I needed to fix a large dent in the back of my SUV. I got several quotes from shops telling me I needed to replace the entire tailgate. Kevin from Forge provided me a quote on repairing the existing tailgate that was much less costly than the other repair shops and the end result looked perfect.The work was done on time and I engaged with a professional and polite crew. Nothing but positive comments for Summit Forge regarding collision repair.Thanks!

As the owner of an auto rental business I can assure you that it is a bad idea to leave your car here for repair after it is towed to this location. They are not reasonable. They will squeeze you for every dollar on storage. In fact, if your vehicle is totaled, they will charge $90 a day even if it comes off your settlement, without limit. So, as it was explained to me, if the car is there for 45 days as an insurance determination is made, they will seek to recover $4050. They will seek to recover this even if they are told the money will come off the insurance settlement. This is absolutely not customary. Suffice it to say I will not be returning here if I can avoid it.

A somewhat smaller place but high quality work, I couldn t even tell my car was in an accident afterwards. They were also great with communication and quicker and a bit less expensive than other places I went. They work well with insurance too! They start making excuses to charge you more. they invent that they needed too many men and too many tools. It's not even a mile and they want to charge you more than $500 dollars? an act of evil so if they tow your car be prepared for that and I know it's not the first time. they tow cars but they tell you that they hired someone else to tow the car for them (summit forge) don t make sense. My car looked brand new when it came out of Summit Forge Body Works and the impeccable customer service and kindness I received was more than outstanding!! Thank you all, so much, for turning an ugly situation into a pleasant surprise! My car was detailed and cleaned after painting and felt and looked like a new car! Summit Forge acted in bad faith when towing my car. I had an issue with the brake on my wheel and had to have my car towed. The Summit police called the Summit Forge guys to tow it out of traffic because they couldn't wait for my insurance people to tow it. Long story short, Summit Forge (Kevin Krug) charged me to tow it to their shop (3 blocks away) which I did not request instead of the dealership 2 towns over as mentioned at time of towing and then charged me again to tow it to the dealer to get my brakes fixed. They alleged that they could only stay within Summit because they had to call for backup to cover in case they had another emergency towing to take care of. I was under the assumption they were going to get the car out of the way, figure out what they needed to do with their backup towers and take my car to the dealer as requested. Instead, I strongly believe they acted in bad faith and charged me twice. $300 for a towing 10 miles away.

Absolutely the best Body Shop on the east coast. I have been doing business with them for years always high end work for painting,Collisions or paint correction. They are the BEST. If they satisfy me believe me they will satisfy you. Excellent work Summit Forge as always.

I have brought several vehicles here. All different makes, Ford, Toyota, Infiniti, Mercedes. The work they do is flawless, and I would not bring my car anywhere else. The staff is also very friendly, helpful, and prompt. They answer any questions I have with haste, and work great with insurance companies. Highly recommended. A++

Very helpful great conversation while I wait for my car. They said 15 min it was 14 min. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to go visit them to repair your car damages.
