This hands on course far exceeded my expectations. Right from the start Larry and his team of professionals acknowledged my timidness and immediately instilled the confidence I needed not only through physical training but educating me w/ terms and defining key words within the detailing profession. They go far beyond just teaching the craft of detailing were they touch on business practices and formalities. Overall this was an inexpensive class that teaches you a skill you can use for a lifetime.

Often times businesses ask for reviews and often I get upset because it ruins the genuiness of a review. Cermaic pro elite is one of the few companies that haven't asked me and I am sad to see the few reviews they do have posted here because of their quality of work.I had my car cermaic coated and paint protected at another shop years ago. Unfortunately, after a recent accident, I was looking to replace some panels. I went to a local to me car wrapping place and they said since I had cermaic pro the recommended I go with this shop.The shop: very clean and bright lights ensure quality work. Speaking of quality of work - the work was flawless and they even take the extra time to wrap each panel rather than cutting on the edge which provides a very stealth final product and I couldn't be happier.The staff: super helpful and friendly, explained the process to me and helped me understand how the technology has changed. They did some extra work for me (wrapping my unaffected mirror for matching panels). Not sure of the names of the super friendly staff except for Raphael who worked with me and my insurance/budget to get a clean final product.The only con: their tint guy wasn't in when I dropped off my car but no biggie I'll be back as soon as they can get me in to tint my sunroof.With a great shop and great staff, I would recommend this place - after seeing the quality of work if you are considering coming here - I say do it! The work was done so quick and so well, I was super impressed all around. Thanks!
