They did good work on the unit, but please be aware that a simple inverter breaker reset will cost you almost 500$

Diagnostic DEF ligth blinking ,stop engine ligth and drive 5 mph.Result: Need new MCM box, 2 DPF, and starter for $7500.1 week later it came back the same problem.I took my truck to another freightliner dealer they found DEF pump bad.The problem fixed. Another bill $7500 for 3 repair but rejected .

I really can t say enough about this location. We received excellent service from everyone involved. From Kayla our service writer to Rob the shop forman to our technician Matt. Everyone went above and beyond to help us get in and out.

Total ripoff. 2nd time I used them for repairs 2nd time I was ripped off. Took it to a another freightliner dealer it was fixed in 4 hours 3 grand cheaper they have no clue what they are doing.

Truly an amazing place. Beyond satisfied with the service not only done to my rig, but the customer service received. Hands down best experience I've had at a shop and I couldn't be happier with the price, work done, and to have my baby back on the road. You won't be disappointed at Bridgeport!

I arrived at 12:46pm at parts department. Their closing time today is 1pm and doors were locked. I was counting on being able to pick up a part to compete a load I had. Alot of us count on the ability to rely on Freightliner dealers and hours of operation should not be cut short.

MUST READ I purchased a cylinder head out this this guys which cost me 7,300 usd including a core for 1,174 usd, NOW after almost 4 months and they haven't call me for the core (I called them like 4 times within this 4 month) so I call them again to see what's going on with my core of 1,174 usd and now they say that my cylinder head was missing parts and they can only reimburse me $200, when I said let me get those parts to you so the manager told me that now is too late when they haven't even call me to let me now about it, they were just waiting for those 3 months pass by so they can steal those $900 usd. JUST BE CAREFUL DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS PEOPLE

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The Service Department was non-responsive, non-caring, and incompetent. They didn't keep me updated on repair status and were incompetent when dealing with the warranty company. Completely inflexible when it came to payment policies. If you have to tow your truck to a different dealership, I would do so. No cost is too much, believe me.

I have always had a great experience here. Customer service is very friendly and helpful. This is my go to place if i'm having any issues with my M2 Freightliners.

Horrendously bad avoid at all cost. Unfortunately I read the reviews after my truck was there. Went in for a simple AC problem they managed to find other problems that didn t really exist. Billed my company over two grand. Had the truck three weeks. A complete nightmare. Reported to ARI to remove from vendor list. That s how bad they are. Stay away you ll be glad you did!

Negative stars for sure. My truck has been there for 2 months. First they diagnosed it and said everything good and covered under warranty since you truck only have 36k miles and said you truck will be ready in 2 days. We sent a driver out in a plane all the way from California. Then once there, They said nothing under warranty which made no sense because it was literally a brand new truck. So stay away from this place. They just wanna make money and that s it. They are really not worth it. STAY AWAY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Lazy people works here. For PM service they charge very high price compared to competitors and they don t do grease on fifty wheel, sometimes put less oil and sometimes more, don t close the hood if they open for oil change and don t reset the truck setting after Oil change.Think 100 times before coming to these guys.

Was told multiple times my truck was out of warranty. I had sent all my warranty info from dealer and another frieghtliner dealer showing my 2020 with coverage untill aug 26 2022 with extended also. Refused to verify warranty untill after the 26th and then told me Monday that it is covered but can t do the work without the thousands of dollars needed for recommended fixes that I didn t ask for also miss diagnosed the original prob I brought truck in for. Now my basic warranty is out and held truck hostage. Then proceeded to tell me after the 26th it was warrantied but everything is national backordered. Then when I go pick it up with no repairs they tell me I owe restocking fee for parts that are on national back order wired right also kay who is very Unknowledgeable about warranty info even know she told me she has been doing it for years so I guess it was just a stall or a game. Also Alexandria is an ignorant little woman.when I went to get my truck I signed to pieces of paperwork and was only given one copy and refused to give me a copy of the other I had signed. At first I refused to sign these sheets but did pay and signed receipt for card trans action but still refused to give me my keys untill I signed there bs paperwork. Thank god for emails and paper trails. We will see how BBB . FTC SPO and SAG .. like I said you will be hearing from me .. just to note never agreed to any of there recommended services because they were not needed ..BEWARE OF ORG ..STAY CLEAR OF THE PRICE GOUGING .

What good review you guys have? Literally all of them are about you guys stealing people s money. You guys don t even know that there is a water separator and filter that is used in the truck. You guys make the trucks, you guys charge us for the trucks and don t even know the parts. If your guys parts failed and something went through the fuel tank. That s not our fault so stop trying to rob people and do your job. This should be all under warranty. It s a brand new truck, all of that could have been in the tank from when we got it. It s literally a brand brand new

Took a full day to diagnose and do minor work/repairs on truck. Did get me out same day just 12 hours later, high hourly rate for the quality of service provided. Inaccurate diagnosis procedures where they attempted to get me to pay for a 6 hour advanced diagnosis that s not needed unless truck is under warranty. Went to cross check and came back with different results. Overall got me out same day as promised with little work done, a $2000 bill mostly for diagnosis that I had to negotiate. Their parts department does have great prices. Everyone is fairly friendly for the most part.

Not very helpful at all. Needed a part for my coach (which is a Freightliner) and their solution sucked. Over priced and they couldn't even tell me if it would fit if I bought it. Ended up purchasing parts elsewhere for less than half of the price.Second time I had a 7:30 service appointment. No one was available. They show you at 9:30am, did not take my motorhone in until noon. Told me a bunch of lies about the repair, did not f�x a thing, and charge me almost $500. I will never go back and since I drive trucks will tell my fellow drivers stay clear of them. Both times I tried to use them it was a nightmare.Never again !!!!!!My answer to this review is just another lie - Beware !!I gare them 1 St�r. Don't be fooled.

5 stars for nice people, 0 stars for repairs needed...equals 2 stars.My truck 2 weeks in their hands and got it back and not all my repairs were done more importantly the AC.I mentioned it's issue and I was fed BS.Drove it all day and the air is lukewarm to barely cool.Alotta money was spent on this particular repair that I should have frost bite.A simple marker light fix, not repairedA simple power lock fix, not repaired7 bald tires and you pass the inspection.Unreal

They never have reason for anything that why it is not covered under warranty. They said just it and want to charge people. We buy their equipment then buy warranties then when an issue occurs on even brand new truck, you guys say not covered and don t even have a valid reason. STAY AWAY

Waisted of money and time. Had my truck for 3 1/2 days till I went and got it. in the service department. Mechanic didn't even look at what I brought the tru k in for. Wanted to charge me $4,545.00 for routine service like air filters, fuel filters, and other unnecessary things. PM was done 4 days prior to truck going in and all filters were done. Ended up throwing away 452. 60 for diag to include EPA fee. WHAT! For diag only. Know repairs were done. RIP OFF.

My first experience was my last. Location has very little customer focus.Having an appointment means very little, you just go into the queue and wait and wait. Staff knowledge is questionable. My experience with the workmanship was disappointing. The other FL service centers in South Jersey will get my business.

Supposed to be zero star but there is no other option. Lazy parts department don't want to answer the phone. They answer once then hungup. I called again but just ringing and nobody pickup the phone. I guess they don't want to sell their parts or they have nothing on their shelves. If they are lazy to pickup the phone I guess how much more on the mechanics??

Never ever go to the dealership. The worst experience. I left my truck on Friday with the key. At the and of the day I called to the service they said the key not opening the door. If the key locked the door how the key cannot unlock the door anyway they didn t call me they didn t tried reach me. That day I brought spare key for my truck. Monday 7:40 am I called and said they still don t have key. Again no one called about the key because no one check the truck even the key.

The worst Freighliner in the area. And that's by east cost standarts, the worst among the bad ones.Oh, and they charge $480 to just diagnose anything on your truck. And of course they will not disclose it untill it's too late.Customer service is extremely poor too. Take your bussiness somewhere else, you've been warned.

We deal with Freightliner of Bridgeport on a regular basis and always receive excellent customer service and deal with knowledgeable personnel. I would recommend them to anyone.
