Professional, reliable, to the point, on schedule service.Our CRV got damaged door on passenger side from an accident, so I picked FLA through my insurance, since it was the closest authorized shop for me. Allison from FLA contacted me and they gave scheduled time to bring in the car for estimation. On arrival, one of the FLA member wrapped up the estimation process within few minutes. Since my car was drivable, they let me take it back, cause the new doors were back ordered, that would take several weeks.It took about 4 weeks for the new doors to arrive. During this time, FLA kept in updated regarding the progress of my order. Finally when it arrived, got call to drop off my car and was given 2 weeks of estimate to complete the repair job.To my surprise, they called me exactly after 2 weeks to pick up the car. The doors were replaced and whole passenger side is fixed as good as new. They also did a car wash and vacuum. They also facilitated my request to park the car on the street so I can pick it up at later time.Overall a great experience! They have all the awards and recognition for a reason.

Always an outstanding excellent professional job! They are very busy but worth the wait for an appointment. John is exceptional and all the office ladies are kind & accommodating. I'm so pleased, my car looks amazing after my accident. No more cracked up front end. Yay

The experience was outstanding in every aspect. Their professionalism exceeded my expectations. In an industry often perceived as untrustworthy, this auto body shop was a refreshing exception - completely honest, fair, and transparent. They provided daily updates through an app, complete with photos and status reports. They also generously provided a loaner car without any hassle. During a stressful period following a car accident, they alleviated my anxieties and fears, turning the situation into a positive experience. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Just got my car back from Fort Lee Rd Auto Body and my car looks great. John and the team there really took care of me. They were very through to make sure everything was fixed and kept me well informed during the process. Would definitely be coming back if I need any more work.

I m not a commenter - never do it, good bad or ugly. But I m making an exception here. While I m sure the positive reviews reflect solid work and professional service - and I have found them to be responsive and professional, I think ppl should know that if my case is typical, this place will take 5+ months to get your part and at a minimum 1.5-2 weeks to fix your car. Mind you I was told they ordered the part two weeks ago - so this is not about parts being backed up. They are simply overloaded, or in no rush. And I asked many different people if any exception could be made or expediting might be considered given the time I ve already waited - the answer was uniformly no. If you want your car fixed and returned sooner than 6 months, consider looking elsewhere.Service: Body & Trim

Absolutely the best service, caring and efficiently you could ever want from an auto body repair shop! I was informed about progress of the repair and my car was ready early. My car looked like it was new after the repair. Not only was my car repaired perfectly , it was washed on the outside and then cleaned inside. Fabulous service! Very kind and helpful staff. I wouldn t go anywhere else for car repairs! Go there when you need repairs !!!! Hats off to everyone at Ft. Leee Road Auto Body !

Everyone here was super awesome! They were very easy to work and communicate with. They were VERY thorough with their work, and did very clean beautiful work. My car looks just like the day I drove off the lot with it. Mind you, this is after a replaced front and back bumper, plus a brand new grill. I would recommend this place to everyone, and I have!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They do very clean work, had to take my wifes car there since she hit a deer in PA. So we had some damage on the front bumper and driver side fender. Obviously this is out of their control, but we had to wait almost 3 months to give them the car because they(along with every other auto body shop locally) was backed up due to a part shortage. We requested they use original Honda parts for her SUV and they were able to comply. John is a nice guy and very straight forward. No nonsense or hassles. He told me how long it would take, the price(although they assessed some other damage once they took the pieces apart) and when they would complete the work and he was pretty spot on. Great work! Nice people. They keep you posted and calm during what can be a stressful time. I appreciate their work and will be recommending them to others in the future. The car looks good as new. Thank me later. Other shops can be messy or ignore the smaller details. They are very thorough. Thanks for your help Fort Lee Auto Body Go there and don't look back, you will get your car back and be thrilled with the results in my opinion and I've worked with plenty of body shops. Good luck and I hope you don't ever need to get your car repaired, but if you do, Fort Lee Auto Body is great!

Having a service vehicle fleet of 10 or more for the last 11 years, I have dealt with many mechanics and body shops. Tom and his crew are BY FAR the BEST I have dealt with. About a year ago I met Tom and had a service van that needed to be repaired. I wasn't overly thrilled with the place I had been using, so I figured let me give Fort Lee Road a try. They turned the truck around basically instantaneously for me. Fast forward a few months later, our fleet had a spur of bad luck-- a few minor accidents and a few with airbag deployment and other major work. We also had a few trucks with serious mechanical work needed. Tom and his crew got every vehicle in and out faster than anticipated and looking/driving like new. There are not enough good things I can say about this company. Had to come back and get paint job corrected. Received a lecture on circular scratching in a 12 day old paint job and how it will look like that in a year anyway. The website, phone mailboxes (all full) are offensively antiquated. No email addresses on business cards The tow and weekend assistance phone on the Company voicemail is a dead number. Maybe they are great and i had bad enough luck, but I don't believe a professional paint job should have to come back to have circular scratches buffed out. I did not like being made to feel like i was asking too much. It WAS corrected after I had to make special concessions with my employer to deliver and pick up.Service: Painting

I brought my Mercedes Benz CLA250 here after I was involved in a car accident that left the front of my car damaged. John was my point of contact throughout the entire process and he was such a pleasure to work with. One thing about John, is that he cares about his customers!! He always returned my calls and was very patient and informative with addressing my questions and concerns. The entire process was so easy and efficient. I got my car back and it looked brand new. They do excellent work here! The crazy thing is that about 2 weeks after I got my car back someone else hit me again so I needed additional body work. I didn t hesitate to contact Fort Lee Rd Auto-body again and John got me an appointment the very next day to look at my car. They fixed my car again and the work was beautiful. I can t thank John and the rest of the team enough for the hospitality they showed me. It was much appreciated after experiencing the stress of two car accidents.

This was my second time at Fort Lee Auto Body. The first expereince i had with them was great. This experience they went above and beyond.They worked with me to get me in as soon as possible this way my car did not have a possible issue over the weekend.When i got there for my appointment they took me right on time and Charlie went above and beyond to see what he could do to fix my car in the chepaest and most effective way possible as there was going to be no insurance involved.They have a customer for lifeService: Body & Trim

Very professional, and super accessible on phone and emails. They maintained good communication throughout the car repair process. Worked seamlessly with my insurance provider and coordinated for rental car pickup and drops. John was excellent with the work. Highly recommend!!

This place was great! So helpful and informative and communicative throughout the process. They happily coordinated with my dealership and insurance company, making the process very straightforward for me. It s nice to have a good experience after having the bad experience of having my car banged up!
