Bought an AGM Die Hard battery last year for $250. Battery will not hold a charge. Returned battery to be told only 12 month warranty, not prorated afterwards. I'm now out $250 after 15 months, really sucks.Zero help from staff. Not even an attempt to check or charge the battery

Went for a Battery, VERY Helpful, Polite, and Professional! Returned today to trade back used Battery & to pickup a new Battery Hold Down Kit. Manager & Employee teamed up to get me just what I needed and get me out quickly .I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

Had a great experience at this location. The store manager, Rem was so personable and kind and did customer service with a smile. He helped pick out the right wiper blades I needed, then put them on for me. Ask for him he s phenomenal!

Came into the store and spoke with a young man named Sean. I recently lost my husband and I needed my headlight replaced. I don t know what I m doing even though this seemed simple but for me during this difficult time..it s overwhelming. I went to auto one initially and they wouldn t spend a few extra minutes with me. They weren t understanding. Felt like I was annoying them.Came to this location due to it being next door to my gym.I want to thank Sean for somehow getting me to laugh at his jokes, it made this entire time I m going through a bit better for me.Will return definitely, thank you for being so kind!God bless

Manager remmy was super helpful. Employees sold me wipers for a manual transmission car when mine was a automatic. He came out and fixed it and installed them himself. Extremely professional and caring

I stopped in to buy an excessive amount of parts for my GTO build, and Rem was beyond helpful! Between Rem & Tara I had the most lively and easy auto parts store trip I ve ever had! Make this guy the face of the brand!!!

They typically have what you need, but this place is so much smaller than it used to be. Also seems to have a staffing issue as the line was about 8 deep and the guy inside had to keep running outside to help another employee that didn't seem to be so familiar with basic car maintenance, yet walked with someone outside to replace a battery.

the best service, two very attentive and helpful employees, I went to check if the battery in my son's car was dead or broken and they gladly assisted me and it turned out that the battery was dead and they offered me the service of charging the battery, thank you very much I like going to business like this

Appalling behavior, staff staff, yelling, and screaming. I had to leave the store and go to AutoZone instead because I couldn t take the chaos of screaming. Let him die. Think there needs to be some management help so you can keep customers in the store instead of the nonsense that s going on!

Wouldn't change my wiper blades because it was raining, wish I could just choose not to do my job because the weather was bad. Enjoy your cigarette break though!

Its further from my house than autozone, but the service is worth the drive. The current staff there are knowledgeable and polite. Their selection is better than autozone as well.

Couldn't be a worse experience. Went to have a new battery installed in my Subaru Forester. The salesclerk attempted to install the battery the car called for and couldn't do it because she thought it was too big. I tried to tell her she needed to loosen both tie down posts to do it but she wouldn't listen. She actually suggested to cut off the caps on the battery to make it fit. She then attempted to install another battery which was smaller. She stated the car could use either battery. The second battery was too small and couldn't be kept in place with the mounting brackets in the car. She stated it would be OK because the terminals would keep it in place. I then had her reinstall my old battery. She acted as though I was the problem! Even though there were two other employees in the store which had no customers at the time neither was asked or offered to look into the problem. I left the store with my old battery and my power settings lost including my power windows. I had to go to the dealer to get these reset. Fortunately Lester Glen Subaru came to the rescue. Advanced Auto Parts - NEVER AGAIN!

I had a poor experience at this one as they advertised a mother's aluminum wheel cleaner two for $12 when I went to the register they tried to charge me more and not acknowledge the sale price that they had on the Shelf because they miss mark the item which in real time means the customer supposed to get that item at that cost they did not honor it instead they tried to offer me 10%. It's the principle of the matter not my fault that they miss price the item I would not have picked the item up as I was looking at another product so for the price that they marked on the mother's wheel cleaner I chose it just to become disappointed dissatisfied and the fact that they didn't stand on the rules I felt like calling corporate and report them so I didn't buy either one and I told him manager they need to do better this is not my first poor experience at this Advance Auto Parts horrible if it were me I would honor the customer I will not be going back there and AutoZone had it for a cheaper price so good riddance

This place is so good, they should give that guy Jim a raise to $15 an hour. He is so helpful, it's like he works on cars. I will be coming in at least 4 times a week. PART OF THE SHIP PART OF THE CREW, LIKE ITEMS!!!! Update Jim (a manager) still hasn't gotten the raise he is stuck at $14.01 an hour meanwhile new hires start at $14.50 an hour

Ripped me off told me prices were wrong on car seat covers and I spent over 100$ on stuff that should have been 20% off. With horrible customer service when he knew I was right. I had proof on a circular from there store and the tags on all car seat covers were exactly priced like mine but he said mine was tagged wrong. Isn't that your fault? Why did I get the fault. Usually customer is always right but besides me knowing I really was correct. It made me laugh how incompetent a worker can be. He'd be fired if I was his boss.

Unfortunately a sad store. I can't write about the company, but they can't seem to hire people who want to work, or likely there is very poor employee training. The new guy sold me the wrong spark plug, while asking me if it was the right one (i don't know other spark plug brands) - I'm guessing they fired the one kid would got my orders wrong, stared at his phone, interrupted other employees for personal stuff.Now the poor girl they hired is handling the front counters alone while everyone stays in the back doing something - but customers aren't first apparently. When one customer has a million questions - the rest of us have to stand in line forever.I been to that store a good 10 x's this past 2 months. Each time is the same.One customer even shouted to the back "Anyone back there want to take my money?" - -It's not just me

The guy at the counter dose nothing but stare at his phone , and every time I come in he s the useless one Im forced to deal with , the had good staff once , top marks to the sarcastic guy that s there once in while , I think his name was Jim , he knows a lot about my Honda , especially some things my car group weren t 100% on , Advance get him there more and I ll buy more , but you need to fix something

Kid working the register left the store. Came back in and was complaining because now he has a line. I then bring him my slip of what battery I need and he points me to the wall and says to find it. I can t find it but the other store told me to come here because they stated this store had that battery. He was extremely disrespectful and said it s not his fault. He does not care about his job or the company and that s very clear. Disgusting service.On the other hand the other store further down 37 across from retro fitness was awesome and super helpful.

Went in to ask some questions about an issue with my car. Not one person greeted me. I could hear them talking about not being able to hit the sales goal for the day from behind the wall, but no one ever came to the counter to help me. If you can't make your sales goals, maybe try being at the sales counter. It is a good first step.

Auto zone on the opposite side of the road is far better in service. Also, this place didn't care if people did not have any mask on and when I even reminded the customers myself the young man (employee) at the counter told the client not to worry about it and basically ignore what I said. Would not pass on a sale over a mask stated this employee despite the "no mask no exception" sign posted on the front door. Actually, that same employee was not wearing his mask properly and it was just hanging under his chin. Pointless. No consideration and no respect for other people at all.Well, this will definitely be the last time I will be going to this place and I will certainly spread the word among my friends and co workers.

This place used to be good way back then with regular employees but nowadays new faces you find every week or month that have no experience and some are impatience.i bought a failed or defective thermostat with a warranty but they won t give me a new one.the current boss has a way of pushing you,rushing you or convincing you to accept his words.please hire and keep experienced workers not brokers.if not careful they overcharge you for example 3 feet hose pipe was sold for $20 and same at autozone was $6.75% they don t have what you need,they order for you but again wrong parts or send to a nearby store.be careful with what you buy here because they don t care about your warranty.
