Had a very positive experience buying a Certified Pre-Owned Infiniti Q50. Armand was very pleasant to work with. Absolutely zero pressure. Having purchased/leased vehicles from 3 other brands/dealerships in the last several years, this experience was the best I ve had. Armand took care of me, and John made the closing process seamless. They both provided great follow-up and were very personable. Great energy at this dealership, fair pricing, and they stayed over an hour late to get me on my way in my new-to-me car that same evening.

Douglas had really redefined what professional sales experience is!! This has been one of the best experiences this far!!! I was really nervous with anxiety since this was the first time I turned in a lease. But Douglas Infinity -Cris Luke & George has a seamless experience from the beginning explaining the process and giving me a reassurance. I bought a Q70L from Douglas INFINITI about two weeks ago and the experience was great. Stan was very helpful very good on a communication aspect also a great seller, and an in general great person along with his team at Douglas the experience was one of the best car buying experiences I ve had in a while I appreciate them and I would definitely recommend if you re in the market for an Infiniti or a certified preowned vehicle to consider these guys

I was in the market for a new vehicle. I shopped around at different dealerships. I found my car (2024 QX60) online and requested that someone from Douglas Infiniti call me about the car. Stan sent me an email, and we started to communicate about the vehicle. I have a busy workday, so it was great that I could reach Stan either by email, text message, or over the phone, which made it very convenient for me. Stan was very patient and was able to answer all my questions. Online there were only stock photos of the car, so Stan sent me pictures and a video so I could get a better feel for the car. When I went to pick up my car the process was very smooth, and it did not take a long time. I test-drove the car, and then we went through the purchase process. Stan was very thorough and answered additional questions I had. He even took time out to show me all the features inside the car. I would definitely recommend Stan at Douglas Infiniti for your next vehicle.

Hands-down, the best car buying experience we ve ever had! From first contact through being handed the keys, Luke Calder, John and the rest of the team at Douglas Infiniti were just tremendous! We told them the price we wanted to pay based on an out of state quote and they matched it. They were always friendly, accommodating, and highly professional. We drove an hour and a half just to be able to deal with Douglas Infiniti. Obviously, we highly recommend!

I had a lot of experience with dealerships giving me the run around and always looking out for themselves.When I entered Douglas Infiniti, I felt like I was in the right location. My partner and I were greeted and pointed to the best sales person Stanley Sanon I've had. He walked us through our options and gave us the best support. We were up and down looking for the right vehicle, we were interested in. He was very patient with us. He gave us good advice that no other sales person have giving us. Some sales people just look at there side of the fence to make a quick sale but Stanley was looking out for both sides. I am very happy with my experience at Douglas Infiniti.

My boyfriend has been looking for the right Q50 red sport for a long time. We live in Maine. Today he flew to NJ to buy the car he has been dreaming of from this dealership. They gave him a fantastic price, and they were extremely responsive. The salesman Stan not only picked him up at the airport, but they made the process so quick and efficient, that he was able to drive home to Maine in his new car. He made it home for dinner time. They treated my love really well, that earns them an A+ rating in my book! 10/10 do reccomend.

The car buying experience is something I have hated since I bought my first car, 30 years ago. At Douglas they changed this for me. The experience here was wonderful. Fast, friendly, no pressure, and really classy, down to earth people. Chris, Luke and Mark not only gave me an experience to remember, but they made it hard for me to ever want to go anywhere else in the future. I had a great experience this past weekend at Douglas Infiniti in Summit, NJ. Ashely Cicerello is the sales consultant I dealt with from end to end in obtaining my 2024 QX60 Autograph edition. Her professionalism, responsiveness and attention to detail are traits that all auto sales people should have. Wrapping things up, I also had a pleasant experience while dealing with John Lato, the finance manager. His personality was great, and I never once felt that he tried to "upsell" any additional services. A very refreshing overall experience at an auto dealership!

I had the pleasure of leasing my new QX60 from Douglas Inifiniti. Stan Sanon was my sales rep. He was more than a pleasure to work with. I shopped at several other Infiniti dealerships before pulling the trigger with Stan and his team. Not only did they give me a great deal, the entire process was smooth and quick. There was no haggling back and forth. Stan has a very bright future, and is extremely knowledgeable. Also, a very special thank you to John Lato for expediting the purchase with signing the documents and explaining everything in full. I came all the way from Long Island to lease my new vehicle. Safe to say, when the lease is up, I will be back to visit Stan and John. Job well done.

When I bought a new car two years ago everything went well now that I need to change the oil, my car is simply the third time I've called and they put me in old and I've been on hold for time and time and no one has ever told me answering the phone is sad but this dealer will definitely not do any work on my car anymore!!! Obviously, I won't recommend it anymore!

Just wanted to drop a note to thank Stanley Sano for all his support and assistance in picking up not one but two q60 trucks this past Saturday for our business. Kid has it all going on, he is attentive, smart, friendly, respectful and allowed the deals to unfold naturally.
