Super easy to make an appointment, very reliable came exactly one time and got right to work , They re setup is amazing , And Wash was by far the best I ve had by any mobile detailing service! Devin does an amazing job with every car. I usually have him do multiple cars at once and he does an amazing job on all of them. He is extremely honest and only recommends what is appropriate for your vehicle. Every car he touches will be done like new. He is very punctual and keeps you updated right up to your appt. Truly a professional!

Very satisfied with the detail service provided. Devin communicated very well during the process and confirmed appointment the day before. A big plus for showing up on time. I will admit that I was a little concerned about the premium price, but Devin spent 5 hours making the SUV look as good as the day we brought it home from the dealer. They bring everything needed to perform the detail including water and power. Allthat was needed from us was access to the vehicle. I will use Hi-Def in the future and would recommend.

I hired Hi Def detailing to detail the inside of my wife's 2020 Hyundai Tucson. Devin went above and beyond what I could have expected. Pricing was on par with other companies I researched, but I chose Hi Def because they were local to me and Devin answered my emails really fast.He arrived on time and took his time completing the job. He was at my house for about 2.5 hours! I will post pictures in the near future. It looks like we just purchased the SUV. Because of Devin, my wife and I are reluctant to place any of our stuff back into the vehicle because it looks brand spankin new haha. He also left us a car freshener as the cherry on top.A+ service, A+ communication. I would hire Devin and Hi Def for any car detailing service you may need inside or out, and not be nervous that a "stranger" is touching your car. I will be contacting Hi Def for my own car in the near future.

Devin does a great job overall. He makes a really big effort and is excellent at managing and exceeding expectations. The quality of the work performed is exceptional. The job I gave him was beyond the scope of what he usually does and he did the best you could possibly do. If you need a high quality premium mobile detail look no further.

I had to get my car detailed so I reached out to owner. He was very professional and helpful right off the bat. He arrived right on time and was extremely thorough and patient with ALL of my questions, as I have never gotten my car detailed before. The car looked brand new when he was done. Unbelievable experience and results. Devin and Mark showed up on time and I didn t have to lift a finger. In a few short hours the dog hair was removed from the whole car and the inside looked spectacular. The outside came out great!Service: Full body washService: Full body wash

After multiple cross country road trips with our dog, rain leaking into our car, spills, and dog hair everywhere, our car was beyond dirty. I came across Hi-Def Auto Detailing in a facebook group and set up an appointment. They did an insanely good job - I can hardly believe the difference! I recently had my car detailed, both the interior and exterior. From scheduling the service to method of payment at the end, they were extremely professional and accommodating. One of the best features of this company is the fact that they come to you - wherever you are. I was able to get work done while the service was being completed so it didn't interrupt my day at all. My expectations were blown out of the water when it was finished and the before and after photos are incredible. I inherited a car from a relative and it had been used as a company car, so it had a lot of crumbs, dust, and wear and tear inside. I reached out to Hi-Def Auto Detailing and received a response the same day. Their online estimate and booking site was easy to use, and Devin was very friendly and helpful every step of the way.
