Place is SOOO SLOW. Even with an appointment I waited over 45min for just a tire and they never even took my car in. Finally had to leave without getting the tire. The inside is filthy, cluttered and gross. Shame, this used to be a great place.

I usually come here for my oil changes. Get you in and out fast. I have had only 1 problem in 50, where they didn't secure the plastic cover, but went back and they fixed it. Prices have increased in 2023, like everything else.

These guys really care about your vehicle. I went to get my tires balanced and an alignment and they have good pricing. They may take a while as some of these reviews pointed out, but there is a reason so many people show up to the shop! My car feels so much better since they fixed it up and they make sure to give you receipts of all the work they did so you can see how much your tires were balanced/aligned by. I really recommend this shop if you want great customer service and work done on your vehicle!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Jason and the guys at West 10. I brought my wrangler in to have my new 37s mounted & balanced and they were so friendly, quick & efficient and had the best price by far out of anywhere I called. When I was calling around it seemed like most places didn t want to be bothered with tires that size based on the prices quoted but when I called west 10 they were very transparent and upfront about pricing and scheduled me in right away. My jeep drives like a dream and I couldn t be more glad I took it to over to them! Would recommend them a thousand times over to anyone & everyone.

They are always fast and efficient. They always check everything, transmission fluid, tires, radiator, and to boot, they tell me how much life is left on my brakes. A really good place.

Stopped in last week before closing with concerns that I needed to replace my knock sensor in my 2014 kia. A gentleman took my info and said he'd call me the next day in the morning with a quote. The next morning I never got a call so I called the shop. The first time I got hung up on. I called back and the number just rang out. I was forced to look elsewhere and happy I did. I dropped my car off at knight's automotive down the street, and in less then a half hour, these HONEST mechanics refused to work on my car and suggested I go back to kia because my car is covered under a 100,000 mile warranty. Happy I listened because my car is having the engine replaced FOR FREE!!! The kicker is, hours later about 5 o'clock, right before closing, this shop finally calls me back and some meatball there wants to give me a quote of 650.00 just to replace the sensor!!! Crazy! So happy I was hung up on early that morning. I would've been taken advantage of and robbed. Shame on you!

I brought my truck here for brakes/rotors a few weeks back. I explained I needed the vehicle back the same day but would drop it off 1st thing and pick it up at the end of day. I went in person and even scheduled an appointment 2 days prior for a day the man at the counter told me was slow. I have a fleet vehicle and sometimes it can take shops time to get an approval, so I explained once they submit the claim to the fleet company to call me and I could get it approved in 15 minutes. I called at 11am to check in and was told they were working on it. I checked in again at 3 pm and was told still working on it. I called my fleet company and West 10 Tire had only submitted the claim an hour ago and not called my like I requested. As promised I got it approved in 15 minutes. When I called West 10 back I was told there was not enough time left in the day to do my brakes, even though my pickup had been there since 8:15am and they close at 6pm. I went to pick up my truck because I had an early meeting the next day and to throw salt in the wound they replaced 2 tires. I did not ask them to do this but somehow received permission from the fleet company to do that, but not the the brakes. I didn t want more time to be wasted so I went someplace else local for my brakes another day and it was done in 3.5 hours. I am writing this review so someone else s valuable time is not wasted like mine was.

Good people, very slow to do their job, but they want everything right. I waited too long for two tires and alignment for my old car. Still 5 stars cause they told me the truth about everything that I know already.

I went here for the first time to have both an inspection and an oil change. In and out in 45 minutes, tops, all for a good price. And just as important - good music in the waiting room. Grateful Dead, Sublime, Bob Marley. Much appreciated.

Discovered slow leak in my RF tire in the morning. I called West10 and made appointment for that afternoon. Arrived for my appointment and my car was immediately taken in. One hour later I was good to go. Great service as always. Friendly, helpful employees. No rip off prices.

I have to say I was a little bit frustrated when the wheel bearing they installed failed so quickly. I had been driving on it for a while before I brought it in because my schedule had been hectic and I had gone over the one year labor warranty for the work. These guys warrantied the part and labor anyway. The best customer service I have experienced in automobile repairs, hands down. These guys stand behind their work. and I started coming here because of friend recommended them to me. These are my new go-to mechanics. They should be yours also.

Hasn't changed in 30 years. Sure the staffs have come and gone but when I lived here this was my go to for oil change and check up for several vehicles over the years. Oil was overdue and so I was in town and the same great fast friendly efficient service still the same as my last oil change 15 years ago. They also offer full auto repair services with several bays and tire changes too.

Not worth it. Brought my own oil and I was still charged $30+ for an oil change. The person asked if I wanted the car vacuumed out and air freshener, it was never done. Didn't return the unused portion of the the oil I supplied, most places do it automatically. Didn't see anyone check any of the other fluids or tire pressure. Taking my business elsewhere.

Provided very fast and great service getting my car in and out within half an hour. I intend to go back when I need other tire/inspection related items done to my car! J.R. helped me out for sure and I would recommend these guys to my friends every day of the week.

I came here with a slow leak in my tire. I am not vehicle savvy and they could very well have taken me for a ride. Instead, they were able to find and fix the problem at a very reasonable rate. I had my car back in half an hour. I would definitely come here again

Always s good experience here. The techs are very respectful and knowledgeable. Never been disappointed very good value for the service and no appointments just drive up and they take care of the rest.

Awesome customer service when getting my oil changed and tires rotated. I also had to have a tire replaced in the past, which I had a very good experience. Very good prices too. I would highly recommend!

Great service, honest estimate/work ethics. They will get you the best deal for tires, parts or service. If your car is your lifeline, get it fixed here. Awesome service and always helpful

Quick service and I trust them with my car. Just be prepared to have them try to sell you on more then you showed up for. I have been told everytime that I need a new air filter even when I had replaced it 5 weeks earlier. Keep your own record of your maintainence schedule or you may get talked into unnecessary expenses.

ran over a piece of metal, had the car towed to their shop. they immediately wanted me to purchase a new tire. they stated is was unsafe. I took the tire to Quality Discount Tire in Randolph. they fixed the tire. their policy is not to sell up.... West 10 charged me $11 to take the tire off and look at it, to determine, they wanted more of my money! Don't go here! rude, and greedy

Super quick Oil Change. $32.00 for an oil change, the do a quick inspection, check your fluids and also give you a choice of scents.I just wish they were open later during the week. They are only open until 6 and it's difficult to make it here after work.

I've recommended west ten tire and auto to over a dozen people and every single person has appreciated the great service, the hard workers at west ten have offered them. Great prices and quality service. Don't waste your time at other shop's.

I would say pretty good however they are a tad expensive for an oil change. They seem to be thorough and look at most things that need to be looked at. Not a bad experience at all!
