This was my second experience using Moppert Brothers for my Tesla repairs. I've utilized their services at both this location and their Morton, PA branch, and on both occasions, I was thoroughly impressed. The service was exceptional, and they efficiently handled all the insurance details. I simply dropped off my car and retrieved it when the work was completed and it was indeed completed within the promised timeframe.I must say, I've never encountered a more professional auto shop. I highly recommend their services. What's even better is that they are a Tesla Certified shop for repairs, specializing in Tesla vehicles. Knowing that, Moppert Brothers is undoubtedly where I'll turn for any future automotive needs.Thank you, Moppert Brothers, for turning what could be an inconvenient auto repair situation into a pleasant experience!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Top tier service. Donna is on top of it. Always answering calls and responding when I reached out.Managers a G and tells you how it is. Also helped me get in contact with individuals to strengthen my claim! Wonderful spot to have your Tesla done even with all the trouble Tesla service has with parts! Would rate zero if possible. June 6th my Audi was hit while parked in front of my house. Insurance was involved, and the car was sent here. I had informed them from the very first time I went here, to every consecutive visit after, that regardless of if the car was totaled, I would be taking it back. they assured me they would have my back. Car was then brought into the shop and assessed that it was totaled days later. When I went to pick the car up, they had removed various parts from the car, even those that weren't damaged. they removed my tail lights, roof bar, and exterior door window trim. Also missing was my roof rail and crossbars. When I explained to them that my parts were missing, they told me that they didn't have anything left of the car in the shop. When i told them i have before and after photos of the drop off, suddenly my roof bars reappeared! Like magic! they also removed my taillights which were another 800 for me to replace out of pocket. Managers didn't care when I brought these things up and tried to place blame on me and my insurance. So I basically gave my car to a "legal" chop shop when I brought it here. I recently had the pleasure of working with Ryan and his team at Moppert Auto Collision, and I have to say, they exceeded my expectations in every way. From start to finish, the process was seamless, and the quality of work was outstanding. Ryan was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, answering all of my questions and guiding me through the repair process step by step. Less than zero took 4. Visits and a hood that didn t have any damage HAD to be painted cause paint needed to match so it will be better than new ,so now it is missing paint in a couple spots and I took it for them to see he said come back when u have more chips in it cause it will happen but it s clear coated to it probably won t rust what it is not better than new and that has nothing to do with why I went there had a cracked bumper then needed everything so they also replaced grill lights everything they could and it popped out 3 times right after they fixed it? Can't say enough about the incredible treatment my wife and I received from General Manager Ryan Garner. Ryan was quick to respond, extremely knowledgeable and his team did incredible work on our Range Rover. Completion of vehicle was 2 weeks later than promised. Hood did not line up right causing front end issues. Manager Ryan was very difficult to get a hold of, never calling me back when he said he would and was extremely rude. For the price that they charge, I expected more. I will never go back there again unless Under New Management

Moppert did a fantastic job repairing my car after I was in a collision. They even cleaned the entire interior of my car! Such a great way to pick your vehicle up. I will use them for any body issues I have moving forward

Expert Tesla crash repair multiple times. Each time my Model Y is put back to together better than when it went in. Helpful staff, reasonable turnaround times. - Donna s the best.

They were great about talking to me and going over the car when I got there. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The gentleman that did the estimate and went over my car was very thorough and nice. I dropped the car off at about 8:50 this morning and I already received texts about them starting the repairs.

I had front end damage to the left side of my Tesla M3P from a deer. The work performed at Moppert was okay but they forgot to put multiple clips for the wheel arch liner causing winds noise driving at greater than 50 mph, I just fixed it myself but it is annoying. Also after they said my vehicle was ready for pickup I arrived and my vehicle was not there, after I checked the Tesla app I found it was on 295. I asked to talk to the manager but he was busy, but the vehicle soon arrived back (~10 min) and I asked the tech where he was with my car. He said he was taking it to the car wash, I waited for the manager. After awhile the manager came out, he said he told the tech to do a final check out of the vehicle (kind of conflicting stories). Long story short, I was not happy with this level of professionalism from Moppert and I wasn t friendly with them during this incident. After they said the vehicle is ready, I felt it should be parked waiting for me to pick it up even IF you were just doing a final check out of all the sophisticated sensors (don t call to say it s ready then).

One of very few shops certified to repair Tesla vehicles. Fixed our Model 3 up good as new and was a very smooth process from start to finish. Would def recommend!

Just picked up my 2018 camaro 1le and I am beyond satisfied with the job that was done. I had a quarter panel replaced with other work and they went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend. 5 stars for sure.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, WeldingServices: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

I have no idea where all this 5 starts reviews come from. Im not surprise if they were bought for a discount.If you love your life dont take the car here. They spent a whole month with my SUV (Silver Ford Explorer) Not even a week later and the car started to act up like they never fix it. Radiator STILL LEAKING!!!Today I almost cause an accident because they so incompetent to fix a car or be honest and say we cant fix it . They just make sure the car can run, make no noise and look ok. They dont even check the car completely. Give you the car and then charge the insurance an amount of money that makes absolutely no sense.This people do NOT CARE about your life or your kids lives. THEY ARE MONEY HUNGERS!!!Today we called the insurance because the car just stopped in the middle of 295!!!!Lucky none of my 4 kids were there! And lucky my son with a medical condition wasn t there waiting for a tow truck with me. The car needs to be taken back so they can see if it was something they did wrong or us? I pray to God they fix it and do it right! Because if anything happens to my kids because they dont know how to fix it. Went for a quote and they said they would send it to my email in a few hours. Next day still never got anything so I called and they told me it would be sent to me by lunch time. Let just say that was a few weeks ago and I still never got my quote. But whites auto body got me a quote in 5 minutes for the same repair.

I just picked up my car after having it repaired at Moppert. From the beginning, the staff and owner were super friendly, and kept me informed as things were progressing. They did an excellent job on the repair, and the car looks as good as new.When I pulled out of the shop after picking up my car today, my tire sensor alert was indicating that my right front tire was low. I pulled over to check it out, and found that there was a bolt in the tire. I called Moppert, and they had me bring the car right back. Not only are they going to plug the tire so that I can drive today, they are also going to order me a new tire free of charge.If you ever have any auto body repair needs, I would not take your car anywhere else but here. The repair was done perfectly, and the customer service was the best I've had in years.Thanks Moppert!

These guys are the best !!!Specializing in Porsche, Audi And Tesla I knew I was in good hands. Picked up my 2018 CX9 GTU last week after having repairs done and the work was astounding. The car only has 2,000 miles on it and I wouldn t trust it to anyone else. The whole experience was streamline got the car back and it was spotless clean and showroom new. This is how it s supposed to be. Professional Punctual and Perfection !Thanks again you have a great crew !

Needed a cold air intake installed on my car. Called and spoke to Emily at the front desk. She is very polite and put me through to Ryan the General manager. Nice guy and pleasant to speak with. They did a great job installing the air intake. Going back for some other modifications soon. Will keep doing business with them. A+ Facility.

Amazing customer service!!! I could not have been happier, and would never pick a different place for repairs in the future. These guys are competent, perform repairs as quick as possible (as long as they have the parts), and resolve all questions or issues right away. It's always easy to get a hold of them, and they act on all questions or issues super fast even 6 months after repairs were done. This shop have exceeded all of my expectations, and would not even be comparable to other popular shops in the area. If you need good quality repairs and excellent customer service, look no further!

The communication was amazing from day one.I'm very happy with my 2016 2500HD Silverado that was worked on by Moppert. My truck looks like when I 1st bought it from the dealer.I will most definitely recommend Moppert to anyone that needs their car repaired.

This would have been a 5 star review if they actually finished my car on time and without breaking something else. They covered it though so I m not really upset. The original damage was repaired well and an untrained eye wouldn t be able to tell anything ever happened. Had a few minor complaints to offset to a 3 star... they took off my rear license plate for some reason and I didn t realize they did until I got home, didn t put the interior of the trunk back underneath the plastic side to get to the battery, left the trunk a mess, and disconnected my dash cam so they could put 8 miles on my car for some reason. Not sure what they needed to test drive to fix a door crack but okay... probably won t be taking any of my cars here especially my sports cars as they probably will take it for a joy ride.. 2 ladies at the front desk were nice and polite though.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Ryan is the best....I brought him my Bentley Continental GT to do the wheels and brake calibers. Ryan blew me away with the high level of quality of workmanship. I was quoted a price by Kerbeck Bentley and it was almost "twice" the price Moppert charged. Here is the kicker, I gave Ryan specific instructions on painting the calibers and Bentley nameplate to make it "pop", but Ryan took it one step further and actually had the Bentley nameplate painted in red, in contrast to the silver nameplate, but matching the caliber.....This blew me away, he hired a painter to paint the Bentley nameplate letters "by hand"....nothing short of amazing....I was not expecting that when I picked up my 5 year old Bentley. Bentley's have to be specially handled, you just can't jack up the car and take off the wheels....Ryan new exactly what to do on my car. I subsequently took my Bentley for automotive service and the techs were amazed because they NEVER saw Bentley wheels like the ones Ryan and Moppert had done on my car....I have searched the Internet and have yet to find wheels an exact match to mine. In fact the new 2020 Bentley Continental, with an asking price of $275,000 does not even have wheels like mine. If you are looking for a body shop, stop looking and take it to Moppert. Especially, if you have a high end exotic car, Porsche or Tesla, do not let anyone touch it except for Moppert.Services: Painting, Brakes

Wow this place has super friendly service! I walked in there and in a matter of minutes was taken care of. I needed some body work done on my car, mostly just some paint marks buffed off which they said they could easily take care of. Scheduling was easy and fast. I d definitely give Moppert a go if you re looking for friendly, fast and honest service!

I had my 2018 vw atlas repaired in this shop the repair cost is about 12000. Everything is fine when I picked up the car, as I started to drive the driver assistant mirror is not working, I went back they fixed it fine. After literally just one month the door liners fell off, I was like seriously! So I went back one more time they fixed in 15 minutes,. The second time I went I was very mad because i have a infant baby to take care off and they have a 12000 repair job why not take longer to double check it . Everyone is busy , when you called it s really that means is really, I don t need to go back two times in one month for small problem like that!! And the worst, the rental was not covered as they promised, this just throw me off completely. Never go back! On top of 12000 they made , I have to pay for the rentals out of my pocket, thanks

I got my truck detailed here and they did a fantastic job. They were done a day earlier then I was quoted. Price was great and customer service was out standing. I will be doing business here again.

they work with insurance company adjusters to rip you off, geico adjuster there will give you more for your claim only if you get your car fixed at moppert, if you tell adjuster you want to take the car to your own body shop, your claim will be reduced a lot.
