I ve never seen my car this clean and shiny before. Brought in my Civic Hatch for a maintenance wash yesterday, the staff were extremely nice. They took the car within minutes of bringing in it, and brought it out after decent amount ofTime. They have a nice waiting area with a few amenities such as drinks and coffee and snacks. When the car came back from the detail, the detailer came out and explained everything that he did and any recommendations he has for the car in the future . 100% worth the price and wait. Highly recommend, best service and best work I ve ever seen at an auto spa. They take their time on their jobs and show such true craftsmanship. Definitely coming again for the monthly maintenance package.

Excellent job in repairing my Tesla Model 3 after I got rear ended! Thr color matched perfectly and they delivered as promised as the estimated time. The front desk lady Yaretzi kept me informed and responded quickly to my questions and concerns during the process. They even detailed my car before handing it back to me! Highly recommend this shop!

Peotter's customer service and staff were beyond my expectations. When I received my car back I was ecstatic.The work was completed faster and better than I ever expected. The work done was unbelievable. The information provided was excellent. I would tell everyone when they are getting body work done, shop around and then bring your car to Peotter's. They just go above and beyond get it right for you. They are "Simply exceptional!!!"

Five stars - Impeccable work and top-notch service at Peotter s Auto Body & Spa!I recently brought my 2022 Tesla x to Peotter s Auto Body & Spa for some bodywork after a quarter panel damage, and I can't say enough about my incredible experience. They sincerely rectified some imperfections left over from a previous repair job. It showed me they truly care about the meticulous quality of their work and customer satisfaction.General manager Edwin and Forman Nelson were fantastic. They clearly stated their mission to make every customer happy, and let me tell you, they delivered! The repair work is absolutely faultless. They even kept me informed every step of the way, putting my mind at ease throughout the process.But that's not all! When I got my car back, it wasn't just repaired it was spotless inside and out! They had gone the extra mile to give it a thorough detailing, which was a truly unexpected and delightful surprise.It's safe to say that Peotter s Auto Body & Spa has earned a loyal customer in me. I ve been to a few bodyshops in the past and I haven t ever seen the quality of work that Peotter s offer. The paint and body works looked better than factory. There was not a single spot of dust in the paint. Also the first time I a car oh mine came out the the shop not smelling like paint chemicals. I would highly recommend them for both bodywork and all your detailing needs.

Always very pleasant with excellent, trustworthy service. They offer a myriad of services that they undoubtedly do well. They do keep you up to date as your car undergoes repair, which is very nice to rely on, also letting you know if there are any concerns or issues with insurance or Tesla itself. Once you get your car back, they take time to go over the car to observe repairs and answer any questions.Given they are really one of the only Tesla repair shops in that part of NJ, they could be terrible as they have a rather captive audience. Nice that they re instead professional and appreciative.

For decades I have exclusively used this family-owned firm which has become an institution in the city of Summit. Always exceptional work at a fair price. I have never had to pay them anything other than the State Farm deductible on my policy! Recently they did a small job for me which was not collision related. They had to order an expensive part, and it took them half an hour to diagnose and fix the malfunctioning side-view mirror. It turns out they could fix it without using the part. They charged me nothing! I would have gladly paid a couple of hundred dollars. Joanne Peotter once said to me "we can fix anything." I'm sure they can, and always at a fair price.

Peotter's Auto Body has always been top notch! I have had two repairs done on my Tesla so far and they have been nothing but absolute professionals and masters of their craft. I would like to specifically thank the office staff including Yaretzi, Ursula, and Sabrina who kept me updated with the status of my vehicle repair during every step of the process. I highly recommend for all your repair and service needs!

This is the only place I used for my detailing. Extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and experienced. All the staff members are highly qualified, and well trained to perform any services they offer. Not only did I get a detail, I am also getting my wheels and tire packages, as well as other services for my vehicle. This place does it all. I highly recommend it if you are looking for high-quality work. Not only did they do the caliber of work that I expected them to do, but they also finished it in a timely fashion, actually faster than I thought! Just returned from Peotter's Auto Body and it was a fabulous experience. I needed a pinstripe installed on our 2009 BMW 328i Convertible and they promptly pulled the car into the shop and completed the task in no time. The workwas done flawlessly and the car looks awesome! The staffers upon arrival made my visit most pleasant and the dog that was in the office just added to the charm. Thank You, you made this day so wonderful for me.,

This shop is the best around, hands down. Unfortunately I ve had to use Peotter s now a 3rd time for repairs because of other drivers negligence on the road in another hit and run. Peotter s team is top notch, quick to get the job done, and always make sure the vehicles are back to showroom floor worthy. I won t take any of my cars, Teslas or otherwise, to any other body shop. 100% recommend Peotter s.

Had a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable, especially Sabrina and the front office. They helped me schedule my vehicle for repairs and were able to answer all the questions I had about insurance. Throughout the whole process I received updates about my car from Tanner which was great and when I finally got my car back it looked even better than when I first got it from the dealer. 10/10 experience for sure !

Peotter s Auto BodyThe Ultimate Tesla Auto Body Spa ( Shop is an injustice). 3 Tesla s in one week (that in itself is a good indication).Exceptional in every way! From scheduling with the very efficient and friendly office, Yta and Gabrielle, email confirming appointment, estimate, parts being ordered, and receiving delivery status of parts, to the actual appointment, including scheduling of rental and pickup. All flawlessly orchestrated with precision and care.I knew that I selected the right place, when I first called to inquire. They are technologically advanced in every aspect, starting with the scheduling, and concluding with happily fulfilling my main objective - getting my car back to looking like new, after being rear ended. Everyone at Peotter s accomplished and succeeded my mission. In fact, the car looked better than the day the car was delivered (picked up) new (due to December snow storm, and Tesla end of year push).Peotter s is detailed oriented in every way. Their place is immaculate inside and out. Not a thing out of place. They carry that same attention to detail in their admired and greatly appreciated craftsmanship.As, I started out writing, the process could not have been any more seem less, and welcoming. Including, and Importantly seeing two Tesla s (S and 3)on my first visit for an estimate, an then another model X, when dropping off my 2021 Model 3. That was extremely very comforting, knowing that they had the Experience and Trust of other Tesla owners. All well founded. Not to mention, the large plaque of a Fender Bender Magazine article highlighting Larry Peotter from 2014, becoming Tesla Certified. This, as well was reassuring. First class operation. From the first contact, through the various phases of administrative work involving the insurance company to the actual work they provided continuous information about the stage of repair work. They go the extra mile returning the repaired vehicle shiny clean inside and out. I would never consider another shop for autobody work.

Staff were very professional and gave outstanding costumer service. Both Nelson and Allen were very informative on giving me the time frame as to when my car would be ready. I brought my 2023 Tesla in to have the Ceramic Pro coating applied as well as paint protection film. They did a great job and I highly recommend them. Questionable business practices, there is an article in the lobby stating someone about the value of customer recommendations. The week prior, I received a price to install four tires I would bring in. I have had the same service bringing in my own tires last year for an X. The estimate was approximately 44 dollars per tire. Very reasonable. The estimator on the phone did not mention, nor did they the time prior that they only install the tires that they sell. Made the appointment for 8am but told them I would have to wait as I had no other transportation. I never mentioned that I was in a rush. They said okay, we have time on Tuesday or Wednesday next week, we have a waiting room and that the shop foreman would take care of the vehicle. They immediately took the car in the day of the appointment. They asked if I would like an alignment. I asked for the cost and time it would take and was given a preliminary estimate. I saw this, did not sign it and asked how much longer would it take since I know an alignment isn't over three hours? I was told it would be one half hour longer. I said Tesla charges $200 for the service, if it will only take an extra half hour since they were already working on the tires, I said I'll take it for $200. After 1.5 hours TOTAL, the bill came to just over $600. I asked for justification and was told by office personnel and the owner that they put two people on the job because I was waiting and they charge a "Tesla" rate of $125/ hr. I was there a total of 1.5 hours. $160 for the tire service, $400 for the alignment and 4% for paying with a credit card. The tire service and card charge is acceptable (although it is a high rate). I was double charged for labor. Labor for the tire service and double labor for two techs for the entire time I was there. What am I supposed to do? They could not justify what I was asked to pay, instead, according to all in the office at the time, I was in the wrong. Had I not chosen the alignment, I would have paid the initial estimate for the work I made an appointment for and been on my way in an hours time, but was up sold and taken advantage of apparently because they didn't sell me tires.

I went to this shop a few months ago and just walked in recently and they have a whole new crew. They always have someone new, seems like they can t keep employees. Anyways. I went in for an estimate for something minor on my vehicle. The front desk staff were very loud and I even heard some cursing. I walked back outside and came across Nelson (I think he s a manager) who greeted me. He smelled like pure alcohol. It was an immediate no for me. How can I trust someone who smelled like alcohol with my vehicle. I didn t not mention anything to him- he walked away. I approached another employee outside (I do not remember her name) she claimed to be a manager and she was very unpleasant to speak to. Not a people person, she was very rude. The facility is all looks, the employees are rude including the managers. By the way I asked for the owner (there s like 5 owners since it s a family business) and apparently out of 5 people no one was available. Overall, not a good impression. I do not recommend anyone to go there. Go to a smaller shop who will be more professional and personal with you

I was very pleased to see my Range Rover so detailed to my expectations & the body work & paint matching was perfectly matched. Hands down the best place I've ever dealt with when it comes to car care/detail. Right off the bat I spoke with Pete who was extremely professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Then I met with the owner Larry who was the same exact way. While looking over my car discussing what I would like to have done, you can see the passion these guys have for what they do. Also, the shop is super clean and observing the other vehicles being worked on I had no question my car was in good hands. In the end I got my 2020 Blazer ceramic coated (worth every penny), grey parts on front/rear bumpers black vinyl, and the tail lights tinted. I will be back for some tint and will keep spreading their name around. I couldn't be happier with the work done, thank you guys.

Missing label for the tire specs, air psi. Called multiple times for past 2 months but no results.Tire rim was supposed repair but was switched one from one side to other. Have to complaint before the rim was replaced.Appointment was changed and delayed.VIN label order from Tesla was delayed.The extra charge $127 for VIN label was added from non Tesla shop.Service: Body & Trim
