This is the second time that AAA has dispatched this AMAZING Tow and Automotive Service.On both occasions; Josh Evans was my driver. Josh is absolutely incredible. My car was towed back in June as I pick my son up from his PreK school and Josh was my driver. I have been meaning to leave a review from since back then. On both occasions from the time my case was dispatched BCL Automotive reached out to ensure my are safe and to ask if I was okay.Today was no different except; in my nervousness with having my little one and it being rush hour; I inadvertently typed in the incorrect cell phone number and missed my driver when he came as promised; I called AAA who stated that the app was having technical difficulties and that they would dispatch the call again; within minutes Josh from BCL called me; it was then I realized that I had notated the incorrect number for me to be reached.Josh was so professional; kind; courteous and compassionate. My eyes were filled with tears and he was beyond empathetic never making me feel terrible for missing him the first time.I have never seen anyone get a car on flatbed a vehicle so efficiently and swiftly in the manner that Josh seems to do so effortlessly. He never lost his cool and maintained a smile as well as pleasant disposition even with people honking their horns and he literally had my car up on the flatbed in minutes.He safely and carefully got my car on the tow truck and he safely helped my son and I too. My little one was not scared because Josh made sure we knew everything would be okay. What a blessing! It was getting dark outside and Josh had us safely back home in no time.AND, as God would have it, it turns out that Josh had helped me before! He was so personable and was absolutely professional along with courteous.I am so grateful for BCL Automotive and their drivers too. Josh was AMAZING!!!! It seemed as if he effortless got my car perfectly in its parking space just like he perfectly parked it at the shop when he towed it to for me back in June. Unparalleled level of service from the BCL team!Josh and BCL exceeded my expectations providing exemplary customer service and assistance. Josh went above and beyond and even jump started my battery in order to roll my windows up for me and to check to see if it would start again.Thank you Josh for going above and beyond. They came via AAA. They were super fast. No sooner did I hang up with AAA and Brian was already calling me saying he d be at my house within a couple of minutes. I live on a busy street and this was prime time for commuters heading to the bridge for work in Fort Lee. He had to block half the road in order to tow my truck. He was in and out swiftly - I swear it must ve been under 10 mins - and was a very nice guy. We were chatting about how disgruntled NJ & NY drivers can be because he was worried about blocking the traffic. We should all really take into consideration that these guys have a job to do and be more appreciative. Great service. I would definitely recommend.

These guys showed up for roadside assistance at the request of the NJ State Troopers, and after waiting for over an hour the driver tried to charge me $150.00 for air in my motorcycle tire. I told him That was a bit unfair and I ll find my own way home, he called the police and 2 troopers showed up and extorted me out of $60.00 for him showing up . That was a crooked thing to do to an enlisted man in trouble! Thanks!Furthermore if I didn t pay him the money, the troopers threatened to impound my motorcycle, absolute extortion at it s best!!

I will never forget this experience. The first driver they sent out gets a 0. I would give the second driver 5 stars. Allow me to explain. My keys had been stolen while I was out of town, and I needed my car unlocked to see if a spare was inside (and if not, I had to have it towed to dealership).The first driver showed up and literally shook his head when he saw me. When I showed him my car was in a garage, I asked if his truck would make the 8'6" clearance. He responded with "do I look 8'6"?" I, of course, have no idea how tall 8'6" is visually. Sure, give me 6'4" or a reasonable tall human height and I can guess. I don't know anyone 8'6". I responded with "I don't know" and he said "no" and drove forward. He was blocking the garage and someone was trying to get out, so she honked at him. I then wasn't sure what he wanted to do, so I asked if he was going to try to get into the garage. He responded, but I couldn't hear him over the diesel engine, so I came closer and said "what?" He said "YOU KNOW WHAT, I DON'T DEAL WITH ATTITUDE OR ARGUING. I DIDN'T LOSE YOUR KEYS!" and he then drove away.I'm sorry, this was completely unacceptable. I have no idea what happened. And I didn't lose my keys either? I tried calling him to clarify things, but he didn't pick up. I hope BCL no longer employs this driver.I called BCL again and told them what happened and they sent another driver, who was very nice and understanding of my situation. I hope that whatever the first driver was going through internally has passed and that he did not take out his anger on other people.

My experience with this establishment was great from start to finish!! I was VERY pleased with their work, prices, & honesty about My vehicle. They put Me at ease about My concerns & also informed Me of things to take care of in the future. I will be recommending BCL Automotive to ppl I know in need of good, honest work.

If I could submit a rating of 0 I would. Due to their employees inexperience and lack of knowledge of how to properly secure a tire I ve almost had myself killed on the highway. This company doesn t deserve to be or to stay in business until they get their sh*t together. I will go as far as to take you guys to court to pay for all my expenses and inconvenience you have caused for me.

The AAA driver named Jonathan J who was sent to check my battery and he stated my battery was good and that it would probably be my alternator or starter, I knew it was an electrical problem and he suggested there was nothing he can do for me besides getting my car towed, well I had my car towed home, when I called another tow to bring my car to mechanic thinking it was something serious, NO it was my battery, the connection was loose and needed to be tightened that was all, yet I got inconvenienced, lost out on working, all because he didn t check that one thing..I will be complaining to AAA as well!!!!Service: Battery
