I had a very nice experience in March 2024, having an oil-change done as well as a tire-rotation. They were honest, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. While the tires were off... I had them also adjust some of the brake components in the rear. Nice family-run small business. Thanks!

Needed an oil change and wanted to get a second opinion on my brake rotors and pads. The mechanic said they still have life in them and recommended coming back in about six months. I appreciate their honesty and will be coming back.

My car made strange noise and I noticed dreaded check engine light on my car on the way to the work. I found repair shop near by and They said I need to replace new engine sooner or later. But I couldn t decide right away. I found 123 auto repair walking distance from my house thru google search to check my car again. Sean told me to bring it on by. He said he thought it would be safe to make the drive, and he also mentioned changes that I have to find that could be signal safety issue. Sean(father) and (son) Daniel, they drove my car with me and scanned with tools and they diagnosed that I need new sensor and replace it with reasonable cost. Reliable, honest, helpful.Highly recommended!!!

Came by for an oil change, but the mechanic there noticed my rear brakes were gone. I was quoted for the rotors and the brake pads by a different place but took the chance with these guys and just did the pads. Amazing job and saved be loads of money! Highly recommend this place for all relairs.

Over the weekend, I was driving in Tenafly and had gotten a flat tire due to some sharp ice on the road. I'm not too familiar with the area, so I was panicking a little.Luckily I found this shop not too far from where I had my accident. I got my insurance to fix the flat with my spare and I drove straight to 123 Auto Repair.Right off the bat, I could tell that the staff here were something special. They were attentive. They listened to me. They waited for me to finish what I had to say before giving me their expert opinion. I have never had such good service from an auto shop before.Their communication skills weren't the only thing that impressed me. They managed to get me a replacement tire in no time at all. There was no time wasted. I was practically in and out and ready to go about my day like nothing had happened.While talking with the workers there, I learned that they just started this business. I was speaking to one of the owners, Daniel, and he's a really chill guy. From my experience, they seem to have a genuine desire to help the people in their community. It was genuine enough for me to feel compelled to write this review when I usually never write reviews.If you take anything away from this review, it's to give this place a chance. I know you'll be pleasantly surprised. They'll take care of you just as they took care of me. They deserve all the business they get and much more.
