I worked with "Uncle" Mike. There was a very specific vehicle priced in my range. He called after my email. Had it warmed up & ready, right when I got there. Answered all my questions with exceptional candor & honesty. He let me know options the dealership had for financing, extras, & warranty support, with zero excess pressure. Mike Jr. made buying a car as easy as pie! It was a smooth operation from top to bottom. I had questions, and he had the answers. Their no pressure sales team made me feel at home. And get this, they even give out free water! 5- stars all day long. Would definitely recommend.

Eduardo, my sales consultant was very helpful, very polite, and very informative. He made sure I understood every step of the process, he took time to show me things about my vehicle and made sure it was brought to me in an excellent and clean condition. Eduardo was very conscious of my time, and empathetic to my hesitations when I did have some. Overall, one of the better experiences I ve had at a dealership and wouldn t hesitate to do business there again.

If I could give no stars I would. The lack of follow up, the lack of communication from the service department is astonishing. They ve had my vehicle for close to two months with no movement or fixing the issue. I keep being told that the part will be in tomorrow only to have to call to find out it is in fact not in. Called corporate Chrysler even more of a joke, could not give me even a tracking number for the part. Offered me $40 a day in rental reimbursement which is a slap in the face in 2023, you may be able to rent a bicycle for $40 a day, not a car especially a replacement family vehicle capable of holding two car seats. I ve been asking for a loaner for a month only to be blown off. This service department was aces 10 years ago, makes you wonder why so much turnover now? I kept being assured I ll be called back same day by a service writer or the department manager that has yet to happen. I have to call, take your vehicle somewhere else. The leadership is incompetent and the service writers are put in a position to take verbal beatings because of the lack of ownership not only from dealer management but big Chrysler. What a joke! Instead of giving me a generic response to satisfy google, FIX MY CAR!

This dealership has definitely changed my mind from a previous visit that my husband and I had! I now can not say anything bad about this dealership! They reached out to me to make me a satisfied customer and put me in my Dream vehicle! Mike Jr is absolutely one of the nicest salesmen we have come across and the infamous Uncle Mike even made our vehicle purchasing experience a memorable one! Hey it's me who originally left you the wonderful 5 star review. I'm back to remove the 5 stars and add this review from my husband:Originally back when we purchased our 2019 Dodge Charger ScatPack we left a great review. Now that I've sold my vehicle and requested a GAP insurance refund -- NO ONE WILL RESPOND! I was specifically told to speak with Janet. Once I got Janet on the phone she informed me that it was yet someone else who just happened to be out of the office but if I sent an email with a hand written note and copies of all pertinent documents that it would be processed. That was 01/17/2022 and NO ONE has yet to respond. My husband left this review back on 03/15/2022 and they did call him to let him know they were handling this. Today is 04/18/2022 and IT IS STILL NOT HANDLED. Where is our refund?This is our original review..........Sean Dudley was great! The whole thing was stress free! Mike made the financial side an easy and smooth transaction! Would definitely recommend this dealership!

Brought our Pacifica in for service back in November/December for an oil change and transmission flush. Was told by (I think Chris) that it would be around $250 for the flush (which after research, sounded to be a normal average price). Was called the day of service and told they bought a new machine and haven't tried it out yet so we would need to reschedule so they could practice using it. Confirmed it would be around $250 again and rescheduled the flush for service today (Jan 13th because I need a Saturday service). I dropped off the van last night and get a call this morning that the flush is now $800?!! They more than tripled the price and wasted my time and gas! Completely unprofessional and terrible service!

Let me start by saying, my Fianc� saw his dream car at Spirit. For about a week he had test drove the car everyday. Of course Uncle Mike was kind enough to greet him each day , encourage his purchase with purpose, and constantly reassured him each day. Finally, my fianc� made his decision on purchasing the car!! I say all this to say - there are salesmen out there that just want the sale and there are salesmen that truly care and walk you through the entire process with integrity and kindness. Uncle Mike stayed past his work hours and made sure my Fianc� was comfortable with his purchase and showed him how to work everything in the car.
