My husband and I in the past couple of months have purchased two vehicles from Royal Buick Gmc. The experience we had with the dealership was flawless from the start just looking for newer vehicles to actually buying them. We throughout the year have been at different dealers but we had the best experience with them. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable and listened to what the customer wants. The atmosphere is relaxed and makes you feel comfortable. I myself am extremely happy with my purchase. Justin Walker my salesman was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and I would recommend him to anyone that is looking to purchase a vehicle. With my purchase and my husband s and my son also bought a truck from them in a short period of time. We will definitely be returning to them when are ready to upgrade. Thank you all from reception to sales service and finance you are an asset to the company.

Kevin Rudolph is amazing!!!! He set my stepmom and my grandmother up with brand new leases & created such a great business relationship with my father that when it was time for my first new car purchase, we knew exactly where to go. I just picked up my Buick Envista on Friday and I am in love!!! Kevin made sure that I was fully confident in my decision before selling. He truly cares about finding the right fit for each and every one of his customers rather than simply selling cars. After going from dealership to dealership with all of them telling me the same thing, saying they are unable to help me with a car or unable to find the right pricing. I found Royal. Kevin Rudolph helped find me an amazing car that I love! Late post -Visited Royal GMC in January of 2024 and could not be happier! I bought a 2021 GMC Acadia and I absolutely love it! I ve always wanted one myself. When I met my sales associate helping me, he could not be nicer, and more pleasing to work with, his name is Ian. For anyone else purchasing a vehicle, I recommend going to him, but they re all great!!!

As always my experience at Royal Buick GMC did not disappoint. I just purchased my 5th vehicle from them with each experience truly being better than the last. I can t say enough about Tyler who patiently helped me find the right vehicle for me and being as OCD as I am about everything I can t thank her enough. Did not push just any vehicle on the lot but did a search until the right vehicle came along and couldn t be more pleased. Even with concerns about the vehicle she took care of everything! She went above and beyond to make sure the transaction went smooth. I highly recommend Tyler at Royal if you are looking for a new/used vehicle you won t be disappointed! Purchased my first Truck (Ram 1500) and it couldn t have been a better experience. I worked with Ian Bates who delivered a top notch salesmen service. Throughout multiple weeks he spent time with me researching trims and test driving multiple vehicles. He was able to field any and all questions I threw his way. Solid guy that really is the definition of what to expect at a 5 star dealership. For any walk in clients, I highly recommend asking for Ian s services.

My family and I worked with Justin Walker at Royal Buick GMC in New Jersey on a lease. They were able to source the vehicle to our exact specification, help us land on a reasonable price point, and finalize it all within a few days. Justin and the rest of the team were very easy going, knowledgeable, and oriented to helping the customer get what he/she needs. Best experience we've had in getting a new car -- no pressure, no nonsense. They're a real family operation and care about their customers. It's no wonder this dealership routinely wins awards for customer service and excellence. Can't speak more highly of this team and Justin in particular. Great crew and great experience.(And to further clarify how great they are - we drove two states to New Jersey because they were the very best!)

My very first experience, in all my Car Buying experiences, I didn't feel "preyed" on at a dealership. Purchased the 2021 Buick Envision Sport Touring. This was the most pleasurable car buying experience at Royal Buick in Sussex NJ. Tyler Milazzo was my sales rep and she made the process so smooth and enjoyable. No pressure to buy! From the time I arrived for my test drive, to the moment I decided to go all in and purchase, she was attentive and made me feel heard in regards to what I was looking for as well as my must haves. She was very knowledgeable with the vehicle I chose. She also knew the price point that I was not willing to exceed and did not push. I almost forgot I was in a car dealership. I so despised going to a dealership again due to past experiences, that I was seriously considering buying Online in order to ease my mind of this buying experiencing. Ian was so sweet when I showed up to have my Tags put on the car and Allison was very inviting and warm as well when I had to re-visit to speak with Tyler. If you are looking to purchase a GMC or Buick please, choose this dealership and ask for Tyler if you don't have anyone already. It was the best choice ever for me and a true Blessing! Quite literally the easiest car buying experience! We were able to trade in my older Acadia for a newer model all before lunchtime. Justin was great and the entire staff was warm and welcoming, even keeping my 4 year old busy during the process. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing experience with Royal GMC! We worked with Ian and he was so helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to sit down with us as we called insurance and got a few other things up to date. Car shopping is something I normally dread but this was such a positive experience that I would absolutely recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family. We had an amazing experience yesterday @ Royal Buick GMC from the minute we walked through the door til the paperwork was completed.I "graciously" asked for a salesperson that was experienced, nice, low key and serious; we were not about to play the back & forth game as we have at other dealerships and out walked Ian Bates. My 1st reaction was he's young but that quickly left my mind as he was wonderful to deal with. He was knowledgeable, honest, humble and very smart.So, my husband & I purchased an Envision that I absolutely love and I'm thrilled.Great dealership, great experience!

The was the BEST experience I ve ever had with a dealership. We dealt with Kevin and Jess and they were amazing! Very honest and genuine. Mark is a great manager of the place and worked tremendously to get us to the number we wanted that fit our budget!! We came from NY and I would 100% go back there for our next car!!

I have been purchasing vehicles for 26 years now and I have to say that my current lease of my new 2024 GMC Sierra 3500 with Royal has been by far the best to date. To make matters even better I had the opportunity to work with Kevin Rudolph #Ridewithrudolph who made this transaction flawless. He assisted with a smooth trade on my 2015 GMC Sierra 1500. Kevin was very knowledgeable and just a great down to earth person to work with. The new GMC Sierra has been out performing my expectations. Fantastic experience. I have never dealt with a dealer that had everything so organized when I arrived and was ready to get me in my truck in less than an hour. I definitely recommend this dealer. I cannot say enough good things about everyone who works here. This is a long over due review owed to the service department at Royal Sussex GMC. Mike my service advisor in service had gone above and beyond for me. Came in with my Sierra with a nail in the sidewall of my tire. Still had a tire warranty for I believe 2-3 more days. Mike took care of filing a claim for the one tire, got it taken care of and I purchased the other tire. Came back week later had the tires installed and all is well. Hit a bit of a snag about 4 days later, Mike and his crew were able to help me out with my tire problems and I m forever grateful. They didn t have to go out and take care of me but they did. This dealership all around, hands down is the best in NJ and would put it up against any other GMC dealer in the country. Mike in the service department thank you again for great service and communication.

When they hear the title, car salesman , most people form an image in their heads of a fast talking, pushy, high pressure individual to be avoided at all costs.If you are unfortunate enough to buy a car from this type of individual, count on the fact that once you have handed over your hard earned money, you won t hear from them again. In November, on a whim, I asked to get a closer look at a car that caught my eye. I knew I would need a new vehicle in the near future, but I wasn t ready to shop just yet. I inquired more out of curiosity than sincere interest. Luckily for me, the showroom manager at Royal Buick GMC introduced me to Ian Bates. Ian is a young man with incredible integrity and a wealth of knowledge who spent hours with me satisfying my curiosity and introducing me to vehicles that I actually did take a sincere interest in. Ian simply presented the cars to me, handed me the keys, and off I went on multiple test drives. He was extremely patient answering my many, many questions and super helpful with my lack of technical prowess. He even went out of his way to get me extra discounts. He literally guided me step by step through the decision making and car buying process, calming my nerves, and helping me secure the perfect vehicle. But that s not the end of the story. Ian has followed up with me regularly to see if I had any questions or concerns. I ve heard from him several times as he checks in to make sure I am satisfied and happy with my purchase. I have never had a car buying experience that was this comfortable. I know that if I have any difficulties, Ian Bates will continue to be there for me and advocate for my needs with my vehicle. If you are even the least bit curious about a new (or new to you) vehicle for yourself or your family, I highly recommend Ian Bates at Royal Buick GMC in Sussex. You will not be disappointed!!!

Tyler Milazzo was so knowledgeable about all of the SUV s I test drove. She had so much experience with all of them and her expertise helped me to make the right decision on what I needed for my lifestyle.I was very anxious as this was my first ever car buying experience on a lot and I can honestly say she made me so comfortable and eased my anxiety fully.I had only heard rave reviews about Royal and Tyler along with the rest of her team did not disappoint, in fact they exceeded my expectations!

I drove about 1.5 hours on a snowy day to go check out a car from this place. Before I even got to the dealership David sent me a video introducing himself as well as given me a glimpse of the car. David went above and beyond once I got there. He made sure to answer all my questions and get me the best deal available. I will definitely be coming back to him for my next purchase

Sales were good, but you are promised great service at purchase, loaner without any issues, which was one of my questions since I live alone and have one vehicle.There are major issues at Royal GMC if you need a loner vehicle... 2 months wait if you need one. I was refused a loner the first time one was needed "since the repair shouldn't take more than an hour or so" Directional switch needed to be replaced.Now over a week wait, check engine light is on in a new 60K vehicle with 4000 miles on it, again refused a loner a second time. "Come in and wait an hour or so till we see what's wrong."I wouldn't have any issue with this if it was told to me up front.Just a heads up to the buyers out there. Hopefully you have some extra hours in your life to wait............

Recently bought a 2024 Sierra. Hands down this had to be the easiest purchase of a vehicle I ve ever done. The main reason was Tyler, she was awesome!! If you need a GMC, ask for Tyler you will not regret it.
