I've had AAA coverage for many years. I needed some paperwork done for upcoming travel. Everyone there was helpful and nice. 3 different people asked me if I needed help! I left with maps and lots of information.

Zero stars would be better suited. Use this AAA if you would like to get your car permanently destroyed. I used the service in November and I am still trying to rebuild my engine. On top of just horrific knowledge of cars, they are very rude. PLEASE use any other company and avoid the disaster that I am still experiencing.

Hours say open until 5 on Saturdays. However, Travel closes at 3. That should be reflected on hours posted.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HEREI brought my car here out of convenience because it was the closest location to where I broke down - huge mistake. My car needed hose replacement, coolant flush and thermostat replacement. Picked the car up, then broke down AGAIN 4 days later.After bringing it back to a different mechanic, they explained that whatever AAA did caused the coolant to mix with oil, resulting in a blown head gasket. Their insurance company is now involved and it has become a massive headache.Save yourself the time and pain and DO NOT GO HERE

The staff make you feel so welcomed from the moment you step into this establishment. They are very efficient, and knowledgeable and personable. I don't have a membership there, I call and walk in each time and have never felt anything but kind prompt assistance. My last visit a week ago was to figure out if I had a leak in my tire. I was putting air in every three days for a little over the last week or so.The mechanic was so patient and thorough. It was a case he hadn't seen in over a decade as the issue was so minute all the different tricks and it wasn't found. At the end there was no charge for all the 'trouble', (my words). Happy to say over a week later, no tire pressure alert has returned either ! They go above and beyond to make sure the job is done correctly and you leave with a smile. That's my experience.

Didn t burp my system before doing a coolant flush and now I have a blown head gasket. All star performance that they refuse to take responsibility for.

Beware of this location. Terrible service, nothing offered after WEEKS of car sitting in lot. Cant get anyone on the phone, very rude. Unprofessional, and completely ruined car. If i could give 0 stars i would.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR REPAIRS!!I ve taken my car to other AAA locations for servicing and had no problems, nor ever felt like I was deceived. Not at this AAA location.Brought my car in for an oil change and to check brakes that were stuttering. They gave me an oil change and then came back with $1700 of recommendation things that had nothing to do with my brakes. Even stating they couldn t figure out what was up with the brakes. I declined all of it except two filters. When I was paying, they gave me the itemized list of what the $1700 would have been for and they added in things like a tire rotation service warranty that they offered as a package. They were throwing things in that were not necessary at all, and it wouldn t have even fixed the problem I came in for! Thank the lord I declined. I took my car to another shop in the area and they actually fixed the problem and didn t try to make me pay for something I didn t want. Oh! And AAA, who did my oil change, also failed to mention my dipstick was broken. The other shop took care of that. Unacceptable.I will never go this location again and I m not renewing my membership with AAA. I used to find it to be a value, but no longer.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!UPDATE: I responded to AAA from their response to this comment below. They never got back to me over a month later. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!

Employees are friendly and helpful. Yes, management likely pushes them to try and get you to buy expensive repairs that while could be justified are not always necessary. They seem thorough with their *free* inspection during the oil change so if there is a problem they will alert you to it, and you are not forced to buy the repair so I like the service. I would recommend them for oil changes, other stuff they are probably ok, but you are gonna have to pay up.

Once again the 1199 Rt 37E AAA car service team came through for me! I have been a customer at this location for several years, and have never been disappointed...professional, clean, quick service, reasonably priced. They never try to push products on me that I don't need, always explain services needed/completed on my vehicle, and provide me with a written summation of things done to my vehicle along with potential future needs so I can plan. Keep up the good work!

They do good honest work in a timely fashion (a bit expensive); however, I always find little things that were overlooked: Didn't top off coolant reservoir one time, didn't change the next oil change sticker another time and didn't reset the clock this time which is odd since the work was for a brake problem not electrical. It's a good thing I'm very adept to setting all types automobile clocks without even ever referring to the owner's manual.

Only getting 4 stars for now.4 new tires to be purchased, balanced and mounted.Matched Tire Rack price and gave me a small AAA member discount.Completed work quickly while I waited.So far so good.Then......Four days later one tire is nearly totally flat. Leaking at rim? Valve?Took it back today.We'll see if they get it done right the 2nd time.

1 st experience was great. Second time there was horrible they did not ask me if i wanted regular oil or synthetic oil. I told them I had a coupon for regular oil. They decided to put synethic and try to charge me $80 for the oil change

My car broke down close by as a AAA member I had it towed to the closest facility. They completed the work took several days sat for like 3 days before it was looked at. Once repairs were completed picked it up and 2 weeks later check engine light came on showing same codes as what was supposed to have been fixed. The car broke down again towed back for them to fix what they should have last time and they tried to charge another $264.00 for a $30 part saying they were only charging me for the part no repairs were authorized and said I would be picking up the car upon picking it up they made repairs and started to argue before comping the service. Now 3 days after picking it up the second time car dies again this time the alternator that they replaced failed. Upon calling they are like well it should be under warranty but will have to check with manager and call back. Poor service using poor quality parts cut into OEM wires with no explanation. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY over priced and poor customer service!

Good service, polite and friendly service people. Less than dealer prices. At AAA you can receive assistance with planning individual or family vacations. The AAA agents are very knowledgeable. It is a clean establishment. Complementary cold water, and coffee. A vending machine with okay snacks. The TV looses cable connection, but when they pay the bill on time it's good reception.

Absolute OUTSTANDING. Having AAA Premium membership is worth every penny. A driver was dispatched to jump start my car. Even though you are told to anticipate less than an hour wait, the driver arrived within 15 minutes.He tested my battery and told me the problem was definitely the battery not the alternator or starter. I drove home.The next morning I had to call again, the battery was completely dead.Again, a driver took less than 15 minutes to arrive.I did not know that premier membership covers the cost of a new battery AND installation with warranty.My car was towed to the AAA service center at 10pm.The next morning I was called to tell me that my car was ready.Went in, signed, and drove away.Excellent service,

Great store and helpful staff. Love the free maps and brochures. I've had AAA for years but usually just use it for auto needs on the road and couldn't live without that service since my cars are up there in years

The manager was the opposite of helpful. I reccomend going to a different office because the Tom's river branch manager doesn't care about customers. Zero star rating.

My favorite place to get my oil changed that I've ever been to!Their repair shop is 100% honest and that's the most important thing to me.They don't try to sell unnecessary services and the charts they have explaining fluid levels in the waiting area -- and on the sheets they hand out -- are really helpful.Probably the only service station I've never had a bad experience at and everything they offer is extremely affordable.They're also relatively quick and speaking of the waiting area - it's really clean and comfortable.I wish AAA had these types of shops in other states, because they're the best at what they do.

Great work done on car-did what was asked -came into waiting area to discuss any other issues that may have come up after mechanics examined car . Gave discounts I said I saw on website without hesitation. Professional polite snd most importantly work done was as expected and issues solved. Wait room comfy chairs tv w clicker magazines hot beverages free WiFi and separate area walled off for kids w small table w chairs crayons books coloring books.

Vanessa was very helpful when I first called. She was friendly and answered all of my questions. She was also patient with me as I needed to confirm which plan I would choose. She explained her own personal experience with a plan and I appreciated the insight. I asked and she provided her direct extension. When I called her back she was just as friendly and helpful and assisted me with transferring me for a tow.

Was pleasantly surprised. Oil change and tire rotation only, but given discount as first time customer. Very friendly staff. Fast service, easy to make appointments on line, with confirmation call. Will definitely use again.

Don't take your car here for repairs. The service manager and the other service employees except the techs are horrible people to deal with. Because of them I am going to cancel my AAA membership.
