I met Noah today for the first time. He's not your typical grumpy ,tell me what you need and get out of my way mechanic. He is a very approachable mechanic and very friendly. Although all I needed was a patch due to a flat a had, his openess and demeanor won a life time customer. I will be doing business with him. A+ customer service.

This is my first-time coming here and I advice everyone to avoid this mechanic and all his service.This is what happened- he asked me to come early. I came at around 9AM. He was okay. He asked for the key and he said he will call me by the end of the day. I came at 5pm. I can't believe it. My car was just sitting in his shop and nothing was done. When I came in the morning, my car needed to have its three abs sensor changed. I have the materials and he just needed to put them. He quoted me a price and I agreed. When I came back in the afternoon, he was completely different. He said he "needed more time." (Remember my car was there since 9 in the morning and it's 5pm. He was the one who set the appointment). When I came, he doesn't want me to wait in his waiting area and wants me to go away. I was merely asking him if it's possible to stay until closing and it's okay for me to wait. It's not okay for him. I don't know what happened in his mind when he just suddenly blurt out and told me he's refusing me service. He drove my car out of his shop so fast and he himself didn't like it. I told him that I will give him a review online (this made him really looked so scared).As I was driving, he called me and he was asking for an "apology." But he wasn't even listening to me when I asked him earlier if i could stay and wait until closing in the waiting area. He was totally unpleasant. Then he called using a different phone number (I would assume thats his personal phone number) and was asking for an persistent, fake apology and offered to repair my car for free. I told him that I do not at all trust him and I see that his business will fail. Avoid him at all cost. Go to another mechanic who are good. I usually do not give other persons a very bad review but people has to be warned.

Noah was fantastic! Someone very close to me pipe fell off the car. Noah personally came down to my house and put wire on it. He brought my car down to his shop which is up the road. He closes at 6Pm but he worked overtime that way someone close to me can have the car tomorrow to go to work. They went above and beyond. The price was very good. I still need to bring my car back for some more work done before my inspection is due. Noah is a very religious man. He said a prayer for me because of my blood cancer. I highly recommend this place. He Got Upset On The Third Time. He Told Me Because of The Storm He Mite Not Be Able To Fix My Car Tonight. So My Other 1/2 Has To Walk To Work. I Had A Doctor Appointment Tomorrow Morning. I've gone to Noah a few times for car repairs and I have nothing but good things to say. He's extremely friendly and easy to talk with. He''s very responsive when I call him and will proactively update me on my car status before/after repair. All of the work is done quickly, at a great price, and all of the issues I've mentioned are fixed when I get the car back. I definitely recommend Noah's Auto Repair Shop.

He told me my car s computer was damaged and left me on foot taking the bus for 3 weeks. Doesn t pick up the phone and didn t do anything. Charged me $800 and i had to take my car to another place. I will die before going back to this place. Avoid it.

I brought my car to Noah for a routine tune up & overall check on my car as I was going on a four hour drive later that week. He stated my car was safe and in great condition as he knew I was taking it for a far trip. He said the only part that needed repairs was my shocks ($700). Two weeks after being told my car was in perfect condition, it stalls out, over heats, and my entire transmission blew. My dealership stated this is not something that happens over night and that you can hear a bad transmission weeks before it finally goes out. Frustrating to think you did the right thing by your car, and now I am car-less due to extreme costs of a brand new transmission amongst other service repairs that ensued when my car broke down. I will not be coming back.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had a nail stuck on my tire. Waited about half an hour. No big deal on waiting but when its finished the owner tried to charge me $35 dollars. I had to ask him 3 times to confirm the price to make sure I heard it right. He didn't have change so he told me if i have 25 exact change then thats all i had to pay. I had several experience on my tires and usually paid 15 dollars at most. Only convenience about this place is that its open on Sundays.

Avoid this place at all costs. I went in for a simple oil. I was told 45 minute wait. No problem. I come back an hour later and the owner Noah took my personal car to run his own errands with my gas because he had no other vehicle to use. He never asked permission and there is zero professionalism here. I ended up waiting 2 hours and was extremely by the owner in doing this. I will never come again. AVOID AVOID AVOID!Service: Oil change

This shop was recommended to me due to the fact that they were closed on Saturdays and open on Sunday but ALSO that the owner was very nice and the pricing in regards to labor and parts is fair. I dropped off my car (2011 VW Jetta) was excited to hear back later that day, but I didn t hear back for a couple days. I m the type of person that likes to be updated consistently even if it is to just be told you need my car another day or didn t get a chance to look at it therefore I started to become frustrated without the updates. But if you communicate that (which I did not but should have) your frustration will be alleviated. Once I got the call about my car I was nervous that it was going to be a really expensive repair or that it was possibly a lemon I was blown away by the response that not only was it a fairly minor problem that could be fixed but it was also a very affordable cost to get it fixed. Next day it was done after that call and my car feels like a brand new one. They did an excellent job on my car! This shop may not look busy from outward appearances but it is so be patient but also communicate what type of service you expect to receive or that you want. I haven t been able to find a great mechanic in awhile from now on, this will be the ONLY mechanic I go to. I highly recommend this establishment!

Second positive experience with our old car to Noah Auto repair, had break pads which desperately needed to be replaced and some noises we wanted diagnosed. While we are hesitant to put money into this older car, especially if the noises were not a danger to the cars driving, the work was done and the car is safer (and quieter). We hope it will last a little longer now with these fixes than we had expected it to. Safer is definitely key.Thank you Noah Auto body for caring for your customers. Your team is hard working and your business is clearly growing. Thank you for fitting our break pad replacement in so I can drive to work and back safely.

WARNINGDo not take your car to this repair shop!!Noah worked on my car for 3 days without ever calling me to let me know what was wrong with my car. He fixed parts without asking me for permission. After picking up my car and paying him, the very next day my car broke down and over heated. Since my car didn t have this issue before taking it to Noah I called him again. Noah had my car for another 2 days, and again... he didn t not call me to let me know what was going on or ask for my permission to fix what he found. After leaving his shop a second time (in the same week) I left with a new issue- No AC during a heat wave.This man is dishonest. I wouldn t advise anyone to bring their car here. Noah will sabotage your car.1 Star is not a low enough rating to say the least.

I called in on a Sunday evening to see if they would take a look at my car after it died suddenly while driving. After calmly talking me through checking my battery terminal, we found out that one of my terminal connections had come loose and i was able to tighten it myself without a tow or anything. Saved me time, money, and headache. If this is how kind and helpful these folks are over the phone to a stranger (when they are technically closed) I can only imagine how great the must be in person. Would absolutely recommend off this interaction alone.

I got a car that was serviced by him prior to my ownership. What a mess. First, the oil he used in the oil change was far too thin for my engine which resulted a quite audible tick from my engine. Next, I noticed he changed the master cylinder in the car right before my purchasing of it. He charged the previous owner for the cost of a new part BUT it is clearly obvious that the part is used. Why is it obvious? The part looked used when it was "just installed" and the seals are leaking on it a year later. His installation was pretty bad too. If you look close you will find chips and scratches in the engine bay where they wrestled it out like apes. Luckily I got the car for a good price. Keep this guy away from your cars, ESPECIALLY anything Euro. I know others that have been going back to him because he cannot fix an issue right the first time.

WOW! They fixed my tire, my brake plate, and my underbody plastic in all less than an hour for very cheap. I m so glad I found them, they don t try to rob you and welcome you back always. Thankfully they open Sundays too, that is extremely convenient, I ll definitely be returning soon.

I'm bothered that I did not take the advice of the descriptive rating before me. They originally fixed the timing belt and some other bent stuff when it snapped, and I've brought my car back to them 4 different times to have them attempt to fix the same or new problems that come up every time I return it. I've gotten my car back again, and after hearing/seeing some plastic piece fall off from under my car (and the same noise that he keeps saying he fixed comes back), I'm determined to never go to him again, warranty or not.

..I was forced to take an online course I'm making a wire harness for my vehicle and what took them a day and a half took me 4 hours to do not only that but my seat was no longer working or my heater or air conditioner ... and as a man of God if you want to receive blessings you got to give them.. I supply them with 2 steering angle sensors almost two of everything for the dashboard nothing was installed properly and the steering angle sensor on my vehicle is broken $750 down the drain

I brought my car there and explained what was wrong with it...it was like they made up excuses about looking at it...DONT GO TO GAS STATION REPAIR SHOPS !!!.. THEY WILL TELL YOU ITS THIS ITS THAT OR IT COULD BE THIS...and they really don't know what it is then you wind up spending money on things you don't need
