Great experience!! I will continue to use them and refer them to friends and family. John the mechanic is fair, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Reasonably priced and actually beat his own price by a couple hundred when I picked my truck up.(which was a welcomed surprise) highly recommended

I really want to give a special shout out to the guys at Automotive Aces. I travel all over the country for work and my truck is my mobile office. I got real lucky coming into Sussex recently. I had noticed a coolant leak a few hours out and by the time I made it to town it was really starting to come out. This all was on a Friday and I started a new project Monday morning. I reached out to Aces and they were able to get me in on Saturday and took a look at my truck immediately. This was a huge deal to me, as they were giving me a bit of precedence over their regular customers because I was in a serious bind. Kenny was able to determine the issue, sent me a photo of what happened and was able to offer a sensible solution. It was a broken bolt and instead of selling me a new part and all that is involved in that, he simply was able to back out the broken stud and replace it. This shows me that they are there to solve the problem without overselling the customer. I give them mad respect for that as they could have easily gone the other way and made a much bigger profit off my position. Not only did they solve my problem, but were also able to fix several other issues that other shops weren't able to correct. I visit a lot of shops around the country and these guys really stand out for their work ethic. Nice to see change of guard.Johnny like to pass off used batteries as new.I never got my 185 bucks back.Hopefully Karma Played its part.Give the new guys a chance.

I ve taken my car here a few times and everytime they have impressed me with not only pricing but also with their work and buisness ethics. They go above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied with any repair and have always worked with me on pricing. I have a 2012 Chevy Cruz which has had constant issues for a few years now with my coolant. After taking to a few places and being told it was fixed and a month later broke again. He was able to correct the issue on the first try and I havnt had issues since. Today I need my tire mounted and balanced and he asked me to come right in no wait and did it for free! I wouldn t recommend any other auto place in town.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The absolute best!!! They're completely honest and upfront. Extremely reasonably priced. They fix the issue the 1st time. The've now have worked on 3 of our Business Trucks! I highly recommend of anyone and everyone in using them to do any type of repair work!
