u that long till u got to check it out?? Anyways Im getting it done somewhere else for 3k rn. Very disappointed with their services and wouldn t recommend anyone to use them ever.

Wow! I don t know where to begin. I got a few quotes to repair a door that had been hit in an accident. The place down the street told me I should just total my car and that the work would be well over $3k. I m really happy I went over to Arkady s. They did it for less than half of that and my door is perfect. The whole process was seamless and they communicated with me every step of the way. They got it done in less than half the time they said they would and on top of what was already an easy and great experience, they detailed my car! I highly recommend this place and they definitely got a customer for life with me (which is really great from them bc I m an awful driver and in accidents more than most haha). I was not very happy with them. I got into a crash and my insurance was willing to pay everything, however they were not able to diagnose the issue. After my insurance paying them $7,000 my car is still not driving normally and since they couldn't figure it out I needed to go to another mechanic and it's costing me many hundreds of dollars if not thousands out of pocket. I would expect that if they didn't fix the car they would take responsibility and make sure everything gets fixed

I dropped off my car Wednesday afternoon, they looked at it Thursday morning, and it was done Monday afternoon. That was pretty quick turnaround from my previous experiences (and they stayed calm under my pressure that I need my vehicle)! They answered all my questions and the phones and tried to keep the price low. The secretaries are so positive and upbeat! My messy car was sparkling clean when the job was done! Thanks a lot!

Rear bumper damage was repaired as scheduled, in less than 2 days, with no hassles or increase in price over the original estimate. Car looks great and staff was pleasant to deal with. If i could give more than 5 stars i would! Arkady's whole team is great but that Rachel over there goes above and beyond for every single customer! Honest, Reliable, and they get the job done right.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Reasonably priced for non insurance repairs. Makes sure everything is working perfectly before releasing back even though it was held a few more days. Brought car in left keys and insurance. They handle everything. Good people.

Arkady is a good man, remembers all the details, with proffesional staff dealing with all insurance etc. issues. My car which was declared a total loss, now looks better then before, I actually got quite a few compliments on my 'new car'.

I sent my car after an accident. The personal service made me feel like they are fixing their personal car. I got my car back faster than expected better than it was before the accident. The place to go when you get whacked!!!

Great auto body would recommend the mechanics are very friendly, the prices are decent, the hours are very convenient, and the work is great. I dropped my car off before work and they drove me to work! I was extremely satisfied ty!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a wonderful experience. No hassle. The price was good and hopefully the problem is solved. I had a water leak which I was told was found and fixed. Overall I was very satisfied with the level of service.

Be prepared. The ambience is no frills, meaning no TV drone in a make-believe coffee klatch. Only one option for service which has always been stupendous for me and my family. The staff listen and respond to your auto s issues as thoughtfully as seasoned therapists. They tell you straight-up what the problem is and probable cost. Also, the front desk women are sharp and on top of the obnoxious paperwork needed for any accident. You get the quality of treatment you wish you could find at your local ER. I would definitely recommend arcadys autobody to anyone .. I have a 2017 ford pickup . i was very concerned about my new truck that eas i an accident .. They treated my like family i cant believe how fast and honest they were quality efficiency integrity.. Bottomline they are the best dont even bother calling anyone else arkadys will treat you like family ask for rachel shes an angel
