Hit a curb pretty hard on Monday night when it first started to snow and thought my car only needed an alignment. No other places were available Tuesday morning to check it out but they gladly took my car in immediately and even gave a towing service option. Called me later that afternoon to let me know the tire rods were bent and needed to be replaced. Dan was quick and efficient in ordering the parts to arrive on Wednesday and having the car completed the same day! I would definitely recommend this location to anybody looking to get work done on their car!

I called Firestone while on the side of the highway near their exit, hoping for a quick tire plug for a nail in my tread. Despite them still being open for several more hours, I was firmly told they were fully booked for the day and couldn't help with a simple plug.What bothered me most was the lack of empathy from the employee I spoke with. I felt like I was inconveniencing them, even though I was the one in need.I also found it misleading that they advertise tire repairs but seem to operate strictly by appointment only. Had I known, I would have made an appointment beforehand, but I wasn't expecting to run over a nail on 295 yesterday.Lastly, when I politely asked if the employee could recommend another place in the area, as I was traveling across several states that day, he flatly said no, as if he couldn't be bothered to spare a single second more of his time.

The service advisor Dan was so accommodating. He kept in constant communication and helped get me back in my car quickly. I could not be happier with the level of customer service he provided.

The staff was very professional and friendly. Manager Jeff kept me abreast of everything that took place from beginning to end. I will always recommend this particular Logan Township Firestone service center for all of vehicle needs. Keep up the good work everyone. You make my day!

Had a flat and needed a new set of 4 tires. Local Firestone in 08085 would not schedule an appointment because they were "too busy" and short staffed. Went to a great Firestone shop in Wilmington Delaware and bought a new set of tires. since then, we twice had a nail with a slow leak. Both times pulled up to Firestone Swedesboro, almost flat. Both times they refused service, despite having full coverage on our tires. Shop is 2 minutes from our home, had to go elsewhere

On a trip to NJ from MD our car had a major engine malfunction Saturday evening but we managed to get the car into Firestone Auto Care Sunday morning. They were able to diagnose the problem, give us a price, and repair our car all on Sunday. The gentlemen at the counter were professional and wonderful to work with. We can't thank them and Firestone enough for their service! They get our highest recommendation!

I ve changed my oil numerous times. I took it here for a tire rotation (which they didn t do, but said they did and I know this because I have a slow leak in one of the tires they were supposed to rotate.) and I figured may as well change the oil since it s there. They charged me almost double for the oil change because they said it took 2 extra quarts. Don t go here unless you really like to be scammed. These guys are a joke and should be shutdown.

I took my car in to get fixed on a Saturday morning at 8am. They kept my car all day and said they would have an answer as to what's wrong with my car by end of day. Never got a call. I called them on Sunday asking for the status. They informed me that they would get back to me that afternoon. I informed them that I need my car because I had to work on Monday. They assured me that I would have my car. Nope, had to walk in on Monday morning and get my car. The communication there is extremely lacking.

I needed a tire for my daughter's car in a hurry..as she had hit a pot hole and damaged the side wall... called this store a half hour before close.... the guys working at the time were friendly...helpful...and never acted like I was holding them up to leave....When you're in a stressful...worried state of mind in that situation for a family member in the cold... thank you guys..!!

A potentially dangerous issue was found with my car which wasn't the reason I brought it in. They explained it to me and fixed the issue that day. I will continue to take my car here for anything else I need done!

the job was fine they tried to talk me into a brake job but i told manager i had someone doing them he said i wont find cheaper or use someone elses parts but they were really bad less then 50 miles use. well my friend did them $100. $503. cheaper then FS but the problem was my psi is 37 for tires and they were 34 psi and every other lug nut was missingServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires

I took my daughter's car here for an oil change and tires. The service manager called and said I needed rear brakes and a wheel bearing. He said the passenger side wheel bearing was very sketchy and needed to be replaced asap. I let him know I have a friend who works as a mechanic and I would get the brakes and wheel bearing done myself. Needless to say I take my car to my buddy's shop. Brakes were a little worn nothing terrible, and the wheel bearings were perfectly fine. So all they really tried to do was have me have an additional unnecessary repairs done which would have cost me an additional $650. Not to mention they tried to charge me more for my tires then website had them listed for. Be very very careful using this Firestone for repairs and service. They must make commission or bonuses on work performed and don't mind ripping people off to get it. Beware!!!Services: Tires, Oil change

You can't beat the proximity. I live walking distance and that is priceless when it is just you and your only car lol. They don't go skimpy on the materials used either. They are very proactive with stuff also.

Called and told them I was looking for tires. They told me to give them a little bit to research and took my number down. I waited 2 days and never got a call. I researched and ordered my own tires and called back and asked how much it would cost to mount and balance. They did it was about 35 per wheel, but since I didn't buy the tires through them it was now 50 per wheel. What a joke. I called another place in town and it's 32 and I can bring my own tires. Useless waste of time.

I ve been going here for just about every oil change since 2015 and have never had a problem. The tall skinny white guy, I wanna say his name is Jon, works his butt off to keep that place together.

Made an appointment online that was confirmed for 2 o'clock. Unprofessional employee says I'm not in his system. Doesn't want to look at the confirmation email. His time is more valuable than yours.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

Had a screw in my rear driver side tire. Although they told me over the phone that they had a full schedule and not fully staffed for the day , and told me that there wasn t a guarantee they d get it done today....they did it . The guy who checked my car in ,checked the tire to see if it was a patch/plug job or would need a replacement ,and he was very honest with me about how another tire looked like it was on bad shape and 6 years old. Brought my old Sonata there in late last summer or early fall for another screw in the tire, which he patched quickly. Very pleased with the service I received both times.

I needed my lugs returned cause I had new tires put on in DE. I called them if they would do it. They said yes just come in no appointment we will do it you be on and out. The service was excellent. I asked how much nothing.

Really wish one star was an option! Dropped my car off at 10 am and didn t get it back until 4pm! Only needed to have 2 tires installed which I had delivered to the shop. Then on top of the long wait none of my tire pressure sensors are communicating with my car now! I will not be back. I understand at times we are understaffed but the lack of respect from the employees is simply uncalled for.

I work in the area and I had a few issues with my tires while at work. Simple issue that could have been taken care of in minutes. And we are talking less than 10 mins . I was handled like I was asking for a favor of a million dollars a leg and an arm. One time I was face to face with the employee , and another time on the phone. So I know he could not have been being bias against me it s just HIS CHARACTER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!! With the longevity of this company I know for a fact that they would not be happy to know. Money and minute jobs are being turned down because of laziness and poor customer service!!!Examples: I needed air in my tire I was down to the rim when I can out of work not knowing if I had a nail hole or just needed air cause of weather change. I got no help.I needed a tire mounted I was stranded on the highway waiting for AAA (they don t mount tires roadside) so I was going to have my wife take me up the street to this location to get the tire mounted and agin I received no help!!!

Not knowing anything about purchasing tires, I decided to call this Firestone when I finally gave in to getting a (badly needed) new set. I called to ask questions and was given a few estimates over the phone for different levels of tires that would work with my car. It seemed like a lot of money but with more research I found their prices were very reasonable. Since this was my first time here, I wasn't sure what to expect when I got to my appointment but I was so happy with how things went. I was given excellent service, was in and out within a few hours, and am completely happy with my experience and purchase. Can't say enough about the reps and mechanics here!

I came to Firestone for an oil change appointment I made online on November 29th. I received a confirmation and had my appointment set for December 3rd. When I arrived, I was told they did not have my appointment but they could fit me in sometime today but would have to wait. I brought up the confirmation email with my confirmed appointment time but they did not want to see it. This is the second time I have had issues with this store. If the online appointment booking system does not work, that is an issue someone at Firestone should address. I will never go back again. This was an absolute waste of my time.

I called and asked to schedule an appointment to replace a flat tire. They told me to come in no problem and I said I couldn t get there for a few hours and they were still reassuring that they could take me then. When I got there I was told they were understaffed and I had to wait 3-4 hours. I was given a price for the tire and scheduled an appointment to come back a few hours later. When I returned, about 45 mins into my appointment, the man calls me over and let s me know he is so sorry but took the wrong measurement of my tire and in order to fix the issue I would have to replace my other back tire. I bought my car in April, barely used and in awesome condition, including the tires! This place is a scam!! I took my business somewhere else and turns out I didn t have to replace my other back tire to fix the issue of a simple flat tire. Do your research before committing to this business who wastes your time and tries to rip you off.

Went in for tire balance and alignment. As soon as I got on the highway the whole car started shaking. Drove back home and made an appointment to fix whatever they did wrong. 1hr later cancelled appointment for "unknown reason". Ended up taking to another shop and done right. Ignore whatever follow up lies they are going post following this review. As you can see from all the 1 stars, I'm not the only one. Go at your own risk!

I had no real work done by them, so I can't comment on the quality or timeliness of their work as have other reviewers. But I had low tire pressure sensor go off while traveling on the highway, randomly stopped at their exit and stopped in there. They were friendly and fast and they checked and corrected the tire pressure, no charge. I promised myself I'd give them a good review as a reward for their benevolence, so here it is.

The people working there were very nice but the work was not so great. Went to get my tire pressure checked and balanced. One of my tires weren't in as great as the others. They tried to convince me to change all my tires. I couldn't afford it right then and there. They went and rotated the tire, so I could drive home.Everything went well and I traveled back to my home state. Not long after, my car started making these weird noises. When I took my car to my mechanic, it turns out the lug nuts on my car weren't put on properly.

If you get your tires here, expect an issue with your vehicle to be diagnosed. I would recommend a second opinion.

This place rocks! Tire trouble on a business trip, and these guys had me back on the road in just a little under an hour. Great service, friendly people, and timely help! This is a great shop!
