We found a used camper at this camping world in January of 2023 and we purchased it as is via there web page . We went down to pick it up and did a walk through, and it was a great experience. So here the reason for the one star review . We purchased this in January of 2023 and I told them when I purchased it I just had hip surgery, and my boyfriend has back issues .We got the camper home and parked it, and in August of this year we moved into the camper. Near the middle/end of October we noticed the carpet was damp and the storage area was damp. My son started looking under the camper,and alerted me to this. This is a four season camper and the under belly was taped and had self taping screws holding the under belly together. I have never been u dear this camper prior due to my surgery I had.I am absolutely so upset about this and was in tears when I started looking further into this leak under the camper.This camping world said that this camper was gone through and serviced prior to picking it up. Obviously Camping world has ethical issues and is a horrible company.

Had an unexpected blowout of our glass door on our camper. ( most likely from a sudden temperature change) It was covered under warranty, but the place we bought it from is being acquired by camping world so they could not accommodate us to bring it in for service while the acquisition was happening. Camping world once contacted told me to bring it in right away they filed the paperwork with the manufacturer had a new door in within two weeks and installed for us. Fernando in the service department was phenomenal And called me every week to give me updates on the progress of the door being shipped A+ service

Do not buy a camper from this place if you don't have to. I made the mistake of buying a new camper from them and everyday I wish I never had now. I have only had have had for a month and haven't even got to use it yet. They do not accept blame at all it is always the customers fault. For the month being going back and forth with warranty and store issues, no end in sight of getting them fixed. At this point I WILL NEVER buy anything from them again. I will say the sales guy was good and great customer service got me what I was looking for. The service side and I guess management I am dealing with is horrible.

Hopefully, I can change this one star in a couple of days, but until then... it's been nothing but little Ticky tack ways to add more money to the original purchase price or other little things that didn't add up right, me and the person I was buying with both felt like they were "Shady"... especially the guy salesman. I wish I could remember his name if I do I promise to put it -Name> <here-. Okay everybody's got to make their money, so that's understandable to a certain extent as long as they're not gouging my eyes out and go about it honestly, but if not, and when 10,000$ (in add-on prices) on a 25,000$ purchase equals 35,000$... compared to 25,000$ maybe 26 to 28 Max after everything was said and done, is what I expected, no, no, no... big difference. I bit that one and moved on but throughout noticed, to say the least... a little sus... by the time it got delivered I guess they realized there's not much I could do at that point. And they were right. DO NOT listen to the lies... do not spend any extra money and do not get all or even half the warranties. They do not honor them from what I am seeing, like I said I will change this if necessary, but if this is still up that means it wasn't necessary to change. The second you walk off that lot, no matter what they tell you, you buy it as is. That's one of the reasons they tell you "Oh we make sure everything's working" we do a full inspection before every RV leaves the lot"... lol. That way when you leave you can't say anything's wrong because they "made sure" before it left"/" but did they really... because they told me everything worked great on mine until it got delivered�!! The speaker broke in one day, they promised me right to my face (which really bothers me) that they just filled up the propane tanks, the only reason I wanted to know is I wanted to fill them up if they were empty, the guy looks at me... right in my eyes and says... "yes they're filled, I did it myself" when I checked it both were empty. I've been trying to get in touch with them almost immediately so then they can't deny that they didn't fill them up, couldn't have one empty in one day but if they don't answer the phone for a week... don't matter now they are going to say it's been a week that's how long they last, but the very first day they were empty, we took them to the store and we had to fill them up, at U-Haul of all places LOL. Anyway personally and if you're like me at all then you should listen just a little at least no reason for me to lie they have big reasons to lie thousands and thousands. I hate lies like that especially when it's right in your face!!/ PS God it's really a shame I have to post this I keep on trying to call them literally right before I press post but still no way to get in contact with them. So posting up, it's probably my best chance to get answered.

I m blown away by their customer service. I received my first bill on the loan for my new travel trailer and realized that the service package that I agreed to at time of sale had changed the terms on my loan, I hadn t realized it before signing the paperwork and I was upset because I thought I was stuck. So I left an unflattering review. This was on a Sunday morning. I received a call the following day at 8:15am (before they even opened) from the assistant general manager that he saw my review, he was apologetic and let me know that the service package that I had agreed to was cancelable. I m truly blown away by that level of customer service.

This is actually a 4.5, but you cannot give half stars. The wife and I were looking to purchase a RV after a few bad experiences tent camping. I went to a couple of other local dealers. The first had a "take it or leave it" attitude. The salesperson showed us one model, which was out of our budget, when we asked to see another RV, she basically said that's all they had. At the second dealership, the salesperson told me he had to "clean his desk", then he would be right out. He never came out, when I left he was showing another person around.We looked at the reviews for camping world, some were good, on some FB pages, they get slammed, we set up an appointment to see for ourselves.We were introduced to our salesman, Bill Ennis, so easy to remember his name. He was the absolute best! Found us a rig that checked all of our boxes, even added a few. It's used, but with low miles, plus well within our budget. He didn't try to upsell us, he put us in the rig we that is good for us.Ali in finance is incredible! Kept us in our budget, was friendly, and professional throughout the whole process. She also educated us on not only the process, but the extras that are included.Melanie help guide us with getting what we needed, plus after some miscommunication, ensured we received what was promised. One of the ladies in the retail area, feel terrible, cannot remember her name, guided us through what we needed to purchase for our first trip. Again, no upsell, exactly what we needed.Fernando in service was a huge help in completing a few repairs that were needed. He was completely professional and made sure we were taken care of.The following is the pros and cons:Pros:-Bill in sales, friendly, probably has forgotten more than most salespeople will ever know.-Put us in the rig that was right for us.-Ali made the finance process painless, and within our budget.-Staff is helpful, ensuring you purchase what you need, not what you don't.-Fernando is great.-made necessary repairs without charging us.-Retail store has everything you need at great prices.-The "extras" you receive at purchase is like what no other dealer offers.Cons:-There presell check could be better, had to make several small repairs that should have been addressed prior to our purchase.-The walk through could/should have been more thorough.

The service Pat gave us was phenomenal. Their products are beautiful. I absolutely love this place. Came here with my brother to keep him company while he picked out his 5th wheel. Now I'm talking to my girlfriend about one. Their store is beautiful and clean and they are very honest in their sales. Highly recommend this Camping World of Bridgeport location.

Second day out, from Maine heading to Florida, our brand new Thor Gemini lost function of the controller on Saturday. We drive into CW Sweedesboro, NJ and Rob (service mgr) quickly had his team trying to get us diagnosed. After about 1+ hours trying everything, the controller was dead! He suggested we contact Thor first thing Monday to get new controller, and let them know it has been diagnosed as dead by Camping World service. We did and got new controller overnighted to us in Florida, where another CW in Summerfield, Florida got it installed and back running. Thanks Camping World!

These people will promise you the world over the phone. You ll bring in your camper for them to look over for possible consignment. While inspecting, they ripped up sealed portions of our roof making it so we had to cover it up so no damage would occur. They turned us away due to potential water damage claiming that we used silicone sealant (which we never did) on the roof and when asked what sealant we should have used ding ding ding it was the one we did use. And when that wasn t enough his excuse became yeah camper roofs should need to be replaced about every two years oh perfect well we re fine then because our camper is not even 2 years old! They want you to drive your rig there, then lowball you and make it so you feel like you have no other options. If you turn that down they will also then say well if you spend 5k with us on these repairs you ll be able to get so more money! They also are just not friendly people to deal with in general. Highly recommend doing repairs and selling on your own, it will be a way better experience.

Paid over 5 thousand to fix a couple of things, never even left the loot. Wanted me to make a reservation to have it looked at, made them stop what they were doing and they a tech out and he told me what he thought was the problem. Ordered one of 1 off of ebay and it fixed it,72 dollars. If I could leave 0 status I would

Went to Campung World interested in a camper and met Traci, our Camping World representative. Traci greeted us and she was super friendly, she showed us campers and answered any questions we had about the campers. Traci made our 1st camper purchase such a easy process and I would gladly recommend her.

We spent over a year searching for the right RV for our lifestyle and budget. I knew when I met Patrick Doheny over a year ago our RV sale associate he was who we were going to purchase from when we we re ready. Yesterday we finish the deal we bought home our new 2022 Thor Ch�teau 31b. I am so so happy for our hearts desire being realized. Step one of our dream to travel is complete! I highly recommend Pat and Camping World!

I'm having - an absolutely horrible experience they don't stand behind There work.. I spend close to $5,000 on a new Coleman basement air conditioning Back in April 2023 that never worked from the start they have been looking at it since April and still giving me the runaround. My whole summer vacation had been ruined on taking my grand kids to Disney World. Well the only choice is to contact my lawyer.Then they send me to Lakewood, New Jersey, Camping World and what a waste of time and fuel that was that didn't accomplish anything I urge you, please save your money. Do not go to any of these camping worlds. They have horrible ratings that mechanics suck. And thay give you therun around. And now here come summer 2024 and have motorhome with no. AC. I'm very disappointed.When they read this complaint management sends you a message How bad they feel about the experience I had and gives you this phone number which I've already tried. It's a waste of time.You get absolutely nowhere.3/29/24 REALLY IS THAT YOUR RESPONSE POLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE REALLY... I SEE THIS IS WHAT YOU SAY TO ALL YOUR UN HAPPY CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY GIVE YOU A NEGATIVE REVIEW.WELL YOUR ANSWER IS NOT HELPING ME...... WELL IM STILL OUT $3,800 THAT YOU TOOK FROM ME YOU INSALLED A BRAND NEW BASMENT A/C UNIT THAT DONT WORK I CALL THAT CROOKS.... CAMPING WORLD SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEM SELVES... The repair/ garage is nice but don't purchase from this particular place. I bought a used Vegas, it broke the first time I took it out & it has been in the shop ever since, going on 3 months. They knew this RV had issues, they just wanted it out the door. Also don't do financing through them, they will set you up with Bank of the West and they are awful to deal with.1 star is way to kind, but like I said, the garage staff was nice.

Nicole Young helped me in the process over the course of a few months with selling my camper, the benefits of selling/consigning and what the best option would be for me. She was very professional, reliable and attentive to answering my questions, and assisting me in making sure I had proper paperwork etc. I highly recommend asking for Nicole when working with Camping World at the Bridgeport location. You won t be disappointed!

Was hesitant to take my brand new Dutchmen Kodiak to a big name company for repairs but it s the closest RV shop that deals with keystone for warranty issues. Have had nothing but a great experience here so far. Rob Nichols has been outstanding and very reassuring along the way as a new rv owner. He s even made last minute appointments for us knowing we had upcoming trips planned. I highly recommend them and will likely go to them next time I buy and RV. Great work Camping World.

Camping World made it very easy to sell our travel trailer! We checked the value through the website. One of there consignment specialists contacted me and she set up an appointment to have the trailer evaluated. After they looked our trailer over the made an offer to buy. I would definitely recommend giving them a try if you are looking to buy a new unit or sell your current.

Went in on Monday 6/21 to look at RVs. Sales person we dealt with was Deymone Toomey. Very professional and knew her business. Personally I give her 10 stars. We had our 2021 Keystone Cougar 32RLI parked in our yard yesterday 6/28. She even offered to deliver it herself, but couldn't because her vehicle wasn't big enough to tow our travel trailer. She even went the extra mile to get us a list of SUVs that would be able to tow our trailer. I'm making her a Lazagna dinner for helping us make our retirement dream come true.

My fianc� and I have had many great experiences with Camping World, this past time we worked with Nicole and she was amazing! She was sure to get back to me in a timely manner as well as always providing great customer service. Once in person to finally sell our fifth wheel she was very accommodating since we had some issues getting there at our original appointment time, but all was well and when we arrived she was quick to handle our fifth wheel and simultaneously handling other customers! Would definitely recommend this Camping World as all of the staff was happy and eager to assist us while waiting for the appraisal to finish up, and would also recommend working with Nicole! Thank you guys for making this process simple and easy going for us, it is greatly appreciated!

Took my RV into Camping World, To have them sell it on consignment basis. I had previously spoke to Nicole Young on the phone setting things up. I had a very pleasant and fun experience when I took my RV in and met Nicole. She s very professional as well as witty and made the whole experience painless. Highly recommend Nicole Young for any of your camping needs.

I have been a customer of Camping World, Swedesboro, NJ for about 6 years. I have purchased from them. I have had lots of service performed by them. Now, I am involved with the consignment/sale of my RV by Nicole the Consignment Mgr. Nicole is competent and convincing. She is tenacious as she scoured my RV looking for any and all vulnerabilities that could hinder its sale. Nicole communicates directly and clearly and I feel she is as much my advocate as that of Camping World. Nicole has my trust and my faith. She is that good.

Must Read!!! I was buying a Montana High Country from another location at an RV show. I got such a great deal I couldn't turn it down. 3 weeks went by and I did not hear anything. I was in the area and stopped in the store (PA) to see which line my camper was on. It hadn't even been through financing yet after 3 weeks. When it was all said and done they were trying to put me into a different color camper than my wife wanted, and the price was now higher. I immediately cancelled the deal after much frustration.After weeks of frustration, we went to Camping World Swedesboro. This was by far the best service I have received at any camping dealership. My wife and I went in on a Monday, met with Ed Bak the salesman. We explained our old deal to him and they had the exact camper we wanted. He took our information and got the sales manager, TJ Geary, involved right away. TJ did everything he could to get as close to our original deal as possible (few dollars difference), including calling the other dealer to find out what happened. They gave us the exact amount on the trade and came very close to the monthly price. This all took less than 2 hours and we signed 4 days later actually gaining .25% on the financing. Financing was hassle free and was done the next day. They all called me to follow up and made sure everything was good.When it came to installation of the 5th wheel hitch, Bernadette Sidler in parts was able to find a way to actually save me $300 on the hitch installation from the quote from the other store. She was incredible. We picked up our RV 5 days after we made the deal, fully installed hitch in the truck. Eric from Service called me several times to make sure he could get me in, and even moved me up for the installation to make sure I could get it done.During the walk-through process, service was incredible. I dropped my trade as soon as I got there and everything was ready to go. Eric Keeny and Eric Blowes (3 Eric's total helped) were awesome. This is my first 5th wheel and they took me through every little detail answering all my questions thoroughly, and giving me all the pointers and advice for care and maintenance. I didn't feel rushed at all as other dealerships often rush through this, they took as much time as was needed without rushing me out the door.Upon leaving, Ed Bak our salesman, even bought a bottle of wine for my wife after learning she loved wine. The GM Tom was friendly and was always present talking with customers and walking around. The atmosphere and the people here make RV buying less stressful. Whether trading in or buying outright, I highly recommend this dealership. You wont leave disappointed!

I would give 0 stars to this pathetic place if I could. We traveled over 2.5 hours with our 15 month old after we were told to bring it in for a leak from the slide. Mind you this is a 2022 model. After driving all the way there they told me they couldn t take it till Friday I asked if I could leave it there till then and their reply way no sorry bud apparently after talking to corporate there was no general manager or service manager working today. How do you run a place like this. We were in the market to trade this in and buy a fifth wheel. Well let me tell you I ll be taking my business elsewhere. What a disgrace to the Camping World name.

Do NOT buy a camper from here. My husband and I purchased a Vibe 28rb 2022 and it has been nothing but an absolute headache. Not only is the camper itself trash, the service department at the store are incompetent. Our camper has gone in for repairs multiple times and has not once come back with all the issues resolved. I purchased the camper in may of 2022 for about $50,000 and when I asked a few months ago if they would just buy it back because I am over it, they offered $20,000-30,000 that s it. A one year old camper that had hardly been used. Obviously they know it s a piece of junk and that s why they offered such a little amount of money for it. Absolutely do not buy a camper from here.. biggest mistake I have ever made

I am rewriting my rewrite. After a bump in customer service after going all the way up to corporate things have returned to horrible awful customer service. I write this review after 2 weeks of being patient. Trailer had a recall and a bad installation of a 2nd Dometic ac in front bedroom and a roof leak in the BUNKHOUSE I called and left messages because 90% of the time you get a voicemail and I had forgotten to tell them about the couple things my wife was worried aboutand to remind them about ac problems. NEVER GOT A RETURN CALL actually drove there on a Sunday but only the retail store was open. Got service manager name and finally reached her Josie they had never gotten any messages . She had Paul call me back and he told me nothing wrong with A.C and roof leak was fixed in bedroom not bunkhouse. there was NO LEAK ever in bedroom. He promised to call me back 3 days later still no call. Called and was told hes out sick. I can promise you that when warranty of 2018 trailer purchased from them is expired I will never go back. DONT BUY OR USE SERVICE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MENTAL HEALTH .

My first time going here to get my camper serviced and I must say, from the first "hello" I felt welcomed and at home. The lady at the greeting desk was all smiles when I walked in and very helpful and nice. My service rep Rob N. was very helpful and all around a very cool and nice guy. He didn't talk to me like some customer. He talked to me like we were buddies for years. Very detailed on letting me know what needed to be fixed and what they were going to fix. Couldn't be more happy. I would give it 10 Stars if it would let me. Thank you everyone for the great experience and I WILL be a regular returning customer.
