My experience at this dealership was exceptional. Unlike many other dealerships, they didn't pressure me at all. Instead, they were incredibly accommodating and super friendly throughout the entire process. Alicia, in particular, stood out for her patience and great personality. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, and we shared many laughs together. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and I highly recommend them to anyone in search of leasing a new vehicle

We purchased our family car from Gary at Franklin Sussex Auto Mall and had a great experience from when we stepped foot on the lot to when we made our purchase and after. My experience with this dealership was great! From the first call, Nick was very friendly. I felt like I was buying my car from a friend. Tom was also friendly. The man who appraised my trade-in again was pleasant and friendly. They were all a pleasure to work with. It was the best car buying experience Ive ever had and I love my new car!

Great, no nonsense buying experience! A salesman named Kire helped me. He looked through his inventory at all times of the night to find me a truck and he helped me get the truck of my dreams. The team they have there tells it straight and are fast and easy to deal with. No tricks, no smoke and no mirrors. Just hard working people trying to help other hard working people. I had a great experience and I highly recommend them!

Best friend bought a truck here and I wish I bought mine here.. This place knows how to treat a customer. They are friendly, attentive and honest...I know you are thinking... ohh really a honest car dealer..but yes they are. From the salesman to service is a pleasant experience.. go see for your self...ask for Jim the car sales man..tell them Jamie from Butler sent you and you will be in good hands. Ohh and Pam from service is A1 too.. Go see for yourself...

My sales person, Doug, was fantastic. He seemed to know exactly what I wanted and made the whole experience great. Tom was equally friendly and easy to work with. Since I am technology challenged, the hardest and most difficult part was trying to figure out how to do this survey.

I dealt with Pam, service dept, for an issue with my Jeep Wrangler. I had a 1030am appointment, Pam was in contact throughout the vehicle inspection. Jeep work was completed and checked out by 1120am. Very easy and pleasant service. Pam was professional and gets 5 stars.

Edgar was an excellent salesman. He saw my wife and I (both first time buyers) and was extremely helpful and honest. He guided us to very good and reliable vehicles and was very informative about all of our questions or concerns. All of the staff were very helpful too and worked with us through the entire process and answered all of our questions. They helped us to find the most optimal vehicles that were within our budget and we are now very happy with our vehicles. It can be overwhelming being a first time buyer, but this dealership made it quick and easy and were very honest and kind. They gave us a bunch of food and drinks. Really appreciate the service and kindness of everyone.

My experience was fantastic! Craig was very helpful and knowledgeable. No one was pushy in that typical car salesman way. The team was accommodating and patient. I test drove different jeeps and was able to walk away in a wagoneer! Everyone was extremely nice to work with. Totally trustworthy place from my experiences. I went in for an under warranty starter repair . They repaired that free of charge , while replacing the starter, Mechanic noticed a Exaust manifold leak . Let me know , then repaired that as well under warranty. Good looking out thank you .

Purchase a used jeep on August 10 2023 have done all services through them. When my husband took for first tire rotation 18 worn lug nuts and they have the nerve to try and charge my husband 350. For repairing something they sold us in that condition. Extremely disappointed in the way you handled it. They sead its not covered not even by the insurance my husband pays extra 100 insurance hanging up calls and not picking up my calls. That's ok lemon law lawyer will be your friend sir your establishment is a joke. I tried the nice way so now I will get law on my side

Kevin in the Service Dept. is extremely thorough and helpful. He did a great job of providing detail explanations of the services that were done. He also was nice enough to give me a ride home after I dropped off my truck. This attention to detail and courtesy was not what I was used to.

Pam in service has been taking care of my cars for a long time.. I probably bought 20 or so new cars and trucks from f.s.a.m. over about the same amount of years.. I live in town and believe in spending your money where you live and have always been better for it.. thank you for years of good service

Pam was fantastic! She was upfront about pricing, explained what work was being completed, and reached out as soon as my truck was ready. The service itself has been fantastic as well. Glad I decided to try this place after last dealership messed up. This is my second service and will only bring my truck here. Quality is excellent and highly recommend!

Had visit to service dept. for a recall on my Ram 1500.Was told long wait ahead of me but, I still was out in less than an hour. Waiting room is pleasant with coffee and snacks. Even had time to talk to a salesperson on a possible trade.I recommend this dealer!

Brought my truck in for a few things, one of which was never resolved (1k away from my warranty expiring?), other being the push start not working. Was told it was a leaking 3rd brake light OR rear window. All good, fix it. Was told waiting on rear window, should be here December 18. Welp it s now March and I still haven t heard anything. I would advise staying far far far away from this dealers service department

Poor service overall. When it comes to asking for a bill of sale nobody can get back to you. I have called the sales department and service department, both times I was assured to speak with someone on the other line then to be transferred directly to someone's voice mail. I have had zero calls back. I will update my review in the following day's after I go to the dealership which is 45 minutes away.

BUYER BEWARE you get sold a garbage vehicle with problems and they sit there and not make it right. Not even with that craps insurance that you pay extra for. Take your money some where else. And avoid the heache they will put you throug. You have been worn.
