I have been a loyal customer here for years, BUT I will never return here again. The idiot who worked on my son's car did not put the oil cap back on. Needless to say, the engine was ruined. We have been haggling with Corporate for payment to replace this car. They want to give us Blue Book value. I am absolutely disgusted by the way we have been treated. This has been an ongoing issue since December. You should be ashamed of yourselves!

So I hate going for oil changes however is my second time here and I'm so glad that I went back because these guys not only did my oil change fast and convenient. I love that I don't have to get out of my car because I do have handicaps anybody that is handicapped. This is the place to go. You don't have to leave your car and be uncomfortable. They do a quick thorough job. They're all so nice. They also told me they went underneath to check my car and told me my oil pan's very rusted and it will crack and start leaking soon. So with that alone probably is going to save me a lot of money on top of them telling me there's definitely a leak coming from the top of my engine. Probably a gasket but they did go above and beyond and I know they're not trying to sell me anything cuz they don't do that stuff there so they were very informative. This is definitely my location and my spot for an oil change. We even had a few laughs. I actually can't wait to go back for my next oil change. Great job guys! Keep it up and I love watching you all work as a team that rarely happens anymore. Have a great weekend!

PEOPLE PLEASE DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION.yall need to pay to replace that ladies engine. you scum dont wanna replace the engine but want to give a couple bucks. the store checked their videos and it has been shown your mechanics forgot to put the cap back on. fix it or you will be sued

I would NOT recommend coming to this place at all. Even tho my tech was a sweetheart and very nice they however got one over on me. I did not need half the services they told me to get. Told me I needed to flush my engine so I trusted their judgement. Took my car for a second opinion and they said I did NOT need that. I got over charged for services I did NOT need

They didn t change my oil filter and I have already paid all the service and they didn t give me a receipt as well. Be careful and don t go there

Stay out of this place I went in for a oil change because I didn't have time to do it myself... 1 week later only to discover that the boot around my driverside axle was cut all the way around...just do the job right guys...Times are tough enough the axles just got done in June...you really need to put a go pro under your car nowadays Guys get it together...

I went in for an oil change on my Chevy Aveo and they checked the air in my tires on one side of the car only. I did not notice them checking any of my other fluid levels and when I ask if they filled my windshield washer with fluid I was told yes. I knew when I arrived it was empty. The next morning I attempted to wash the pollen from my windshield and discovered the resiviour was completely empty. I was correct that they never checked my fluids. The staff was to busy clowning around with each other to perform proper service. I will NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE FOR SERVICE AGAIN! I wish I could give them ZERO STARS. BEWARE!!! This was a waste of $50.00. Additionally, they gave me a carwash coupon but no receipt for the service.UPDATED 5/16/23:VALVOLINE CUSTOMER CARE CONTACTED ME AND MADE THIS RIGHT. I will continue to use Valvoline oil change services however, not at this location!

They broke the A/C compressor in my car by over-charging the system (double what it should have been) and refused to accept responsibility for it. Called customer service and they just put me to the store manager which did nothing for me. When I asked to speak to the District manager, I was told he does not speak with customers Complete joke of a company and I wouldn t let them near my car again.Service: Air conditioning

I have been using Valvoline for at least 7 years and have always had exceptiona service. Valvoline Stratford is a great place to go when you need an on the spot oil change, car wash, or any other service they may provide. Lamar is a constant person that takes care of me when arriving. His positivity and warmth go a long way to a man like myself that has served in out nations active duty Army of 13 years. Brad also is a good technician with awesome customer service experience. This crew takes care of people and they are second to none! Been a customer for more than 5 years now. Before Valvoline took over this location it was a POSH and they only got better in my opinion. The people working there are very friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing that I don't like about Valvoline services, is that when you purchase Lucas oil additive, they will actually charge you for 5 quarts of oil and then only put in four Quarts of oil, and then use the Lucas oil additive as the 5th quart. So I'm paying for five quarts, and only getting four and then on top of that I'm paying also for the Lucas oil additive and they're using that AS the 5th Quart as I just stated above. To me, that seems to be very sneaky!

If I could give 0 stars I swear I would. The guy who helped me had an attitude from the beginning. He reset my car to remove the maintenance light thus affecting my seatbelt indicator noise. When I approached him about it, he said that it was not his fault although it was working prior to me coming here for service. Needless to say, I will not be back. Horrible customer service! However, the gentleman at the car wash service was awesome! He assured that my car was handled with care. If only everyone at this establishment had the same skill set as him

Friendly staff, high prices. Still have no clue if they ever actually put in full synthetic or just the cheap stuff, but that goes for any oil change company. Do we really know we get what we pay for????

I had a wonderful experience at Valvoline today. I had the pleasure of interacting with Omar and found him to be professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was honest and I truly appreciated his recommendations. With the help of Jorge, Dave, and Jameer - Valvoline had me in and out of there in no time. HORRIBLE experience. After being recommended to Posh by a friend last year I have gotten two oil changes from here. One from Posh and one from new ownership of Valvoline. My last oil change the mechanics could not get the oil light off and it has been on ever since. Since last year my car has been losing oil between oil changes. I took it to a mechanic for a second look and to finally get the light off, who determined my filter has not been changed in in a very long time and is cracked and causing oil to leak. When I called Valvoline to inform them, the manager was extremely rude and arrogant on the phone. Cutting me off and assuring me that it s just a problem with European cars and that I m not maintaining my car properly and the filter cracking is my fault for waiting too long between oil changes. Absolutely no apologies or offers to correct their wrongdoings. I have never neglected my vehicle and have gotten oil changes earlier then they are even recommended since I purchased the car three years ago. DO NOT take your vehicle here.

Everyone in both the valvoline shop and car wash is SO sweet, cheerful and friendly. They all went way above and beyond with service, and I am so happy I came here. I will definitely be back again! :)

Go at your own risk, they do not top off anything besides oil, even if you're paying for it. I've been getting oil change for decades and you get what you ask and pay for including topping off fluids. They charge you for synthetic oil but you can't tell because they bring a plastic jug with oil to fill up. So you don't know if you got what you really paid for. Well it looks and walk like a duck to me so... just figured I'd share.Service: Oil change

They couldn't even change a battery for me. No programming needed just plug and play. 2007 Audi S4. He was just lazy and didnt feel like trying to unscrew the stay bolt holding the battery in. What a joke. Luckily i have a manual and was able to pop start my car leaving that cesspool.Service: BatteryService: Battery

Omg it was amazing there techs are above and beyond great especially there lower bay tech. He was informative and very fast and efficient with the job. I will be back again and again. He should be a store manager and train others to do what he does..

I went in to check my oil and jamere with the other men worked on my car and my transmission fluid flush was not on my receipt an when I took it to get fixed at LM auto in magnolia he fixed repairs but now when ac runs my car smokes never had this issue til both touched my car.
