Really exceptional service. Yoram and his family went above and beyond to help me with an unexpected problem with my battery and connections. They were so generous with their time and used creative, out-of-the-box problem solving to effectively and safely make the repair. Without their patience, the cost would have snowballed far beyond what I could have afforded. With gratitude, I highly recommend Eli Auto!

Adam and Yoram were so attentive and helpful. Their work is very professional!They told me the car will be ready in 3 hours and they got it done even before it and I didn t have to wait longer like everywhere else.I can t thank enough and my car is now perfect.I will for sure be back !

Professional inspection, quick repair, and great service. They discovered some safety issues with my car that was missed during previous inspections at other auto services, and moved appointments around so that they could fix my car which had worse problems within the day. Everyone there is so nice. Will be my go-to for future auto services. Definitely recommend.

I loved Eli s auto . The guys there are number 1! They make you feel like you are a part of their family every time you bring a car to them . They do a wonderful job fixing up your car in a timely manner. I would recommend them to everyone I know . I only use them cause they are the best. Yoram and company are the best in the business! Nicest, most sincere, and honest people. He cared not only about my car, but about me personally. He is one of a kind special, and I would 100% recommend him for any car issues ever! I have been going to Eli Auto for several years and Yoram has always been so great to work with. Always friendly and shows he cares about his customer. Just recently my car battery died on a weekend and I had to fix it somewhere else because Eli was closed. Shortly after, my car started acting up again. I called Yoram who helped me troubleshoot when stuck in the Bronx and then drove straight to him. He took me right away and noticed the battery had been installed loosely and was leading to my problems. He fixed my problem quickly and did not even charge me. A great man who takes great care of the cars he does work on.Service: Battery

I had an issue with my tire last week and they were able to accommodate me the same day within an hour. Everyone was friendly, Adam was so efficient with the job that I was able to use my car for the afternoon. Great place in Teaneck and definitely plan on using them again in the future. If there was a sixth star I would award it to this shop. They are the most professional repair shop I have been to in a long time. From start to finish I felt comfortable letting them work on my car. The owner put the car right on the lift and showed me exactly what needed to be done. He gave me an excellent price for brakes and rotors in fact he was a few hundred dollars cheaper than the dealer or any of the shops I called nearby. I highly recommend their services! I've taken my car to Eli Auto several times, and each time the service was exceptional. The work is high quality, delivery is timely (if not early), and the price is as quoted, if not lower. Eli Auto is the best, in every category!

Eli was amazing. Diagnosed the car issue immediately within 30 seconds and sent us on our way happy and safe! He told us we could call him if there were ever any problems. HIGHLY recommend!

I will only he using Eli's for my cars going forward. They were honest, most competitive pricing, and got the job done perfectly. They took me in and let me see exactly what they are doing with no surprises. In addition the cover under the car that covers the engine was cracked, I asked how much to repair and he literally put it back together for free. The type of service you get here you can't get any where else. Glad I found this place.

I have been a Eli's Auto customer for about 15 years. Yoram and his team are always fair and honest and takes care of my cars as if they were their own. I use them for both routine maintenance and fixing my car. He will always lay out the options to solve the issue at hand and take time to explain them to me so that I can make a decision. I have never felt pressure to do any work. All work that they have done they have always provided an estimate and have come in without overcharging.
