I had a great experience working with both Anthony s during my M240 purchase. The process was super quick and easy. They were both really personable and nice to work with. They went above and beyond on a couple things and that really meant the world to me. I ll definitely buy another car from Aston Martin Summit in the future!

I recently purchased a DBS remotely and Gabby and Anthony were great throughout the entire purchase process. Once purchased, Jordan could not have been better in assisting in walking through any service/inspection related items including sending many pictures and updates. Thanks!

Never encountered such a unreliable dealer in my life. Completely fumbled a deal we shook on, then changes up the number saying corporate doesn't allow the discount. Meanwhile, did a PPI on a car and turned out there's a history with the ECU/aftermarket tune that they never knew about, amongst issues with exhaust and underside damage. None of which were disclosed. For a $170k car I expected better customer service and transparency. For a high-end car dealer I expected more professionalism.

BUYER BEWARE - look out for the bait-and-switch.tldr: they tried to force financing for an extra 5k, despite being an Autonation 1Price (ie no-haggle) dealershipWhile the location is really nice, and my salesperson Roger seemed quite pleasant - when it came to actually purchasing the vehicle there was a huge problem, specifically bait-and-switch, where they were trying to get me to pay $5k over the initial offer.I came in 2 days ago to purchase a 2021 X7, which was a very good deal, especially given what good shape it was in (nothing wrong with the car at all, lots of nice perks etc.).Given that they are 90 minutes away I called in advance to ask about the price ($45k out the door, which they confirmed) so I wouldn't waste anyone's time. I thought the price was a steal, so was concerned about an upcharge, but was assured twice that it didn't matter if we pay cash or finance, and that was the price (backed by AutoNation 1Price, which is no-haggle)Once we did the test drive, and I said I was ready to purchase right then and there, I was suddenly pushed, and pushed and. pushed some more into financing, being told other people were doing it, and I would lose the vehicle if I didn't finance.In essence the game here is that by financing the price is 5k more, and since they are an Autonation partner they can't haggle on price, but they can try to strong-arm you into financing, or withhold the vehicle.I knew once that happened that this shady approach meant they couldn't be trusted - I definitely recommend you steer clear.

I did not end up purchasing a vehicle at Aston Martin Summit, but the customer experience was incredible. Anthony and his team catered to me and did not force a sale. Although I did not buy, AM Summit has earned a customer.

Very luckily for me since I live very nearby, Aston Martin Summit had almost exactly the used vehicle I was looking for. This is a very professional dealership and Roger did an exceptional job of handling the sales process. When something went wrong the weekend after my purchase the dealer did the right thing and took care of the issues. I'm looking forward to many years of happy experiences with Aston Martin Summit.

Be careful reading these one star reviews. People seem to always have an axe to grind. I have bought and sold cars to Anthony Gemma both at BMW and now Aston Martin and there is a reason he is getting promoted. He is trustworthy, attentive and courteous throughout. He will be someone I will buy and sell many more cars with in the future.Some people just dont like hearing the truth about what their trade is worth or how much wiggle room there is in a deal. Large corporations like Auto Nation have strict parameters on selling and buying cars that all GM's must follow and it can be hard to hear that when you are thinking otherwise. Also there are always competitors trolling in these sites. If you are in the market for an Aston Martin, or any luxury vehicle for that matter, you are very successful and no doubt have a healthy ego. There is just no need to try to unfairly take pot shots at people or businesses just because you didnt like the outcome and there has been a legitimate attempt to remedy your situation.

Greg was the point man for my car purchase. He could not have been more outstanding! He was diligent in getting everything done; while maintaining a fantastic attitude. My overall experience can only be described as the most excellent costumer service I ve ever received. I m in love with my new car. Even after the point of sell, I ve been able to consult Greg on different tune ups and modifications options for my new car. Truly exceptional!! I will recommend Aston Martin Summit to everyone I know is buying a car.

Had my V12 Vantage serviced here recently. From the scheduling, to the pick up and drop off, everything was top notch! They had my car back in 3 days, all service done and the car was cleaned and returned when they promised.Great experience and highly recommend!

Had to purchase parts for an Aston Martin DB-7, I called and dealt with Austin, who was very knowledgeable and courteous, when I arrived I was directed to their very clean service/parts dept. and spoke with both Austin and Jordan, and again was pleased with the service I received. Although, I am sure it was not their biggest sale of the day, I was treated incredibly. i look forward to dealing with them in the future.

I have been using Aston Martin Summit for service on my DB11 AMR. Jordan in service is exceptional. I drive from PA and they always get the work done in a timely manner, so I can get in and out. Jordan's communication skills are fantastic, and the technicians are first rate. I really can't compliment this team enough. I have an Aston Martin dealership closer to my home, but the level of service and quality from Aston Martin Summit can't be beat. Highly recommend.

We purchased a car from Aston Martin Summit and the entire process was excellent - our sales associate Roger Schur was knowledgeable about the car, responsive and efficient in setting up a time for us to test drive it and they truly offer a no haggling model. I submitted my information and received an Autonation Certified Quote and the closest Autonation store was Aston Martin Summit. After supplying further information while I was there, I waited over an hour and a half for them to tell me that Autonation is currently not purchasing any vehicles. Complete waste of time. Roger was very nice and was the unfortunate bearer of this bad news.

Flew in from Houston on a Saturday morning to pick up new Lotus and was warmly greeted by my sales specialist Deniz Maden and business manager Greg Fiorino. Together they made my delivery experience the best it could be and put me in a perfect mood to drive the 1600 miles home. Car was perfectly clean and gas tank was full, ready for the road. Greg had paperwork ready on my arrival and I was on the road in half an hour from start to finish. Professional, efficient, and friendly. Wish everyone ran things this way. Hats off to Aston Martin Summit for an exceptional experience. Thank you Deniz and Greg.

We flew up from Florida to buy a 2018 BMW 328D our sales man Adelson was amazing from start to finish with this car. He picked us up from the airport we were in and out of the dealership within 45 and on our way back to Florida with our new car. I would recommend this salesman and dealership to anyone in the area or out of state looking for a quality car. They made the out of state purchase easy and seamless. Also the car was on point of everything they showed and said it was. Thank you and I will definitely use them in the future.

It's been a enjoyable visit. All staff are respectful, professional and easy to communicate. Although this is a dealership selling expensive luxuries cars, they treat their customer with same level of professionalism. Mr. Asalcedo is the sales manager who helps me with the car I'm looking at. During my whole visit, he was informative, respectful and professional. I've been looking for specific car for quite a while and have some basic understanding of current market. When he provide me with solid pricing for both my trade in and the car itself. It instantly gain my respect and appreciation. I'm grateful for quality service they provide. 10/10

Just picked up a 2007 Vantage with 7000 miles . Contacted Jordan and brought it in for a oil change an check up , to start compiling some paperwork to follow the car . This Service Shop is Not the Norm . It's the Exception to the Rule . What a Great Group of Guys .Everyone was kind an helpful . Jordan gave me an Education on my Vantage , I am very grateful that something guided me to choose going there . Left Summit Austin Martin with a lot of knowledge an a great experience . I will return for anything needed going forward ...That's A Fact
